I have some inquiries regarding my Trupanion account. Firstly, I am exploring other pet insurance companies as I recently adopted two more pets. I am interested in the instant pay to vets option that I recently discovered. Throughout my years with Trupanion, I was unaware of this benefit and always had to pay and submit claims. How does the instant pay work, and why was I not informed about it earlier?
Additionally, I am worried about the premium increase with the addition of my new pets. I would also like to know how our move to a different zip code ([redacted]) will affect the policy. I'm looking for information on where to find answers regarding these concerns and how to make necessary adjustments to our policy. Thank you for your assistance.
