I am experiencing difficulties staying logged into my app account. While residing in Amsterdam earlier this year, my original account was inexplicably deleted, prompting me to create a new account using my Dutch phone number. Unfortunately, the phone number is no longer active, making it impossible for me to log in via the app. As a workaround, I have been accessing the website to utilize the email link verification feature to log in. Despite repeated attempts, the app continues to log me out within hours, causing immense frustration. The current issue I'm encountering is that none of the email verification links are functioning, and the app repeatedly prompts me to log in. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently logged out of my "Linh Thu Lu" account, which was linked to my phone number and email address [redacted] I then logged into a different account named "Ngân Hà" using my Facebook credentials. When Tinder requested verification of my phone number, I provided it, which resulted in receiving an email informing me that my "Linh Thu Lu" account had been hidden. Now I am unable to access the "Linh Thu Lu" account anymore. A friend I connected with on that account mentioned they can no longer see me. I later deleted the "Ngân Hà" account but still cannot recover access to my original account. I desperately need assistance to log in to my "Linh Thu Lu" account. Thank you in advance for your help.

Hello, two days ago, I set up a Tinder account with my UK number +[redacted]80 and purchased Tinder Gold. I was unexpectedly logged out and couldn't log in with my email [redacted] or receive a verification code by phone. I logged in through my Facebook account as Gazbee Sorour, but it reconnected to an old account from December [redacted], causing me to lose my new matches and data. When attempting to repurchase Tinder Gold, the system indicated I already had it on an inaccessible account, leading me to delete my Tinder account associated with Facebook.
Now, I am unable to access the recent account and need assistance deleting all Tinder accounts linked to [redacted], +[redacted]80, or Gazbee Sorour on Facebook. I appreciate any help you can provide.

I appear to have two Tinder accounts and am encountering an error message stating "restore failed, your subscription is tied to an existing Tinder account." My initial account was created around June [redacted], and I had a one-month Tinder Gold subscription followed by a six-month subscription, which was successfully charged to my credit card. After being prompted to input my phone number for sign-in, I somehow lost access to my original account. I managed to create a second account with most of my previous information, but I am facing limitations within the app. Whenever I try to upgrade to Tinder Gold on the new account, I receive the same error message preventing me from utilizing my six-month subscription. I would appreciate assistance in regaining access to my original account; otherwise, I may need to contact my credit card company to request a refund for the amount charged. Thank you.

Hello,
I recently bought Tinder Gold and realized that I was charged a full $[redacted] instead of a monthly fee as I mistakenly thought. Given my current financial struggles after being made redundant, this unexpected charge is a burden. Is there a possibility of a refund since I intended to cancel after a month or two? I would also like my profile status to revert back to normal from Gold. I only made this purchase less than 8 hours ago, and now that I understand the upfront payment system, I won't repeat this error. I appreciate your help and understanding regarding this matter. Thank you.

I created a Tinder account on August 13th. However, for the past 2 days, I haven't been receiving message notifications even though my phone settings allow it. I uninstalled and reinstalled Tinder without deleting my account. Trying to log in again, I couldn't access it with my phone number despite receiving a confirmation text on August 13th. Logging in with Facebook connects me to an old account from a year ago. I need help accessing my current account as I have a meaningful match I'd like to continue chatting with. I'm prepared to share my account details via email for verification to regain access.

Hello,
I relocated to Montreal, Canada, three years ago. I created a Tinder account with a Canadian number, +1 [redacted]. I continued using the same number until I returned to Morocco this year for an exchange program. Due to the high roaming charges, I am unable to use my prepaid Canadian number here in Morocco.
While Tinder is functioning correctly here, I encountered an issue today. After deleting and reinstalling the app, I found myself unable to log in as it requires my Canadian number, which I no longer have access to.
My name is Youssef Laatiris. My recent matches are from Rabat Ville and the International University of Rabat. I can furnish additional details promptly.
Thank you for your assistance.

I recently found myself logged out of my Tinder account abruptly. When I attempted to log back in using my phone number, a new account linked to my ex-girlfriend's Facebook appeared. This raised suspicions that she may have used my phone number to gain unauthorized access. The same issue arises when trying to log in through Facebook, with a prompt indicating Tinder is already linked and giving me the option to continue or cancel. Opting to continue redirects me to my ex-girlfriend's account. Despite these frustrating occurrences, previous conversations with matches are still visible, suggesting my original account exists but is currently inaccessible.

Approximately a month ago, when I opened the app, I encountered error code [redacted], indicating that my account had been banned. After researching, I discovered that the ban might be due to a picture I had involving rope, despite being fully dressed. I intentionally used that image to convey my interest in BDSM subtly, but it seems I may have unintentionally violated Tinder's guidelines. I am disappointed with Tinder's handling of the situation. If necessary, I am willing to forgo displaying such images and simply mention my interest in BDSM in my bio. I am seeking clarification or the restoration of my account by communicating with a Tinder representative. Thank you for taking the time to read my message. Have a wonderful day!

My Facebook and phone accounts have been disabled for no apparent reason. Despite following all the rules, I am facing unjustified bans on platforms like Tinder. I never engaged in inappropriate behavior. It is disheartening to encounter such issues when others blatantly violate the rules without consequences. I am frustrated and concerned about this recurring problem that unfairly targets my accounts. I urge for a swift resolution and transparency regarding the cause of these unwarranted actions. My account is associated with the cell number [redacted].

