I am expecting a refund with reference M82K2LY2R. I got an email about the refund on November 24th. I emailed back on December 2nd since I haven't seen the money in my account yet. I used my debit card to buy 2 tickets for a Play Pie and Pint at Oran Mor in Glasgow. I haven't received any response to my email, and the refund has not been processed. I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service.
