Are there any facilities for passengers with disabilities?

Asked a year ago
Yes, Transperth is committed to providing accessible public transportation for all passengers. We offer a range of facilities to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Our buses, trains, and ferries are equipped with ramps and low floors to enable easy access for wheelchair users and those with mobility difficulties. Priority seating areas are available for elderly passengers and those with mobility impairments. Additionally, our stations and stops are designed to be accessible, featuring lifts, tactile indicators, and audible announcements for visually impaired individuals. Transperth also provides a free Transperth Access Permit (TAP) for passengers with permanent disabilities, allowing them to travel with a companion. Our dedicated customer support team can provide further assistance and guidance for passengers with disabilities.
