I have a TomTom GO 60 device with the serial number VD1216K00623. The power connector on the back of the GPS seems to be loose. While driving, the unit shuts down occasionally due to a power loss. It seems the issue lies where the power cord plugs into the GPS. If I move the connector, the unit switches on and off. The power cord seems intact, so I suspect the problem is at the connection point. Besides this, the GPS functions well when powered. I mounted the GPS on the windshield using the TomTom-supplied suction cup, which failed, causing the GPS to fall off. It's likely that the power cord yanked the connector loose after the fall. Could you advise on how to repair the GPS connector?

I am experiencing an issue with my TomTom Supreme GPS. The charging port on the car cradle is no longer functioning, and I can only charge the GPS when connected directly to the cable. I suspect the problem lies with the GPS device itself rather than the cradle. I have attempted to reset the device multiple times with no success. I also tried to contact the US phone number provided but it appears to be disconnected. This is my third TomTom device, and I am disappointed by the lack of support and assistance. I am experiencing an issue with my TomTom Supreme GPS device with serial number ZN**********. The charging port on the car cradle no longer functions, forcing me to connect the GPS directly to the charging cable, which prevents me from mounting it on the windshield. I have verified there is voltage between the pins in the cradle but cannot check the GPS connection points. I have attempted to reset the device several times with no success. I also tried to contact the US support number without success. As a loyal customer on my third TomTom device, I feel stranded without any assistance. Please advise on how this issue can be resolved. I used to have a paid version of TomTom on my phone. Now, with my iPhone 13 Max, TomTom is no longer supported despite my purchase. Please provide me with the new version for free since I had paid for it. Thank you. Regards, Florian Heurich

I recently contacted Pearl Wilson and discussed my issue regarding my TomTom Start 50 GPS, which is approximately 7-8 years old. I attempted to update it for the first time on your website by subscribing to European map updates for £44.95 (invoice number [redacted]). However, the download process was confusing and ended up wiping my operating system. Now, my device only displays the TomTom symbol, plays music, clicks, and then shuts off without functioning properly. Pearl connected me to an engineer, but I prefer not to incur any additional costs for assistance. I am requesting to (1) cancel the subscription immediately, (2) receive a full refund, (3) obtain email confirmation of our conversation and the actions taken for points 1 and 2, and (4) speak to an engineer promptly at no extra charge to resolve my device issue. Regarding the UConnect navigation system purchased for your FIAT 500L, the update to map [redacted] did not go smoothly. After downloading the new map onto a USB stick and trying to update the system in your car, your Uconnect system has been experiencing constant reboots every two minutes, with only the radio working briefly. The navigator screen displays a gray map and settings, making it unusable. You are upset about the incompetence of TomTom, noting the impact on various car brands due to potentially severe software bugs. You criticize the lack of proper testing before releasing updates, comparing it to issues seen with Microsoft Windows. Cologne, September 28, [redacted] Hello, I have the TomTom Go app on my iPhone and occasionally purchase maps for a month. Recently, I signed up for a trial subscription through the app, but I'm having trouble canceling it before the trial period ends. Despite seeing the trial subscription under "Settings / Subscriptions" with an expiration date of October 28, [redacted], I cannot find the option to cancel it within the app or my App Store subscriptions. Hello. I'm having issues with MyDrive Connect. After logging in with my email and password, when I try to access the route planner/my routes section, it asks me for my credentials again, but then only a white window with a spinning red circle appears for about 3 seconds and then... nothing happens, and I can't access my routes. The same thing happens when I try to save a route that I've created. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled MyDrive Connect. TomTom Rider [redacted]/[redacted]. Thank you, R.D.

On 24.11, I purchased a used TomTom GO CLASSIC on eBay from the seller (dogan-flato2013) with the email address "[redacted]" When I access the "MyDrive" option, the seller's email address appears prompting me to enter a password. The seller confirmed they never set or used a password, preventing me from buying and installing an app from the store. I kindly request to remove this email address and either replace it with mine ([redacted]), or allow me to input mine after its removal. I have been a TomTom customer for over 20 years, and I have been patient, but now I've had enough. First, my Rider 2 stopped working from one day to the next, so I bought a new one. Then, my GO Camper Maxi suddenly stopped working while I was on vacation abroad. I had to buy another one for a lot of money during my vacation, and now this new device is also not working at all. I don't know what kind of quality control TomTom has, but if you don't offer me a solution now, I will be forced to find another brand. I need a reliable navigation system, especially for my camper, but spending another [redacted] euros on a TomTom that might fail again is not worth it to me.

