Threadless has a hassle-free return policy that aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 60 days of receipt. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. The return process begins by contacting the Threadless support team, who will guide you through the next steps. Upon receiving the returned item, Threadless will issue a refund to the original payment method or provide store credit, depending on your preference. However, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. In case of damaged or incorrect items, Threadless will cover the return shipping expenses.
