I am experiencing a concerning situation with neighbors who are involved in rehab/career schools. They have somehow accessed my computers and manipulated business information, specifically inflating the earnings of one of their businesses, Discovery House. Their aggressive tactics to force me off my property are evident on my Facebook page. They seem to have undisclosed businesses and connections to advanced equipment, as evidenced by their luxurious possessions like new cars. I suspect they have tampered with my utilities and had a construction company facilitate their access more than two years ago. Despite reporting them to the FCC and FTC for unauthorized downloads and intrusions into my electronic devices, they continue to violate my privacy rights by monitoring my telecommunications, computers, and household activities. This invasion of privacy, along with their use of unknown frequencies from powerful lights and computers, is alarming and infringes upon my civil liberties. The situation is complex and challenging to prove, but the evidence on my Facebook page supports my claims. I believe their actions not only harm me personally but also constitute a threat to society. I request for this matter to be investigated further as they have unlawfully intruded into my home and stolen from me. I hope that appropriate authorities, such as the IRS, will address this issue promptly and ensure justice prevails.

Subject: Delay in Receiving Federal Tax Refund Hello, I completed my tax refund process a few months ago with my tax preparer, but I have yet to receive my federal refund. Despite numerous calls, I have received conflicting explanations for the delay - initially, it was said that some work paperwork was missing, then there were identity verification issues. However, after contacting the problem resolution office, I was informed there were no problems with my refund, suggesting I should consult my tax preparer. I reached out to my workplace, and they confirmed all necessary forms were submitted without any reported tax issues. It's been months, and I am still awaiting my hard-earned money. Handling everything alone after the loss of both my parents makes this situation even more challenging. I filed my taxes at Liberty Tax Service on Warren Street under tax preparer Chanel Williams. Despite checking with them twice this week, there seems to be no progress. I am concerned and would appreciate clarity on the delay. Thank you, Joel Fauben

I just reviewed my phone banking information and noticed that my phone has been off but wifi is on. This was my first opportunity to check if the refund was deposited. I received a control number #[redacted][redacted] from the US Department of Treasury in a correspondence letter instructing me to call regarding my first ever filed TurboTax application to verify my account. The authorization went smoothly, and it mentioned a 9-week processing time, which should have been in June, including a late fee. When I first accessed my online bank account around the week of 7/9/18, it displayed an IRS US Department of Treasury deposit on 7/16/18 for $1,1?? dollars. Unfortunately, I did not take a screenshot at that moment, thinking it wasn't necessary. However, when I logged back in after a timeout to grab breakfast for my mom at the hospital, the deposit was no longer visible under the US Department of Treasury. I also noticed a $[redacted] discrepancy and then the deposit vanished from the screen. I would appreciate an email confirmation until I can regain access to my phone later this week. You can reach me at primerrycaregvrREMOTEemployplz@[redacted]. Thank you. Dawn McCray

I was notified that the IRS received my paper return on June 19th. I had to file a paper return because I didn't have the security PIN they had issued earlier in the year. Despite my attempts to reach them in April, I faced difficulty with the automated system and was unable to speak to a live representative. By May, when I finally got through, they declined to reissue the PIN and asked me to mail in my return. When I followed up after 5 weeks, they said it would take an additional 9 weeks from July 5th to process my return. After checking in again at the end of August, I was told it would take another 12 weeks to complete processing. I find it frustrating that they didn't reissue the PIN when I provided all necessary verification. It seems like a never-ending cycle, especially with the automated system in place. If they are still accepting returns, why couldn't they just reissue the PIN as I requested.

I received a letter claiming I owe $21,[redacted] in unreported capital gains. The gains mentioned in the letter belong to my ex-wife, whom I divorced 17 years ago. I have no access to the account or its funds; any funds from it went to her in [redacted]. I responded by the deadline of August 15, explaining the situation to the IRS. My ex-wife is willing to pay the amount due, as she is aware of the error. I provided all her details in the response, including her tax ID, address, and accountant, along with my information. I am now awaiting a response from the IRS regarding this issue.

I have called the IRS three times and waited on hold for over an hour each time. I paid a CPA to file my [redacted] return but was told by the IRS that it was not filed. In April [redacted], they said they received it but it was still processing. Recently, they marked it as invalid because the name used to file did not match the previous years, even though I owe from those prior years. The IRS has been aggressively demanding payment and threatening actions. An agent mentioned a policy change in [redacted] regarding social security names, which does not apply to the years I owe for. All the years were filed under the same name as [redacted].

Subject: Assistance Needed Regarding Federal Tax Refund Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to raise concerns about the delay in receiving my federal tax refund despite having processed it months ago with my tax preparer. I have encountered various issues when inquiring about the status of my refund. Initially, there were claims of missing paperwork from my employer, followed by identity verification concerns which were later confirmed to be not an issue by the problem resolution office. Despite my employer's confirmation of submitting all necessary documents, I am yet to receive my hard-earned money. I understand the process can be complex, but the inconsistent information from IRS representatives has been frustrating. I have verified with my employer that all paperwork was submitted promptly and no employee reported tax-related problems. As someone managing responsibilities alone after the loss of both my parents, this situation has become a source of additional stress. For reference, the tax return was filed through Liberty Tax Service at [redacted] Warren Street by preparer Chanel Williams. Despite my efforts to follow up, there has been no progress, and I am eager to resolve this matter as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Joel F. [redacted]

After the passing of my brother and his wife, who were both over 70 1/2, I became the representative overseeing their Living Trust. Within the trust, there was a rollover IRA investment account which the attorney Trustee liquidated. Taxes were deducted monthly from the IRA account, and there could still be additional taxes due. The Trustee is responsible for settling all tax obligations before dispersing the trust's assets to the beneficiaries. I am wondering if the IRA funds will need to be distributed separately among the beneficiaries.

I need to request a confirmation of non-filing for [redacted]. I encountered difficulties trying to verify my phone number online as I didn't receive the verification code. After requesting the code to be sent to my home address, it has not arrived in several weeks. When attempting to order over the phone, I struggled to verify my address on my tax return as requested. Is there a way to speak with someone to verify either my phone number or address for the confirmation to expedite my financial aid process?

I'm requesting my [redacted] transcripts. I'm having trouble reaching a person on the phone despite providing all the correct information. The process, which should be simple, is unnecessarily complicated by automated systems. Could you please fax the transcripts to [redacted]? I'm frustrated by the system canceling my request without my input. The solution provided was to fax the transcript to the specified number. My experience has been unsatisfactory.

I recently received a voicemail instructing me to avoid potential legal consequences by calling back. When I returned the call, a man initially answered and then handed the phone to a woman who asked why I was calling. I explained that I was returning their call and provided them with my number. After placing me on hold briefly, she addressed me by my name, but mispronounced it. She claimed to be from the IRS, stating that legal actions were being taken against me for tax evasion and fraud. Given that I have not received any official communication from the IRS due to being medically ill for the past four years, I found this suspicious. The call ended abruptly after I expressed my concerns, leading me to believe it was a fraudulent attempt that warrants further investigation.
