Dear Threadless, I am a loyal customer since [redacted] from Australia. In mid-November, I purchased two children's t-shirts for Christmas: Hibearnation Small Light Blue Kids Tee and Partly Cloudy Extra Small Light Blue Kids Tee. After completing the transaction, I saw the items were still in my cart when checking last night. Assuming I didn't finish the transaction correctly, I paid through PayPal. Today, I discovered the order never went through, with no history or placement. This is unusual as I've never encountered issues with Threadless before. I'm concerned if shipping to Australia is an issue or if there's another problem causing this. I initially ordered the shirts in November to have them arrive by Christmas. I'm eager to receive the items but am unable to reorder. Your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring the t-shirts reach me by Christmas is greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Matt N.

I emailed you on 10/9/19 and followed up on 10/17/19 but haven't received a response yet. Hello, I have some concerns regarding my order #[redacted]. I received a shirt I didn't order, and two shirts that I did order are missing. Firstly, I didn't receive the Art & Meow shirt that I paid for. Instead, I received a different cat shirt. Please refer to the attached photo. Secondly, the Return of the Vampurr shirt got deleted from my cart before checkout. I'm not sure how that happened as I didn't remove anything intentionally. Could I purchase it at the sale price, considering the inconvenience and the missing items in my original order? I appreciate your assistance. I've been a loyal customer for years and love your unique shirts, often using them as gifts.

Subject: Issue with Recent Order #[redacted] Hello, I hope this message finds you. I'd like to address a couple of concerns regarding my recent order. Firstly, I received a cat shirt instead of the Art & Meow shirt that I had purchased. Attached is a photo for reference. Secondly, I noticed that the Return of the Vampurr shirt in a woman’s small was unexpectedly removed from my cart before checkout. I believe this was an error as I did not intentionally remove it. If possible, I would like to purchase it at the sale price since I will already be receiving a replacement for the incorrect item. I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always appreciated the uniqueness of your shirts. Any assistance in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated. I placed an order for a package containing around 8 T-shirts for an 8-year-old boy, but unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. The billing date on my MasterCard statement shows the charge on 11-25-19 for the entire order. Only one T-shirt, a Youth Medium size for $23.23 from Popular Science, has been delivered for my grandson. However, the larger package with multiple lower-priced T-shirts totaling $99.51 has not shown up. The shipping address I provided was [redacted] SW [redacted] Court, Miami, FL [redacted]. I am concerned if there was an issue with the order, as it seems like part of my order is missing.

I placed an order for $[redacted] worth of goods and unfortunately, I have not received my package. Upon checking with my local post office, they informed me that the package they received did not have my address on it, so they returned it to you. I find this situation quite frustrating as I paid $[redacted] for these items, only for them to be sent without the necessary address to South Florida from Chicago, causing the post office to send it back. This lack of address has left me without the goods I purchased. I kindly request that you resend the package with the correct address to avoid further issues. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report this as fraudulent behavior and seek proper investigation.imachinery.

I purchased some shirts on Black Friday. So far, I've only received part of my order, missing the shirts. The carrier claims to have attempted delivery, but no notice was left, and my partner was home all day without any notification. These shirts are supposed to be Christmas gifts, and I still don't have them. Order: GM[redacted][redacted]0 I tried using the tracking number provided, but it doesn't work, though it redirects to the DHL website. What is happening, and I need assistance with this issue?

I recently purchased several shirts from Threadless, a brand I've supported for years. Unfortunately, one of my recent purchases, the Origami Rhino design, is peeling in a way that none of my previous shirts have. Even older shirts that see frequent use are in better condition. While I appreciate the worn look, the design is disappearing after washing inside out and air-drying. I kindly request a replacement of the same design, so I can proudly promote Threadless whenever someone asks about my shirts. The shirt is a tri-blend XL featuring the Origami Rhino design. Regarding Return Request for Order Number [redacted] I am following up as I have still not received my refund. On 6/8/[redacted], I received a return confirmation email from Threadless mentioning that the refund process might take up to 30 days. However, I have yet to receive my refund. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my refund as promised? I have attached a copy of the initial email for your reference. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Good morning, I would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused. Recently, I purchased three hoodies, two retro vintage, and one MTN LP, using Apple Pay this morning. The order total exceeded $[redacted], and I assumed shipping charges would be included. However, I was charged $12.05 for shipping after the transaction was completed. I recently received an email regarding order #[redacted] on Dec 5, informing me that the product has been shipped. However, the USPS tracking still indicates the package is waiting to be shipped. I am seeking confirmation that the shipment is on its way. This order is meant to be a gift, so I am keen to know when I can expect its arrival.
