I am looking for help with my tax information on the track my stimulus site. Despite ensuring that my [redacted] and [redacted] adjusted gross income and refund amount are correct, the site keeps stating that my information is incorrect. I have consistently used the same American Express serve card for the past two years. My six-person household, with only one income supporting four children under 12, is in urgent need of our stimulus money. I am confused as to why my information is not being accepted and would like to speak with a live representative for clarification. Despite our financial struggles, we have not received any explanation or resolution. With a combined income of over $43,[redacted] in [redacted], and my current inability to work as a server, we are facing challenges such as a broken-down car and essential expenses for our infant. Please contact me to provide assistance and information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am currently enrolled in college, and they are requesting my income tax transcripts for [redacted]. I filed my taxes with H&R Block, but they are unable to provide me with the transcripts as they claim I didn't file with them. Despite recalling owing money to the IRS, H&R Block doesn't have my records. I am now attempting to contact the IRS directly to obtain the necessary transcripts for my academic pursuits. My husband, D. X., also requires his [redacted] transcripts for the same purpose. We are facing challenges creating an account on IRS.gov due to an address verification issue. This situation is causing me stress, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it promptly.

I filed my taxes in February, and the IRS accepted them on February 22, [redacted]. I contacted the IRS on March 21, [redacted], and an agent confirmed that my return was accepted but had no further information. The agent advised me to call back on a Wednesday or Thursday for an update. When I called back the following Wednesday, I was directed to the automated system as no agent was available. Both the automated system and the online portal still show that my return is being processed and a date will be available soon. Despite checking online and calling regularly for the past two months, there has been no progress. I am seeking assistance or guidance on how to proceed next.

I have a simple question. I receive federal SSD with Medicare and file taxes yearly even though not required to, as SSD is nontaxable and my only income. I have filed every year prior but not for [redacted] yet. Despite always having a zero balance on my tax return, the IRS website says my COVID-19 stimulus payment is due to be mailed out on May 1st. I expected it to be direct deposited like my SSD payments. Do you know why they are mailing it instead? Just curious where to expect it. Thank you.

I used Jackson Hewitt for the first time this year. The agent didn't include my 1095A form, saying it wasn't necessary due to no penalties this year, but the IRS now requires it along with the [redacted] form. Jackson Hewitt charged me $[redacted] to fix this, but discounted it to $50. They refused to waive the fee or offer further help. I have faxed the documents and still haven't received my refund, causing financial hardship as my utilities are at risk of disconnection, and I have 6 kids, 3 of whom have special needs. I am hoping the IRS can expedite my refund. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Donya and I recently filed for my stimulus check. I expected it to come through direct deposit to my provided bank account last week. Following a confirmation email that it would be deposited, I received another email stating it would be sent out with additional details to my address on file by May 1st. Despite checking my card as per the information I provided on the IRS website for the stimulus check, there are no pending deposits or available funds. I am uncertain if it will be deposited to my card or sent to my address. If it is meant for my card, I'm unsure when to contact my card issuer to check when the funds will be available.

I believe my [redacted] stimulus check has been lost or stolen. I had my $1,[redacted] stimulus check, along with another small check, on top of my wallet ready to make a bank deposit. While quickly heading to the restroom, the doorbell rang, and it was a neighbor checking in on me. After a brief chat, I realized upon reaching the bank that only the small check was with me. I searched high and low in my car and at home but have not found the stimulus check anywhere. I am very sorry for this inconvenience and kindly request a replacement as soon as possible. Thank you, Betty P. SS# [redacted]

I am having difficulty reaching the individual phone lines at the IRS. I require assistance from a representative to ensure I receive my stimulus check promptly. My parents mistakenly claimed me as a dependent on their tax return, which has caused issues with my own filing and eligibility for the stimulus check. Despite being 25 years old and financially independent, they included me to avoid higher living costs. This mistake has led to my tax filing being rejected, and I have yet to receive my stimulus payment. I am seeking guidance on resolving this matter and processing my tax return correctly. Any help over the phone or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe a close family member claimed me as a dependent in the past more than once when in fact I was not a dependent since I became of age. I did not make enough to file in previous years, so I filed a rent rebate for [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] in Colorado. I did not owe any taxes. Recently, after 7 years, I tried to file my taxes and was asked for an IP PIN. Despite reaching out to the IRS and following the website instructions, I couldn't find information on my federal taxes. Although I paid state taxes a month ago, Turbotax hasn't filed my federal return electronically yet, although it shows as paid. Despite getting the IPPIN, I still can't e-file. This has become a major hardship as my landlord is selling the property, and I need to move during COVID. I have been trying for over 3 months and even sent in a paper file twice. I am frustrated and would appreciate any help to resolve this issue. Thank you.

I am feeling perplexed. Typically, I do not file a return due to my low income. This year, I believed I was submitting the form specifically for the "Stimulus Check only." I included my two grandchildren, whom I have been caring for as their guardian since [redacted], and I don't believe they were previously claimed due to my income level. While I received my $1,[redacted] stimulus check because I am on SSD, nothing has arrived for my grandkids. I am uncertain about the status of my return. I used Free Tax USA. Could my $1,[redacted] have already been processed because of my SSD status? If that is the case, what happened to the claim I submitted for the grandchildren? I am certain that I only applied for the refund, as the website repeatedly asked if that was my sole reason for filing, to which I answered "yes." This has left me feeling very confused. I did receive a notification from TaxUSA stating that my return was accepted by the IRS. Does this mean that the dependent refund needs to follow the usual IRS refund procedures? I am worried about facing consequences if the IRS believes I am attempting to claim the $1,[redacted] twice. That was not my intention. Thank you.

