I've been using Tinder for almost 2 years, with a short break during a relationship. I've always followed the rules, even bought premium twice, and I've never been rude. I recently got banned for reasons unknown to me. Tinder hasn't communicated rule changes clearly, and I never received an email about any wrongdoing. Creating a new profile has been challenging, and I just want to find a partner using the platform. Tinder, please improve your communication and support for users like me who face these issues. Adding a customer service phone number would also enhance your professionalism.

I recently noticed an unexpected charge for a Tinder Plus renewal when my account was previously deactivated without auto-renewal. The email confirmation indicated the renewal, but my Tinder app seems to be functioning as a standard profile without the Plus features. I am unable to swipe right and receive a message to upgrade on the original device, which is the same one where I made the purchase on the website. Accessing my "renewed Tinder Plus" account through the website shows swipe limitations but allows passporting to Chiang Mai, indicating a partial upgrade. This discrepancy seems like a system glitch. I recently purchased Tinder Gold, and although I have been using the app respectfully without any inappropriate behavior, I encountered an issue where I was suddenly logged out and cannot log back in due to a technical error. This occurred after receiving multiple messages and the app notifying me that I was locked out. I suspect this might be related to a user I mentioned reporting earlier. I have tried logging in several times to no avail. If this issue persists, I would appreciate it being resolved promptly or receiving a refund for the Tinder Gold subscription I purchased two days ago.

Hello, my username is Pi. I used a temporary phone number while on vacation in Spain, but when I returned home and changed my SIM card, the old number continued to work. Two days ago, however, it stopped working, and I can't access my account because I can't receive the verification code via SMS (since I'm no longer in Spain). I created a new account with my Argentinian phone number using the same name and pictures. It was working, but now that account has also stopped working. I have a paid subscription. I've been traveling along the coast and now in DC. Every time I reach a new city, I delete my account and create a new one. I recently created an account and used it for only 20 minutes, then got blocked from the app. I received an error message stating I was blocked. I find this situation unacceptable as I can't find a reason for being blocked in the terms of service. I request either a full refund or access to the app. I prefer a personalized response and a phone call to address this matter. Additionally, I would like a detailed report explaining why I was blocked.

My name is Francis Werle. Fifteen minutes ago, you charged my credit card $74.99, overdrawing my checking account. I did not authorize this charge and require an immediate refund. You must have my card information on file, please contact me via email at my work address [redacted] I am unable to reach you by phone but am extremely frustrated. This incident occurred on July 14th at 3:40 p.m. when my account balance was only $26. I have informed my bank and they are issuing me a new card, which will take around 10 days. I am not able to add any information to my profile on the website using my computer. I uploaded a picture, and now it seems to be in swiping mode. I do not have a Facebook account linked for it to populate any details, and I am specifically using my computer, not a phone. How can I include details about myself on my profile when using the computer version? Without additional information, it appears that my profile only consists of the picture, lacking any details that might interest others. I am unable to find an option or icon to add to my profile directly from the computer. How do I go about adding information about myself to my profile while accessing the website from a computer?

I am having trouble logging into my usual Tinder account. Instead of letting me access my existing account where I have Tinder Gold and a lot of matches, Tinder keeps pushing me to create a new account. Even though I use Facebook to log in, linked to my phone number, I still can't get into my regular profile. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app, creating a new account to restore purchases, and seeking help through Tinder's support with no success. All I want is to access my original profile seamlessly.

I recently signed up for a one-year Tinder Gold subscription advertised at $6.93 per month for the best value offer. However, after making the purchase, I realized I was charged the full amount of $87.15 upfront instead of monthly as expected. After contacting Apple Care, Inc., I was assured of a full refund and advised to select the same $6.93 per month deal directly on the Tinder app, which I did today following an unexpected subscription end. Unfortunately, I was once again charged $87.15 for another year, which was not my intention. I am seeking immediate assistance to rectify this billing error as I should be on a monthly payment plan as advertised. I have been on hold with customer service for over an hour and need a prompt resolution. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as I need the erroneous charges refunded promptly and to ensure I am on the correct subscription plan moving forward.

