Yes, you can return or exchange an item you purchased from Threadless. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Threadless offers a hassle-free return policy. All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of the original purchase date. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact Threadless customer support with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment, while exchanges will be processed as a new order. Please note that custom-made items, including artist shops and limited edition prints, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