I sent a payment of $[redacted] through USPS following Notice CP23 on March 25, but it hasn't appeared in my bank account. Additionally, two $[redacted] payments under my Monthly Installment Agreement were not automatically deducted from my checking account as agreed. Meanwhile, my wife and I successfully made an estimated tax payment for [redacted]. I am concerned that the $[redacted] payment, made prior to the others, has not been credited. Could this delay affect my stimulus payment? Both my Social Security and Military Retirement benefits are linked to direct deposit accounts. If reaching the IRS by phone is not an option, given their crucial role in the economy, I'd appreciate any insight. The IRS website states that "information on your account is not available." Thank you.

I would like to report that my former spouse, Kelly S., attempted to file as head of household for the [redacted] tax year, referencing our divorce agreement which stipulates alternating years. However, our son, Logan S., resides with me throughout the year. I clarified to Kelly that the determining factor is where our child lives for at least 6 months and a day. I sought clarification from a representative, Ernest (ID NO. [redacted]), on 2/13/20, who reiterated that residency is key. Despite my explanation and the agent's guidance, Kelly proceeded to claim head of household status. I am disappointed by this disregard for the established arrangement. Thank you, Brentt S. Sr.

I have two issues to address: 1) On April 2nd, I electronically filed my [redacted] return and received an email confirmation. According to your website, I should have received my refund within 21 days. It's now been 34 days, and when I check my refund status on your website, I receive a message stating, "We cannot provide any information about your refund," which is unhelpful. How can I determine the current status of my refund? 2) I have yet to receive my stimulus check. My bank deposit information is included in my [redacted] return. However, as the IRS does not seem to have my return in the system, I am unsure if my bank details were transferred. Since my address was different in [redacted], if my bank information is not on file, and the check was sent to the address from [redacted], it went to the wrong place. How can I verify if my bank deposit information is on record? If it is not, how can I provide this information?

I noticed that my Economic Impact Payment went to Callaway Bank, to an account number ending in [redacted], which is not in my name. I verified my information on the IRS website and confirmed that the payment was indeed sent to me. Even though the website and a letter I received show that two amounts of $[redacted] each were deposited, I need to clarify whose name and account number it was actually deposited into at Callaway Bank, as it does not belong to me. - T.W.

My previous employer, All America Mobile Detailing, based in Lake Mary, FL, has not provided me with my tax forms. Despite multiple calls over the past three months inquiring about them, the owner has given me various timelines that have come and gone. I spoke to them today on 05/07/[redacted], and was informed that the accountant is working on them and they will be ready in a couple of weeks. It is not only a failure on the company's part but also concerning, as my coworkers and I never received pay stubs, only checks, making it impossible to track our hours or understand the applied taxes. When confronted, the owner mentioned transitioning from W-9 to [redacted] forms as the reason for not providing pay stubs. The company also recently changed its name from Top Notch Detailing to All American Mobile Detailing. I am anxious about potentially missing the tax filing deadline due to my employer withholding my [redacted] tax reports.

I am visually impaired and require a copy of my [redacted] tax return for a legal case. The IRS initially requested me to obtain a pin by April 3 to access the return online. Subsequently, they informed me I no longer needed it, and I didn't proceed. Now, my attorney needs the same form. Unfortunately, our home was recently hit by two tornadoes, causing confusion and misplacement of the letter with the deadline. My wife, Kathryn V. Vickerman, usually manages my affairs, and she is unable to locate the letter with the required information. Your assistance in this urgent matter is greatly appreciated. David L. Vickerman, D.C. RR63 Box [redacted] Cabool, MO [redacted] DOB: 12/24/[redacted] SS# [redacted] [redacted] Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

I am currently receiving disability benefits and have switched from SSDI back to SSA in January. I realized I hadn't filed taxes for [redacted], even though I did in [redacted]. I've been receiving disability payments since [redacted] on a Direct Express card. Despite updating my information as an SSI recipient in the non-filers section, I haven't received my stimulus payment yet. There's conflicting information about whether SSI recipients need to provide details to receive the money or if it would be automatic. After submitting my details, the IRS accepted my return, but I haven't received any further updates. The Get My Payment tool isn't working for me. When can SSI recipients like me expect to receive the stimulus money on our Direct Express cards?

In [redacted], while I was incarcerated, I filed my taxes and received them approximately 45 days later. Subsequently, I got a letter from the IRS mentioning an attempted tax filing from [redacted] on my behalf. The IRS provided me with an Identity Protection PIN. However, I am now unable to recall the PIN, and I have not received any correspondence regarding it at my address. I am reaching out to request a letter containing my PIN. Below are my details for verification: Justin B Troxell [redacted] Euclid Dr. Anderson, IN [redacted] ***-**-[redacted] 10/18/[redacted] PS. Please send me a letter or reply via email if you have any information for me.

I checked the Get My Payment tool on May 1st, and it showed that my stimulus was deposited on April 30th into an account ending in 4 numbers that I don't recognize. This information has not changed. I had to complete an IRS Verify process on April 14th on their website after receiving a letter from the IRS. I filed my Federal Income Tax on March 11th for it to be directly deposited into my correct account. It's strange to me because they withheld my husband's stimulus due to previous child support owed. It's interesting that they can act quickly to collect certain debts, isn't it?

Like many others, my household hasn't received the stimulus check. We followed all IRS recommendations, submitted our [redacted] Tax Information (not accepted), despite showing payment arrangements and bank details from owing money in [redacted]. The IRS seems to easily access our banking information for monthly payments but claims it lacks enough to process our stimulus check. With over 50 years of federal service between my wife and me (Navy/CIA), it's disheartening to feel neglected by our government. It's frustrating to think we might've had better luck if we were undocumented immigrants.
