I need assistance with my stimulus check. It was sent to my old American Express prepaid account, which has since been closed. Despite receiving emails since the 14th informing me of attempts to deposit it, I cannot access the funds. I have spent hours on hold with the card company only to be disconnected. To resolve this, I need either the card to be reopened or the funds to be sent to my current account. Additionally, I am facing challenges with my [redacted] taxes due to not receiving my identity pin after moving. Despite having identification documents, the IRS requires verification I do not possess. I have been unable to work, and with five kids at home, I urgently need access to my funds. Any help in resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

I am a Deaf person with disabilities and rely on Social Security and Disability benefits. Recently, I was prompted to complete a non-filer form, but found the questions confusing. Uncertain if I filled it out correctly, I submitted it, then completed it once more. Later, I learned it was unnecessary. Now, I received a message indicating they couldn't ascertain my eligibility, likely due to my confusion during the process. Despite attempting to call via Relay Center, I could not reach anyone for assistance or find answers online. Could they please delete my initial submissions? It is evident that I struggled with the form and was unaware it was unnecessary. Financially, I require the assistance for my bills, but the filing instructions seemed inconsistent.

I am currently receiving SSI and had some part-time work in Las Vegas, NV in [redacted]. Since moving to the Houston area in January [redacted], I changed my bank account and have been receiving direct deposit for my Social Security to my new bank in Houston. I attempted to update my information on the IRS website before the stimulus checks were sent out, but the system wouldn't accept the changes. To my dismay, I recently discovered that the stimulus payment was sent to my old closed account in NV. I know a paper check will likely be mailed, but if it goes to my old address in NV, it will take a long time to reach me. This situation is urgent for me as I am undergoing treatment for stage 4A cancer with substantial medical bills. I am behind on car insurance and payments, and at risk of vehicle repossession for non-payment. I need the IRS to send the stimulus to my current bank account in Houston. Your assistance in resolving this promptly is greatly appreciated.

I am encountering difficulties with my stimulus payment. Despite providing accurate information about my [redacted] tax return which was successfully processed, the portal keeps prompting me for additional details and then claims they are incorrect. I attempted to input my [redacted] tax information as suggested but was then locked out for "too many sign-in attempts." I only logged in once with my husband's SSN and once with mine. The system seems to be giving conflicting messages and preventing me from updating my information properly. It's frustrating that the system requests information and then rejects it without a clear reason. Even after consulting with my tax preparer and re-entering the same details, the system still claims they are incorrect. I urgently need assistance with this issue as my family is facing financial strain, especially since I am currently laid off and recovering from Covid. If anyone has a working IRS contact number, please share it with me. Otherwise, I may need to seek assistance elsewhere. Thank you for any help. Miranda G.

I have successfully submitted my tax return, and it has been received. In February [redacted], I received a paper check for my taxes as I filed as married filing separately. Unfortunately, my $77 refund was offset for my student loan debt. When I used the IRS Get My Payment tool, I mistakenly entered my tax information incorrectly on Wednesday. Although I attempted to correct it today, I am prompted to wait 24 hours, which has now been 48 hours. I simply need to input my direct deposit details into the portal. Despite my husband entering his information correctly, he has not received a date or any other details. My unemployment benefits have not been sorted out, and I have not had income since the 7th of last month. This refund is crucial for me right now. Thank you.

I need assistance with our tax return. We submitted our taxes through Jackson Hewitt on February 4th, but it's been stuck in processing with the IRS since then. Despite receiving a letter stating that they are reviewing it further, we are a low-income family with children who urgently require the refund. The IRS tool only shows that it's processing without any progress updates. It has been more than 8 weeks, and I cannot reach Jackson Hewitt for support. Moreover, our stimulus payment is also impacted as we are unsure if and where it was sent, as we have not received any funds. Contacting the IRS has been futile. I have lodged a complaint against Jackson Hewitt with the Better Business Bureau and joined an online petition. We are struggling financially, living off $2,[redacted] per month, and California even took our state return due to past debts. We urgently need our federal refund. Thank you.

