I am requesting a full refund for claim #[redacted], submitted on October 14, [redacted], for two American Airlines flight tickets for Emily and Brad Lambert. I spoke with an American Airlines representative, who informed me that the tickets were reimbursed to Trip Mate on November 1, [redacted]. Despite this, I have not received any refund or assistance from Trip Mate. I have resubmitted my trip itinerary to Trip Mate as per their request, even though it was originally included in my initial claim documentation. Today, I forwarded Trip Mate the same email with the original attachment indicating my completed claim form and trip itinerary. I am waiting to hear back from Trip Mate on when I can expect to receive my refund.

Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Iberia Cooa airline during my recent trip from Guatemala to Jordan. I booked my ticket through CheapOair with booking number [redacted]7 and had purchased travel insurance with plane code F200B.
Upon arriving at Guatemala City airport on December 6, [redacted], I encountered numerous issues. Despite my valid passport and paid ticket, I was delayed three times without any clear explanation. The staff directed me to speak with Iberia flight, operated by Copa Airlines, but I was unable to locate any representatives for assistance. The lack of support, long wait times, and overall incompetence have left me exhausted, frustrated, and in need of urgent resolution.
I demand proper compensation for the inconvenience, wasted time, and the distress caused during this ordeal. I implore you to address this matter promptly and provide me with a suitable solution as I am in dire need of assistance.
Sincerely,
Mohammad

I purchased travel insurance on Saturday, May 11, [redacted], with Booking Number [redacted]9. I am unable to access my Flight Insurance details through the Trip Mate Plan Documents. The Plan number displayed is F200B, with a prompt to click for details if purchased before July 1, [redacted]. However, clicking on it only reloads the same page. I then encounter a question about already purchasing the plan, but when I select 'Yes,' I am asked to choose a State, which does not include Queensland, Australia, where I reside. I am concerned if I am covered under this plan as intended. The process is quite confusing and frustrating. I would appreciate your assistance and eagerly await your response. Thank you.
Sincerely,
A. S.

Last year, my mom had a trip planned with us that got canceled due to covid. We were given an extension to complete the travel by the end of this year. Despite my family going on the trip this year, my mom couldn't join due to her back issues. I have a doctor's letter to support this. I contacted your company to file a claim over the phone, and I was told someone would reach out in about 30 days. It’s now been 2 months, and I've been trying to follow up but can't get through. I've been calling all the numbers I could find related to your company for weeks, only to end up with the same voicemail repeatedly. Online, the claim number provided by CheapoAir appears to be invalid. I'm seeking a refund for my mom's tickets.
