Hello, I would like to report an overcharging issue on bus number [redacted], operated by driver number [redacted]. My companion and I, with pension cards, boarded at Bassendean Station and disembarked at Altone Shopping Centre. The ticket numbers are [redacted] and [redacted], and we were each charged $2.20, totaling $4.40. I paid with a $5.00 note and did not receive any change. Last week, we were only charged approximately $1.40 for the same journey. Could you please clarify the correct fare for pensioners on this route?
