Hello,
I have not actively used my account for a few months and recently encountered error code [redacted] when trying to log in. Upon investigation, I discovered that my account had been banned, and since my Facebook and phone number were linked to it, I am unable to access it. Furthermore, there has been suspicious activity on my Facebook account, leading me to believe that my Tinder account was hacked.
I would appreciate clarification on the actions taken by the intruder and any assistance in recovering my account. I have already changed my Facebook password to enhance security measures and prevent future incidents.
Thank you for your help. This experience has highlighted the importance of maintaining strong passwords and online security.
Best regards,
Oonagh

I am experiencing difficulty removing the liked pages on my Facebook profile under Interests. Despite various troubleshooting efforts, including adjusting settings on both Facebook and Tinder, logging out and back in, and unliking most pages, roughly [redacted] interests continue to display on my Tinder profile. Starting a new account is an option, but I prefer to retain my current account with only necessary interests listed.

I recently discovered that an account was created under my name and phone number back in early [redacted] without my knowledge. Despite this, I began using the app myself in the spring of this year. Due to the misuse of my phone number, I had to resort to logging in with my Facebook account instead.
In June [redacted], I upgraded to Tinder Gold after enjoying Tinder Plus. However, after a month, I decided to cancel my subscription as I was not fully satisfied. I received a refund, but then encountered difficulty logging back into my account, receiving an "error [redacted]" message indicating a ban. My usage has always aligned with Tinder's guidelines, so I suspect a bug in canceling Tinder Gold or the old fake account is to blame for the ban.
I am eager to resolve this issue and reaccess the app. If there is a way to contact technical support by phone or request unbanning my account or removing the ban on my phone number, please advise.
Thank you,
Evan

After having my account reinstated for only twelve hours in July, it was deleted again. I am a transgender woman, and during the account setup, I had to choose between Man and Woman without a "more" option. I selected Woman and mentioned being trans in my bio as there was no specific trans option available. My account seems to have been reported for this. Now I know there is a trans woman option that was not there when I signed up. I did not receive the suspension email due to my inbox issue, and I wish to appeal my ban directly. Apologies for the lengthy email, but I appreciate your assistance.

I recently spoke with a representative named Zachary regarding my banned account issue. Despite repeatedly being directed to review the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, I remain confused about the violation. I have carefully reviewed both documents and failed to identify any infractions. Additionally, I had not used Tinder for two weeks before encountering this problem. While I acknowledge the restriction on accessing Tinder using my Facebook login or phone number, I am seeking clarity on the specific violation. The lack of explanation has been frustrating, and I hope to receive a clear answer soon.

Hello, I am a subscribing member and unfortunately lost my phone linked to my account, preventing access. The email linked to my payment ([redacted]) is connected to my account, but access is impossible without the phone number. I attempted to receive access links via email but they are not arriving even though my spam filter is off, and my folder is empty. I have ensured my details are correct.
Despite reaching out multiple times, no resolution has been reached. I am considering contacting my bank to block future Tinder payments if this is not resolved promptly. I am disappointed my previous payment was not utilized properly and my support requests have been unaddressed. I would appreciate assistance; otherwise, I will cancel payments. Thank you.

Hello, I would like to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with Tinder Gold. I intended to subscribe for just one month as a dare from a friend, with the understanding that around £3 would be deducted monthly for the service. However, I was surprised to see £39.99 deducted from my account for a yearly subscription. This unexpected charge has caused me distress as I am on a tight budget while funding my studies. I would appreciate a refund as I had planned on only using the service for one month. Please contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Tinder support, I need assistance with my account that was unexpectedly suspended when I tried to log in last night. I am puzzled as to why our account was deactivated as nothing inappropriate was done. My husband and I were seeking a female partner as a married couple, and our profile clearly displayed pictures of both of us along with a description of our relationship status. We had minimal interactions with other users and kept the conversations respectful. Could you kindly review the suspension and provide clarification on the reason behind it? It seems unjust if it was because we are a couple since there are many similar profiles on your platform. Our account's verification phone number is [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble logging in as I am receiving error code [redacted]. After researching the error message, it appears I may have violated the terms of service, which I have not done. I rarely log in to my account and other users on my phone have not violated the terms either. Although if they did, it should not affect my account just because we share the same IP address. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I have encountered a persistent issue on Tinder. Despite following the guidelines and never engaging in inappropriate behavior, my account consistently gets banned or deleted each time I log in. This situation is frustrating because I enjoy using the app to connect with new people, and I have even tried creating multiple accounts to rectify the problem, yet the issue persists. I have attempted different phone numbers and creating a new Facebook account to no avail. The recurring error code I receive is A:[redacted], preventing me from continuing conversations with my matches. I reached out to customer support a few days ago but have not received a response. I sincerely hope to resolve this matter so I can resume using Tinder without disruptions.