Dear Tinder, I am receiving the [redacted] error message, which I think was triggered by a harmless action. Every few weeks, I restart my account to improve my matching results or to have a fresh start in hopes of finding the right girl. I understand you have measures in place to prevent spamming, and I unknowingly triggered them. I never intended to spam or bother anyone on the app; my goal was to connect with someone genuinely. I feel unfairly grouped with malicious users and would appreciate the chance to use the app as intended – to find a meaningful connection. I am having trouble logging into my online account from my computer. I had previously accessed it successfully, but recently it prompted me to sign in again. After entering my number and receiving a code on my phone, instead of logging me into my existing account, it asked me to create a new profile. Following the instructions, I encountered an error message after uploading my photo and basic info, similar to what someone with initials "A" experienced. I then attempted to use a different browser, but was unable to receive the verification message on my phone. I need assistance in accessing my existing account as I was in a chat conversation yesterday which I am now unable to reconnect to. I hope Tinder can resolve this issue promptly.

I created a new account last week and had around 20 matches. I only chatted with about 7 of them before I believe I was banned. The supposed error message indicated a ban, but I haven't received any communication from the support team. I feel frustrated because the reasons for the ban seem unjust, according to what I have read online. I struggle with anxiety and being in the military makes it hard for me to meet new people, so Tinder has been my main way to connect with others. I had purchased a one-year subscription three weeks ago and would like assistance in getting my account reinstated.

I connected with an amazing woman on the app, we were having a great conversation. I received a notification about her new message, but when I tried to read it, her profile was no longer in my matches. I assumed she unmatched me. However, I received another notification from her today. When I tried to check, her profile was still missing. Online sources suggest she unmatched me or deleted her profile. But if that's the case, how did she send me another message? Her name is Christiana, and my email linked to Facebook/Tinder is [redacted] I just want to read the two messages she sent, blocked by the system.

I have been trying to access my Tinder app on my phone, but it appears that I have been logged out. Despite my attempts to log back in through Facebook or my phone, I seem to be creating a new account each time. I suspect I may have originally logged in without using Facebook or my phone number, but I am uncertain. I receive notifications about messages and super likes, indicating my account is active, yet I cannot access it to view them. A friend sent me a screenshot of my profile. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit Ihrer App. Ich habe mich gemäß des Leitfadens mit meinem Facebook-Account angemeldet, Daten eingegeben, ein Bild hochgeladen und der App die Standortfreigabe erteilt. Leider hat die App Schwierigkeiten, meinen aktuellen Standort zu finden, da ich noch kein Premium-Nutzer bin. Dadurch werden mir keine Personen angezeigt. Gelegentlich hat sich mein Standort kurzzeitig verbunden, jedoch wurden keine Personen in meinem Bereich angezeigt. Ein Freund mit den gleichen Einstellungen in meiner Nähe erhält viele Bilder/Personen angezeigt, aber bei mir funktioniert es nicht. Ich habe bereits mehrmals versucht, mich ab- und anzumelden, die App neu zu installieren und es über das normale Internet zu versuchen. I am a new user of Tinder using the website on a Windows 10 laptop. Lately, I have noticed a problem with my matches disappearing and then reappearing after getting instant matches. However, upon revisiting the website later, all matches disappear again, making it difficult to message anyone. I reached out to customer service two days ago with no response yet. I assisted a client in creating a Tinder account on July 9th as a dating coach. After setting up the account, she received positive engagement with over 25 likes and Super Likes within the first 24 hours. However, she encountered issues with matching and receiving messages, despite being a Tinder Plus subscriber. We contacted customer support but have not received a satisfactory resolution. The account appeared to be locked or deleted without explanation, even after multiple attempts to seek help over the past week. The lack of follow-up from Tinder support is concerning, as my client's account has been inaccessible since late July 10th or 11th, despite her active subscription. We need assistance to restore her account and address the technical issues she has been facing.

Hello, I have been using Tinder for 3-4 years now, and I've been a paying premium member for over a year. Today, I got error code: [redacted], indicating that my account was banned. I added 3-4 photos, which were my own photography, and they were censored. However, after uploading them, my account got banned without any notification about the removed photos. I can easily remove any photos that violate the terms of service. Kindly reinstate my account as I never received a warning or explanation. I recently started using Tinder, and unfortunately, I encountered an issue with the subscription I purchased. I paid either $5.99 or $6.99 per month, but I was charged $60, which is quite frustrating.
