I purchased a Lenovo computer from you on 12/29/[redacted]. While installing a Windows 10 patch, the computer shut down at 82%, and now it won't work. A computer repair shop confirmed no hard drive damage, but I can't access the data without Windows. Could you provide details on what software was preloaded on my Lenovo G50 Intel Core i7? I have the hardware but not the software info. The model has 8GB DDR3, 1TB HDDVDW, 15.6" Display, Intel HD [redacted] Graphics, Bluetooth 4.0, came with Windows 8.1 and a free upgrade to Windows 10. I'm looking for the packing slip or any info to help get the computer running again. I am also requesting a personalized reply, as I only received an automated response after reaching out on June 4th.

I canceled an order with your company either in March or April. I attempted to purchase a computer from you, but it arrived unusable. I then tried to order another one, but due to unavailability, I canceled the second order as well. Despite informing you multiple times that I had purchased a computer elsewhere, you are attempting to bill me for the canceled order. If you send the computer, I will not accept it as I already bought one. The computer was meant as a gift, and after the issues with your product, I found a replacement on another site. Please cancel any orders you have for me, as I do not wish to receive any computers from your company. I have tried to reach out during the pandemic without success. Please refrain from sending any further computers to avoid any potential issues. Thank you, Warren O.
