My online account got locked due to suspected fraud or hacking. I contacted the support number and was informed that a tag was placed on my account for unlocking purposes since there was no actual fraud. However, I am facing difficulties reaching out to get it unlocked as I keep getting disconnected while on hold. I've already notified the fraud department and was advised to contact workforce to assist with unlocking the account.

I have been working with Cortland Jackson to resolve the issue of not receiving my $[redacted] from the week of October 23, [redacted]. Initially, I was informed that there was a system glitch. Recently, I noticed that the payment was moved to deductions, claiming an overpayment, and additionally, $6 was deducted from today's payment. I believe there is no overpayment as I had just finalized a hearing where it was established that I was not receiving any money.
