Our return policy at TigerDirect.com is designed to provide our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned item must be in its original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the original packaging and accessories. Some items, such as software, consumables, and certain electronics, may have specific return restrictions. Additionally, customized and special-order items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturer defect. To initiate a return, you can either contact our customer service team or submit a return request online. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund as per our refund policy.