In [redacted], I didn't file taxes due to having no income. I faced difficulty obtaining my [redacted] W-2 from my employer, leading me to file for [redacted] and [redacted] this year. On March 22, [redacted], my tax preparer submitted a paper return, but the IRS is currently not processing these filings. After seeking advice from a CPA, I provided my bank details on irs.gov for the stimulus payment three days ago. Now, the website warns that filing via their site may delay tax return processing, even though my paper return's processing time is uncertain. I'm worried about possibly not receiving either my tax return or stimulus payment.

I e-filed my taxes back in February. Unfortunately, my return was rejected by the IRS because I did not have my [redacted] IP PIN. I then filed by mail, still without the IP PIN. This year was an exception as I usually do not file a [redacted] income tax return and only receive Social Security income. I am expecting a small refund of $[redacted]. I provided my old checking account details for direct deposit, but they have since changed. I updated my new checking account information with Social Security and submitted a Non-Filers tax form last week with the IP PIN and updated bank details. I received confirmation that the form was sent to the IRS but have not heard back since. Despite providing correct information, the IRS refund site claims otherwise, causing confusion. Due to COVID-19, I am struggling with rent payments. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Paul M.[redacted], [redacted]

In the "Get My Payment" tool for the stimulus check, there doesn't seem to be an option for taxpayers who filed a tax return but neither owe money nor received a refund. I previously filed my [redacted] taxes in February [redacted] with an AGI of $43,[redacted] and neither owed nor received a refund. When I tried entering my [redacted] information with an AGI of $41,[redacted] and a $1,[redacted] refund via direct deposit, it said the information didn't match what's on file. I filed as married with one dependent for both years. - Flora and Willie Etheridge

I am reaching out because I encountered an issue while attempting to track our COVID-19 Stimulus Payments. A notification stated that there was no [redacted] Tax Report on file. Throughout my life, I've diligently filed IRS tax reports since the age of 14, and I am currently 81 years old. Without fail, I submitted our joint [redacted] and [redacted] income tax reports before the April 15th deadline each year, following the traditional method rather than electronically via the Internet.
Residing in Jackson County, FL on our small farm, my wife and I manage various tasks including leasing cropland and pasture land to local farmers and overseeing our pecan grove business. Despite facing financial setbacks due to Hurricane Michael causing significant damage exceeding $[redacted],[redacted] to our property, I stayed committed to meeting our tax obligations for the years in question.
Our Social Security benefits are deposited into Wells Fargo Bank in Marianna, FL. I kindly request assistance in verifying if the IRS successfully received our [redacted] Tax Report. If not found, please guide me on the steps to resend copies of both the [redacted] and [redacted] reports to the appropriate address.

I need assistance with my IRS stimulus check. My Social Security Number is [redacted]. My name is J.K. Reeves Decker. My [redacted] tax return was filed in July [redacted]. Please review my information. I initially lived at [redacted] S. 59th St in Richmond, CA, and later moved to a rented apartment at [redacted] Lewrosa Way in Santa Rosa, CA. In early March [redacted], I contacted the IRS to update my address and phone number. A representative mentioned my low income from my return. I am a 67-year-old disabled individual whose income is less than $20,[redacted] annually, mainly from renting a house. I am concerned because I qualify for the coronavirus relief payment but have not received it. Despite meeting all eligibility criteria, the "where's my check" tool does not provide any information. Could you please review my [redacted] return and qualifications to resolve this issue? Thank you.

We submitted our tax return in February and it was accepted on the 8th. Unfortunately, in March we received a letter informing us of a 60-day review without requesting any additional information. The review is coming to an end next week, but we are still in the dark about the status. The "still processing your return" message on WMR hasn't changed since we filed, and there's no estimated refund deposit date provided. Upon checking our transcript, the numbers match the system figures, with codes [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] present. On the transcript, it indicates a "return due date or return received date (whichever is later)" of April 15th, [redacted], with a processing date of March 16th, [redacted]. Unsure if April 15th was the expected refund date, amid the confusion and urgency for the refund during these uncertain times, more questions linger than answers.