Hello, I recently downloaded the TomTom GO app with the latest maps. However, the app is not recognizing the proper name of the road where I live. The road is called Apsley Walk, SL09BQ, but it is displaying as Wellesley Avenue. The signpost clearly says Apsley Walk. I am unable to log in as it doesn't recognize my email address or password I used when subscribing for £19.99 for the year. Consequently, I am unable to reset anything or reach out to any support. I recently purchased my TomTom Go Discover new from TomTom in Amsterdam on 06/08/[redacted]. The serial number is YC1192V02722. I have updated the unit and performed a factory reset yesterday. It is connected to my phone. Despite watching your videos and using the help bot, my Go Discover is having issues. It occasionally shows me on the correct road, but then incorrectly navigates through nearby areas with blue dots linking to the arrow. Today, the map was misplaced, turned the wrong way, and directed me from a location where the satnav was not present. This problem has persisted for two weeks, working correctly sometimes but mostly showing incorrect information in the same location. Since the device is under six months old, I suspect it is not functioning properly and would like to request an exchange for a new unit.

I have four Tom Tom [redacted] XXL GPS units that we regularly use in our vehicles. Recently, I've noticed that some newer suburban developments are not included in my current maps. I purchased these units because they promised lifetime map updates, which I have a certificate for. When I followed the instructions on the certificate to update the maps on Tom Tom Home, I was informed that my unit is no longer supported, which is in direct contradiction to the certificate I have. Is there a way to access older software on Tom Tom Home that would be compatible with my units?

Regarding TomTom Order #[redacted]42 placed on 07/01/[redacted], I made an error and accidentally purchased the Speed Camera world 1-year subscription for £19.99 on my online account. Upon realizing my mistake, I promptly canceled the incorrect item and reordered the proper one. Despite the cancellation reflecting in the orders section of my account, I noticed that I have been charged for both transactions. Unfortunately, my attempts to seek assistance via the website have been unfruitful, as I have been caught in an endless loop with an automated system. Regrettably, contacting TomTom through email or phone seems impossible. I am reaching out here to seek guidance on securing a refund for the canceled order. Hello, I own a TomTom ONE device with the model number 4N000.[redacted] and serial number Z34047K00147. This device was given to me several years ago, and unfortunately, I do not have any additional information about it. Although I seldom use it due to having navigation systems in my vehicles, I occasionally charge it and turn it on to keep it active. It comes in handy when I am on my bicycle. Recently, I connected it to my computer to check for updates using TomTom Home. Following the guidelines, I downloaded the available files. However, I encountered an issue with the main maps file stating "Incomplete map on your device. Select to re-install map." Despite trying to re-install the map, the problem persists, and now the device indicates that there are no maps available. I wish to restore it to its previous state before connecting it to TomTom Home. I reside in an area where the road layout has remained unchanged for over a century, making accurate navigation crucial. Could anyone provide assistance? On the 3rd of March, I purchased a TomTom GO Discover 5" during the Valentine's special offer. The original price was £[redacted] but I got it for £[redacted]. The estimated delivery time was 3 to 4 days. I received an email invoice with tracking information. However, after 5 days, trying to track the item led to a message stating "THERE ARE NO DELIVERY DETAILS." I attempted again the next day with no success. I made the purchase using my Halifax credit card, but after almost 3 weeks, I have not received any notifications. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed the payment of £[redacted] with a reference number: [redacted]00 [redacted]0 and a transaction reference: TomTom [redacted]03 TOMTOM AMSTERDAM. As I have an upcoming important journey and have been a loyal TomTom customer, I hope to resolve this promptly. Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a TOMTOM satnav model VIA [redacted] BP 1506D00232 in [redacted] from Amazon, which was advertised to come with FREE LIFETIME MAPS. While using it in Canada and some Northern states of the US between [redacted] and [redacted], I discovered that the USA maps were incomplete. I attempted to update the maps recently and was surprised to see a charge of nearly 40,00€. I feel misled as there was no mention of update charges when I bought the device. The description on Amazon.de clearly stated FREE LIFETIME MAPS. Although I have been satisfied with the satnav in Europe, I am disappointed by this issue regarding the maps. I have been using TomTom Go Premium for many years. Since [redacted], I have been driving an electric "Opel Corsa e." I no longer care about the display of gas stations for fossil fuels as it makes the screen cluttered. I only want to see publicly accessible charging stations. Private stations, those on enclosed business premises, or restricted access charging points (such as those in Leipzig "only for shared cars") should not be displayed on the screen - or should be clearly marked.
