Hello, I am struggling to receive a refund. I received a message stating my redemption request was refused due to account inactivity. Hello! I've experienced another delay with my redemption process, extending it beyond 48 hours. I continuously find myself having to reach out to inquire about when I'll receive the redemption and if I'll be able to redeem again. It's frustrating how manual this process seems when automatic payments are supposed to be set up. Their guidelines mention payments within 24 hours, but that hasn't been the case for me as I wait for 5 days or more. I opted for Visa payment hoping for direct deposit to my card, but unfortunately, that hasn't been happening. The customer service experience has been disappointing, with minimal responses, mostly exchanging emails once a week.

After joining the doctor's family as recommended by a friend and providing account information for supposed settings, I found my account compromised. Someone named Muhammad Kamal, allegedly the doctor, gained unauthorized access, leading to unauthorized actions and requests for money. Despite reassurances from Tango about the doctor's reliability, it became clear he was attempting theft. I am deeply concerned about this situation and request to sever ties with the doctor's family. I am eager to regain control of my account and funds. I have forwarded relevant conversations and the doctor's personal information to support my case. I urge Tango to hold the individual accountable and prevent further fraudulent activities within the platform. I have been trying to link my Skrill account to my Tango account for withdrawals, but encountered issues with Airwallex. I have been trying to withdraw cash from my Skrill account for the past three months without any success. It seems that my Skrill account is no longer linked to my Tango account, and I cannot add Airwallex as a withdrawal method. Hello support team, I have been facing issues trying to access my account and it has been disabled due to unsuccessful attempts. Can you please assist me? Regarding the problem I encountered: I received a Tango link to log in and verify my account. Upon logging in, there were supposed to be two attempts. The first attempt involved taking a selfie while moving my head. The second attempt required submitting a form of personal identification. The issue is that the first attempt did not show for me, yet I was informed that my selfie had been verified, even though I never sent any picture. This is where the problem lies because when I tried to submit an identification document, it was rejected as it did not match the selfie I never sent. Despite several attempts to verify my account, the verification link was disabled. Could you please send me a new verification link with the steps to follow to avoid encountering the same issue again.

To improve the chances of approval for your next redemption, demonstrate streaming activity in the upcoming days. This will help you attract more givers and broaden your gift history. I have been trying to contact a support representative for months with no luck. Despite receiving deals and offers with free spins, the wheel doesn't move and I haven't won anything. It's frustrating to see that every spin is supposed to win, but I'm not getting any prizes. Recently, I was rushed into buying an offer, only to be presented with a better deal right after. Hello. Tango sent me a message requesting verification of my account to cash out. I submitted all the necessary requirements including my ID and selfie, but Tango rejected it. This may be due to Tango detecting my old account that I haven't used for many months. Additionally, using the same UMID ID that was previously associated with that old account might have caused the rejection. I'm kindly asking for another opportunity to go through the verification process. I really need access to my account as I have funds there. Thank you.

I have lost access to my previous account. When I attempted to sign in using my usual Gmail address, a new account was created. The issue arose when my friend tried to log out of my account on my device to log into his own account. As a result, whenever I log in with my regular Gmail, a new Tango account is generated.
