There were challenges with sorting out my [redacted] and [redacted] taxes, which have now been resolved. Recently, I have been informed that my [redacted] taxes were used to address the debt from the previous years, despite them being settled. After speaking to an IRS representative who assured me a refund is due, I have been waiting since 9/27. I was instructed to follow up if no check arrived after 6 to 8 weeks. It has now been longer, and after spending two hours speaking with five different individuals today, I am still without the refund. Each person I spoke with directed me to another, leading to no resolution yet. Can someone please reach out to me promptly so I can track the status of my refund? I am reachable via email or at [redacted].

I received a CP90 letter addressed to both my husband and me regarding tax liabilities related to his self-employment. Despite my name not being associated with his business, I am concerned about potential asset seizure. My husband, who suffered a stroke and is partially paralyzed, would benefit from financial assistance. I am seeking guidance on establishing a payment plan for this debt for which I am not directly responsible.

I worked at Honda of America for 23 years before being let go for attendance issues. During the past few years, I faced severe depression, while also caring for my elderly mother, my disabled adult daughter, and my son living with Type 1 Diabetes. My husband, who is underemployed, did his best to support us. Financial struggles led me to dip into my 401K and face foreclosure on my house, with assistance from my mother. In [redacted], my mother had to enter a nursing home, and I was diagnosed with Stage 3D Ovarian Cancer. Thanks to VA coverage, I recovered. Despite securing a well-paying job in February [redacted], my mother passed away the next day, leaving me with no vacation days until July. After discovering the cancer returned during an August check-up, I'm currently on temporary disability as I lacked the qualifying hours for FMLA benefits. The burden of untreated taxes, due to my ongoing struggles with depression, has added to my daughter's challenges. I aim to resolve these issues and move forward positively.

I financially support Seagle Music Colony, a non-profit helping young singers. In [redacted], two alumni borrowed $20,[redacted] from me to start Opera Pulse. They signed a Promissory Note to repay it in 5 years without interest. Due to no repayment, I donated the note to Seagle Music Colony in [redacted]. I discussed with the borrowers, and they agreed to make monthly payments to the organization. Can I claim this Promissory Note as a donation on my [redacted] taxes? My tax accountant couldn't provide guidance and mentioned Form [redacted] without details on the listing category. Please advise.

I submitted my tax return this year, and there was an issue because the government mistakenly believed I was in prison when I filed. Despite sending proof that I wasn't incarcerated, my refund is delayed. I filed in February [redacted] and provided the correction in August. The representative informed me that I should have received the funds a month ago, but they are still not on my card as expected.

I tried to create an IRS account to make payments, but it got disabled as my information apparently doesn't match their records. Despite entering accurate details, the system still couldn't verify me. An IRS agent told me to have the account set up within 24 hours, which runs out tomorrow, Saturday, December 2, [redacted]. However, the system won't let me try creating the account again for another 24 hours since it didn't recognize me. This setback cuts into the time given to set up the account. The agent mentioned that if it's not done within 24 to 48 hours, they will access my bank account. I need assistance setting up my account online.

Hello, I would like to share that we submitted our [redacted] taxes in mid-February [redacted]. Subsequently, we received correspondence from the IRS stating they needed to revise our taxes within a 60-day timeframe and advised against contacting them during this period. After the first 60 days passed, my husband contacted them and was informed that there was a wait due to a short-term disability under his name. They instructed us to wait an additional 60 days without contacting them. Following this waiting period, when we reached out again, we were informed that the issue was resolved, and they were ready to process our taxes, but another 60-day wait was requested. Upon my inquiry, a representative stated that the IRS had surpassed the allowable time frames for requesting further 60-day waits. They were unable to ascertain reasons for withholding our refund. I was advised to wait yet another 60 days when seeking clarification back in August. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reach anyone to discuss this matter further as the hold times on the phone are extensive. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Last year, my children's father claimed them on his taxes despite not receiving the money due to having warrants. Out of our three kids, he claimed two. Our relationship ended in August [redacted], and I had a protection order preventing him from contacting the children. I am unsure if there is a way for me to receive the money since I was the primary caregiver for the children.

I submitted my paperwork stating that I should not owe back taxes due to missing a 1099G for gambling wins. I also provided my win-loss statement. After multiple calls to Customer Service, I was transferred to a department that was too busy to assist me. The IRS has sent letters saying they are still reviewing my case. Recently, I received a search and seizure letter, even though I don't own any assets and live with my parents. I would appreciate it if someone could update me on my tax status and whether any interest will be waived. Please reach out to me at [redacted].

They mailed me the updated [redacted], instructing me to do nothing if I agreed. Now, while attempting to use the data retrieval tool, the IRS website cannot locate the information. I recently got a [redacted] tax notice, which arrived late possibly due to holiday delays. The website has been down since I received it, hindering my attempts to set up an online payment plan. The site prompted me to call the IRS, but as I am currently working, I couldn't stay on hold. I am eager to establish a payment plan soon as I can't pay the full amount at once. I sent a $50 payment with my tax form, but it hasn't been reflected in the information I received. Dealing with health issues and personal matters, I've struggled to locate past documents while now working on my [redacted] taxes. Balancing caregiving for my mom, work, and personal health makes this situation more challenging. I am feeling overwhelmed and stressed due to these financial responsibilities. I need assistance navigating the process of setting up a payment plan. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