To whom it may concern,
I accidentally purchased Tinder Plus a month or two ago and decided to let it go despite not using the app anymore due to being in a relationship. The unexpected bill of over $50 was concerning since I did not benefit from it. Upon reviewing my bank statement today, I discovered a suspicious charge for Tinder Gold. This prompted me to redownload the app for clarification. While the bill indicates Tinder Gold subscription, my account remains on Tinder Plus. I am unsure why this discrepancy occurred and seek a resolution to this inconvenience as I am mindful of my finances. Your prompt assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your attention and understanding.
Sincerely,
A Tinder customer

After breaking up with my ex, I created a Tinder account to move on, but she also made one. When she saw mine, she got upset and asked her friends on Tinder to report my account. Now, I cannot use it, and I'm disappointed because I invested money to meet new people. I have a busy work schedule, and Tinder helped me save time. Her actions make me want to speak negatively about Tinder. I hope this issue can be resolved before I advise my friends and family to stop using it. If this is the experience where spending money leads to being mistreated, I don't want them to lose money either as many of my friends and family members use this app.

Hi, I use my phone number as my log-in, which is UK [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]. I was hoping to get an update on Neil (age 37) from you. We were having great conversations, but suddenly, I stopped receiving his messages. There were instances where he tried to message me, but it didn't go through. When I attempt to 'share his profile,' I receive an error message. Could his account have been blocked? I just want to understand if he lost interest or if there was an issue. Thank you.

Subject: Urgent Assistance Needed - Account Login Issue
Hello Tinder Support,
I am having trouble accessing my account. I have attached a screenshot for your reference. When I tried to log in through Facebook, it redirected me to an old account that I already deleted. My current account was created just a few months ago.
I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue promptly. Please confirm that my concern is being addressed. You can reach me at [redacted] [redacted] for any additional information.
Thank you for your help,

A while back, I created a Tinder account using my phone number to check if my ex-girlfriend was on the app. I would create and delete the account quickly to monitor her presence. However, now that I want to make a genuine account, I am unable to do so. It seems my number has been blocked for violating the rules. Even when I tried to create an account using Facebook and adding my number for recovery, it was blocked within seconds. I would like to know if there is a way to lift the block on my number so I can start using Tinder again for my own purposes as a single person. Thank you.

Hello! I’m Brooke, and my phone number is [redacted]. A few days ago, I reinstalled Tinder and noticed that my age was incorrect due to it being linked to my old Facebook. I created my account when I was younger, making me appear 21 instead of my actual age of 18 since August 28, [redacted].
After deleting my old account, I created a new one with my correct age and phone number. Everything was fine last night as I chatted with some guys I like, but today I found myself logged into my previous 21-year-old account even though I used my phone number to log in, not Facebook. Despite numerous attempts to log out and restart the app, it kept redirecting me to the deleted account.
In an effort to resolve this, I deleted the 21 account hoping to access my 18 account, but now I'm being asked to create a new profile altogether. Although I could start fresh, I prefer not to lose contact with the people I was talking to. I believe my new account is linked to Instagram but not Facebook. Any assistance on how to retrieve that new (18) account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I am currently working on a school project focused on increasing the use of meal swipes at uptown eateries like Chipotle at Ohio University. As part of this project, I created a Tinder profile with a fun idea for students to "swipe" on for meal swipes and access an online petition link. However, I was swiftly banned from Tinder for violating their terms of service. I had paid for a premium subscription to reach out to all students who interacted with the profile, and now I'm seeking assistance in reinstating my account. Despite my attempts to contact Tinder, I have yet to receive a response, causing some frustration. I hope to either regain access to my account or receive a refund for the premium subscription.

I am experiencing difficulty logging into Tinder, receiving error code A:[redacted] indicating my account has been banned and deactivated. I am perplexed by this as I have not engaged in any behavior that violates the community guidelines, whether on or off the platform. I suspect my recent interaction with a match named Alecia may have led to this ban due to a potential report from her. Following her cancelation of our date to see someone else, I requested she cease contact and delete my number, which might have caused her to report me. I maintain that my conduct on the app aligns with the guidelines, as does my behavior in real life. Could you clarify the criteria for removal from Tinder and provide details of any complaints lodged against me, aside from the aforementioned incident? As a paying user removed without apparent cause, I seek a resolution to this matter.

I just created my Tinder account a mere hour ago, and to my surprise, the platform has already suspended it. I hadn't engaged in any messaging yet, just swiping through profiles. Nothing on my profile was inappropriate - it was a standard profile like everyone else's, mentioning my interests in long walks and seeking a serious relationship. Even my friend reviewed it and found no issue. I've heard of others facing similar problems of sudden deletions without explanation, possibly due to reports from other users, but I haven't even interacted with anyone. The only unique aspect might be a photo taken at a public cafeteria where I am the main focus, alongside others; however, many profiles have group photos. I'm frustrated as I've heard Tinder is unresponsive to these matters. I'm hoping for some clarity and resolution.

I recently discovered unauthorized activity on my account where neighbors were using it to make offensive remarks. This behavior is not mine, and I deeply regret this incident. I value using the app safely and appropriately. I am seeking assistance in reopening my account as I believe the unusual activity during the early morning hours was not initiated by me. I have addressed the individuals involved and emphasized that this misconduct is unacceptable. My name is Chloe McMullan, and my account was banned on 9th October [redacted]. Any support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