I need to update my banking information for the stimulus payment. The account my tax preparer used for my [redacted] tax refund has already received the Federal refund, but it seems the stimulus payment won't deposit there. I am scheduled to receive the stimulus payment on April 27, and I want to ensure I update my direct deposit information in time. The IRS app indicates the payment will go to a bank account ending in [redacted], which I don't recognize. How can I change my direct deposit details before April 27 to avoid any issues with receiving the funds?

I have been waiting for my stimulus check, which initially was set to be deposited into a different account on the 15th by mistake. After contacting the third-party filing company, who declined the payment, I was informed that a paper check would be mailed to me. Now, the deposit is scheduled for 4/24/[redacted], still to the wrong account. I wonder why I cannot update my banking details or why the deposit keeps going to the incorrect account. I have my own account information ready for input or receiving a check at my address would be suitable. The situation worsens my current difficulties, and I seek a solution to ensure the payment reaches me correctly.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account on IRS.gov. Each time I enter my name, SSN, DOB, and requested information, the system indicates there is no record of me. I have consistently filed my taxes for the past 35 years. It is essential that I regain access to my account promptly for the following reasons:
1) I require my [redacted] tax transcript in a .tax file format to use with Turbo Tax. I have successfully utilized this method in recent years but am unable to locate the .tax file for [redacted] on my new computer after reformatting.
2) I also need to monitor the status of my stimulus check. I am concerned that without proper registration on the IRS site, I may not receive the stimulus payment. The online tracker indicates the IRS cannot confirm my eligibility.
I have used IRS.gov in the past few years without issues. I am uncertain why I am facing this problem now. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I hope you're well. My name is Latasha S. Smith, and I was born on 09/10/[redacted]. My address is [redacted] South 6th Street, Nashville, TN [redacted]. I am trying to find a way to get information about the status of my stimulus check. Everyone around me has received theirs, but I haven't. It's concerning since I have direct deposit and others have already got theirs. When I tried using the portal, it wouldn't accept my information, not even my social security number. I just want some peace of mind knowing it's on the way. I have many thoughts about the person who filed my taxes this year; I worry that they might be taking the money as my numbers don't match what's in the system. If anyone reads this, please contact me. Thank you.

I am experiencing identity theft issues and need to update the bank account information for my stimulus check. I did not receive an identity PIN and cannot file my tax returns electronically as required because the non-filers portal rejects it due to the missing PIN. I do not have the necessary account numbers to access my PIN through the IRS website. Additionally, filing a paper return is not currently an option due to the pandemic. How can I update my bank details to receive the stimulus check given these circumstances? Thank you, Greg S.

I am seeking help with my tax filing situation. I have not filed taxes since [redacted] as I was taking care of my late husband. When I attempted to file online through IRS.gov, I encountered an error message suggesting someone might have attempted to claim me on their taxes. Although this individual tried to include me initially, they proceeded without claiming me, and their taxes were successfully filed. I am unsure how to resolve this issue to receive my stimulus payment.
Furthermore, I have been receiving benefit payments following my husband's passing five years ago. Currently, I am awaiting my SSI, which is pending approval. In the interim, I am receiving General Assistance. Any guidance on resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Rhonda Mallard

I am attempting to track down my stimulus check and determine its whereabouts. When I visited the website and input all the necessary information, no results were found under my name. I am uncertain whether the check has been sent out or if it will be delivered by mail. Due to a recent move, I am concerned that it may have been sent to the wrong address. I have updated my current address since relocating a few months ago. I am hopeful that you can assist me in locating my stimulus check promptly. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with tracking my stimulus payment status due to my wife filing our [redacted] taxes separately, resulting in an IND [redacted] code for me. Despite multiple attempts, I consistently receive a "No information available" message when entering my SS#, birthdate, and zip code. My [redacted] return was filed correctly, and while I overpaid for that year, the excess amount was used to offset penalties from my [redacted] Affordable Care Act obligations. I have used my checking account to make several [redacted] tax payments, but communication remains challenging as reaching an IRS representative is impossible during the current pandemic situation.