I recently bought Tinder Gold for six months (on 16 Oct [redacted]). Prior to this, I was unable to make the purchase as the subscription was linked to another account I couldn't access. I turned off the subscription in my phone settings, canceled it, and today managed to successfully purchase the 6-month subscription for Tinder Gold. Although it now shows in my list of subscriptions, I am still unable to access the Gold features on my current account as it seems to be linked to the old account. How can I resolve this issue and enjoy Tinder Gold on my current account?

I purchased boosts but have not received any response to numerous messages I sent regarding a bug in the app that prompted me to delete my account to resolve it. I feel frustrated as I have paid for a boost and have not been able to use it. I am disappointed in the lack of communication and the way this issue has been handled, especially the refusal to return my boost. Despite their policy, I had no option but to reset my account. It is unfair to not get what I paid for. I urge them to do the right thing and give me back my boost, as I am not looking for a refund but just want to utilize the boost I paid for.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with Tinder for the past few weeks. Whenever I try to log in, I keep receiving an error message saying, "something's gone wrong." The frustrating part is that I still receive push notifications about matches and messages on the app, but I am unable to view them due to this persistent error. I have made sure that both my Android software and Tinder app are up-to-date, but this problem persists. It's not the first time I've encountered this issue, and I am seeking information on why this is happening, what could be causing it, and how to resolve it to continue using the app seamlessly.

I am still experiencing issues with Tinder despite being able to see users who have shown interest in me. Even after liking them, I am not getting any matches and the problem persists even after resetting my account multiple times. This has been going on for a week now. Tinder claimed to have resolved the issue and inquired if it was fixed, but I forgot to respond to confirm that it wasn't. Now, the problem still exists, and I am feeling very frustrated. If this matter is not resolved soon, I am considering deleting Tinder altogether.

Hello,
A couple of weeks ago, I encountered the A:[redacted] error when attempting to log into Tinder. After researching, I discovered that this error signifies a ban due to violating Tinder's community guidelines.
I believe I may have been banned for posting a nude photo as part of a "bodies in nature" project I collaborated on with a photographer. Although I valued the image's artistic and aesthetic qualities, I acknowledge that it doesn't align with Tinder's policies. I sincerely apologize for this oversight.
Having been a Tinder user for several years, I appreciate the platform for fostering meaningful connections. As this is my first violation, I am hopeful that the ban on my account could potentially be lifted.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Tirsa

I have been an avid Tinder user for over a year, but recently paused due to a relationship that originated on the app. I truly enjoy using Tinder, and it saddens me to experience repeated exclusions because of being trans. While I understand the need for account monitoring, it feels discriminatory when my account is often blocked without valid justification, seemingly due to transphobic reports. I have reported individuals for their transphobic behavior only to see them back on the app later, while I remain locked out without cause. I urge Tinder to reconsider its policies for the benefit of all users, but in the meantime, I request access to my profile, which has been unavailable for a week.

I created a Tinder profile linked to my Facebook account before making a separate one linked to my phone number. Today, I accidentally logged in using Facebook instead of my phone number. Upon verification with my phone number, I mistakenly used it with the inactive Facebook-associated account, not my primary one. Despite trying to switch back to my main account by logging in with my phone number, I now find myself stuck on the inactive Facebook-connected profile. Deleting the old Facebook account did not help, and now I can't access my main account. I believe it still exists but I'm unable to log into it.

The verification process was not customer-friendly. I had trouble using my Capital One and American Express cards for about four attempts to access the site. Eventually, my Visa debit card worked, but there was no code provided, only a link to a questionable website. I initially used my iPhone and then tried my iPad the next day, but the session had expired. I am unsure if the links provided by the women were legitimate. I have been trying to contact you via email for over a month with no response. It would be helpful to have a customer service phone number for assistance with these issues. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Sally S. I've reported this issue multiple times. It was fixed by Amy from Tinder in California. I emailed a few days ago when I started experiencing the same problem again. Kyle replied to my email, but the issue remains unresolved. Messages show on my screen briefly but disappear when I revisit the site. I swipe right for matching, and although there are mutual matches, I can't message them. Instead, a spinning circle appears in the center of the screen with no message notifications. I haven't received any messages in days, despite knowing they are being sent. This situation is causing misunderstandings, and I need assistance to fix it.

Hello Tinder support team,
I am Dustin, and I am contacting you regarding a previous account ban. I received the ban suddenly without prior notice or explanation besides a generic message. The ban was permanent, and I was not afforded an opportunity to rectify any potential issues or given insight into the infraction. Although the ban notification indicated no possibility of a review, I respectfully request reconsideration. I have been a dedicated Tinder user, even purchasing a Gold subscription, and remain perplexed about the supposed violation that led to my ban. I have always maintained respectful communication and abided by the rules, leaving me confused about the situation. I earnestly implore you to lift the ban on my account, offer an avenue for appeal, or provide a detailed explanation for my understanding and closure. I appreciate your attention to this matter and eagerly await your response.
Warm regards,
Dustin
