Hello, I created a Tinder account yesterday, but it's currently under review, and I can't access it. I was requested to upload two selfies in matching poses, which I did. I believe it's being reviewed because initially, I had a textile picture instead of a personal one. I recently downloaded Tinder and set up my profile, but I wasn’t having any luck with matches. So, I upgraded to the gold package. After getting a few matches, I tried swiping right but kept encountering an “error” message instead of making a match. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot the issue, I couldn't resolve it. Now, I’m unable to access my account altogether. I feel quite disappointed and would like a refund for my purchase. I'm willing to delete my account if necessary.

My account was banned some time ago without any explanation, around the time my password was leaked. Although I've since changed my password, my account is still inaccessible, and no one has assisted me with this issue.
I have noticed that banned accounts are reviewed periodically, and I would appreciate it if you could review mine promptly so that I can regain access. The current situation is extremely unfair, and I am determined to persist in contacting support until this matter is resolved. I do not want to hear that I am banned and have to accept it; this situation is unacceptable.
I am even willing to upgrade to the premium version if my account access can be restored. I want to emphasize that I am not at fault in this situation.

I am requesting a refund for my "gold" account status. Unfortunately, I was unknowingly charged multiple times on my Apple credit card without realizing it. The charges occurred for the months of December [redacted], February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, and October [redacted], totaling $12.09 each time.
I believe this is incorrect and would appreciate a refund for these charges. I also would like to cancel my account moving forward. Thank you for your quick assistance.

A few years back, some friends set up a Tinder account as a prank using my phone number. At that time, I didn't object, but now I am encountering issues signing up because my account/phone number was banned due to my young age. When I opened the app, I was surprised to see that my account had been banned. I haven't engaged in any conversations yet; all I've done is swipe left or right. I recently reactivated my Tinder account after about a year and a half. I uploaded a new photo of me at the gym without a shirt, and shortly after, my account was banned. I've been a user of this app for a long time and have seen others with similar revealing photos, so I am confused as to why I was banned for just a shirtless picture. I've been chatting with a match for about four days, but we encountered a bug where her messages don't appear on my mobile app. I only receive notifications but can't view the full messages on my phone, only on my computer where I can see previews. Despite this issue, she is still able to write to me as I can glimpse the start of each message. The chat remains inaccessible as I can't fully open it. I am extremely disappointed with the way my account has been handled. Despite having a verified account and not breaking any rules, my account was unfairly banned. This happened shortly after I subscribed to the app and I have only been using it for a few days. On top of that, I am unable to like my matches as the app keeps showing 'matching failed'. It is truly frustrating to experience this lack of respect for users' rights. I have decided to delete the app as I cannot support a platform that treats its users this way. Despite following the instructions and completing the poses with a mask on (due to pandemic regulations while in public), Tinder banned my account. This is my second attempt within a month to address an issue.
In November, I suspect I was shadow banned, but I am unaware of the reason. After reaching out previously, the ban was lifted, or so I thought as the app started working again.
However, the same situation has occurred now. I am engaged in conversations without any responses, I am not getting any matches, and I am unable to upload photos.
If I have been shadow banned once more, kindly lift the ban so I can continue communicating.
I am unsure why this is a recurring problem, as I am confident that I am not violating any rules. Is it possible that swiping left on certain profiles could be the cause?
Previously, I registered on Tinder while in Spain, but I am currently residing in a different country temporarily. Could this change in location and phone number be contributing to the issue? I am eager to resume using the app to potentially meet someone.

I attempted to use my MCU debit Visa card for a 24-month membership on Tinder, but unfortunately, the transaction did not go through. After contacting Municipal Credit Union Bank, they confirmed that my card is in good standing and should work without any issues.

Back in November, I experienced a shadow ban without understanding the reason. After contacting you, it was lifted, but recently, I faced the same issue again. Currently, I am unable to engage in conversations, receive matches, upload photos, and more.
I urge you to stop this repetitive shadow ban and lift it so I can continue using the app without disruptions. The weekly bans are concerning, especially when I believe I am not violating any rules. Simply swiping left on profiles should not lead to such restrictions.

I recently updated my profile with photos from Facebook when my gold membership was refunded, and I got banned without any clear reason.
