I have been using TomTom Go Premium for many years. Since [redacted], I have been driving an electric car, the Opel Corsa e. I am no longer interested in seeing gas stations for fossil fuels on the display as it makes it cluttered for me. I only want to see publicly accessible charging stations. Private stations on restricted premises or limited-access charging points (such as the ones in Leipzig that are only for shared cars) should not be displayed on the screen - or should be clearly marked. I own a TomTom910 and a TomTom Go Premium. Recently, both devices had their maps removed by TomTom, even though I hadn't requested any updates. The Go Premium, only used twice, prompted me to download updates, but when I tried, I was pressured into purchasing a £[redacted] yearly PC contract which I declined. Since then, my sat navs are not functioning. I'm frustrated by the lack of support from TomTom in London, especially after spending over £[redacted] on the Go Premium.

I am struggling to update the maps on my Tomtom VIA series (SN.BP5383G05831 8EQ5.[redacted].08). The last update attempted ended with wiping the existing maps without installing the new ones. Despite my regular use and success with the device before the travel restrictions, I cannot find a solution on your website. If I cannot resolve this soon, I might have to consider purchasing a new navigation system from a different company before my upcoming travels in 10 days. It's a pity to move on from this device considering its performance, but the update issue is causing frustration. I would appreciate any practical advice or support you can offer.

I recently bought the TomTom Go Expert 7-inch screen pack and am really disappointed with the USB connection in the magnetic active mount. Every time I hit a bump on the road, I get a power lost message. Considering the price I paid for this unit, I feel ripped off and find myself having to hold the USB in place with sticky tape. I rely on this device daily as a coach driver, and buying another mount makes me anxious as I don't know if it will have the same issues as mine. Can you please send me another mount as a goodwill gesture?

I have a built-in sat nav in my car, so my TomTom device has been unused for the past 2 years. Surprisingly, TomTom charged my credit card £29.99 on April 16, [redacted], with reference number [redacted]9. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach them. Whenever I try to log in, I receive a message saying my email or password is unrecognized. After several unsuccessful password reset attempts, I found that my email was supposedly already in use when attempting to re-register. I managed to send an email to [redacted], but their response stated they couldn't help due to the email's specific purposes. The email also listed other contact emails, all of which required logging in, something I cannot do without the password reset link. I've spoken to my credit card company, and they advised me to contact TomTom. Can anyone provide assistance with this issue, please?

My Start 52 is experiencing a mechanical issue with the suction cup. Despite thorough cleaning, it consistently falls off the windshield within 24 hours. I carefully examined both the glass and the suction cup but found no visible faults. My car is typically parked in the garage and only in the sun or high temperatures while driving, as I am retired and don't go out daily. I am seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. I am experiencing issues with my GO Premium 6 TOMTOM device that was purchased and installed by Halfords on 04/10/[redacted]. There is a recurring problem where the device either flashes the TOMTOM logo on and off, displays a blank screen, or fails to fully turn on. I've ruled out the power supply and tried a new magnetic mount to no avail. Resetting the device to its factory settings also did not resolve the issue. I am wondering if TOMTOM offers a service to diagnose and fix this problem?

I appreciate the benefits of using the TomTom app on my phone. Nonetheless, I have encountered an error in its directions. Residing in Leominster, Herefordshire, my residence sits about half a mile south of the town on the B4361 at St. Botolph's Green. When I near the left turn to access the estate, TomTom instructs to turn left into Lower Leys Way. This guidance is inaccurate. The correct path is indeed turning left into St. Botolph's Green, as clearly indicated by the street signs.

My wife purchased a TomTom satnav for me through Amazon on 24th May [redacted]. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the cable and the part that plugs into the cigarette lighter were missing. Following my son's advice, I meticulously checked the packaging but did not find the missing items. Amazon directed me to contact you directly, which is why I am reaching out now. Please note that I have been away at a funeral, which is why I couldn't report this issue sooner.

I am attempting to update the map on my TNS410 device with the serial number DA6031J00714. TomTom Home recognizes the device, but when I try to download the UK & ROI map, I receive an error message indicating a communication issue with the server leading to the device not being recognized. This update is essential as a lot of road changes have occurred since my last update. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I had previously interacted with a member of your sales team for the last update, and a download was provided at that time.

I purchased my TomTom about 1 1/2 years ago, but I am unsure of the model. The serial number is X66491T01605. I am currently encountering difficulties while trying to download a map update. Although my laptop is connected to WiFi, when I attempt to connect my TomTom to it, the device doesn't seem to be successfully linked and prompts an authentication error. Additionally, I need to update my debit card information with a new account number. I believe it would be helpful to connect with tech support for guidance. Despite my multiple attempts, I have been unable to resolve the issue. At times, managing numerous open windows on my laptop has made it challenging to navigate through the process effectively.

I signed up for the free trial you offered but canceled within the 7-day window. However, I noticed that you charged me the £19.99 subscription fee, which I would appreciate refunded. Strangely, even though I have an account, it shows that I am not a subscriber. When I try to reach out through the contact option in my account, it requires an account number that you have not provided. I kindly request a refund as I do not wish to use this system. Additionally, my account indicates that I am subscribed until 16/06/24, which is confusing. It seems odd that despite canceling, my account is active but unrecognized by your system. Thank you.

I received a notification about a new map update for my TomTom Start 25 SatNav. To update the map, I opened TomTom My Drive, which prompted me to update the app first. However, the update failed to complete after clicking the link, and now I am stuck with a message to update the app every time I try to open My Drive. Unfortunately, the TomTom support chat-bot has not been helpful in resolving this issue. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem and found a solution?

I am having trouble accessing my TomTom account, as it only displays a TomTom GO Basic X71158I01911 device that I do not currently use. I have been using the TomTom GO App since [redacted], which I pay for, but it is not showing up in my account's device or subscription overview. I only noticed this while trying to access MyDrive on my PC.
I need two issues resolved:
1. Access to MyDrive on my PC, as currently, I only see a blank page.
2. Ensure that my GO App is visible in my account details.

Ik heb problemen met het stellen van vragen op TomTom's website. Het navigatiesysteem werkt goed in de auto, maar ik loop vast wanneer ik een vraag wil stellen, zelfs als het gaat om een aankoop. Dit zou de verkoopcijfers negatief kunnen beïnvloeden. Het zou helpen als het duidelijk is waar vragen gesteld kunnen worden, zodat ook ouderen het begrijpen. I am facing issues with my TomTom GPS device. It consistently directs me through local roads instead of faster highways, despite choosing the fastest route option and enabling the use of freeways. Additionally, it has led me to non-existent locations, even when the place is listed as a point of interest. The accuracy of the database seems questionable. The only helpful feature seems to be its ability to provide guidance when I deviate from the route.
