I have created multiple Tangu IDs for myself. To switch between IDs, I have to clear the app's data frequently as there is no logout option available. Due to the lack of a proper system, I must keep clearing the data to manage all the IDs. Unfortunately, this process sometimes leads to my device getting temporarily blocked. I did not realize that my actions were in violation of Tangu's policies.

Hello, program assistants, and thank you for your service. I want to first inform you about your outstanding service in this program, thank you. I had previously contacted you about my issue, but let me explain again. I had an account named "شوارب ~~~" with a cartoon character of Luffy (One Piece), and I joined the Tango program on 28/09/[redacted] at 11:00 PM. After the new update, I couldn't access the voice messaging feature, so I deleted and reinstalled the program. To my surprise, my account was gone. I tried to contact with the same email address (provided below), but a new account was created. I tried to log in with my phone number (also provided below), but Moroccan numbers don't work after the update. Please help me recover my account as soon as possible. Thank you. Dear program assistants, I would like to express my gratitude for your exceptional service. I previously contacted you regarding an issue with my account named "Mustache ~~~" featuring a picture of Luffy from the cartoon "One Piece." I took part in the Tanko program on 09/28/[redacted] at 11:00 PM. However, after the recent update, I no longer have access to the voice messaging feature. Despite deleting and reinstalling the program, my account vanished. When I tried to log in using my email ([redacted]), a new account was created. I am hoping to reach out regarding the Tango Live app. For the past 16 months, I have been a member under the username Tim Bender. Recently, I encountered issues with the updated app. When I sought help from Tango support, they suggested checking the web version. Upon trying to switch back to the app, I received an error stating I had attempted access too many times and was locked out. Now, I am unable to access my account and even reinstalling the app did not resolve the issue. I reached out to support, but a mistake led to me not being able to communicate further with them. Currently, I am unable to use my Diamond Account with funds as I am stranded without any means of contacting Tango for assistance.

Hola a todos, me encanta usar Tango para ganar dinero a través de la app. Recientemente, alcancé la cantidad mínima de diamantes para hacer un retiro de 32 dólares estadounidenses, pero nunca recibí ese dinero en mi cuenta de Payoneer. Después, realicé otro retiro de 25 dólares y tampoco apareció en mi cuenta de Payoneer. ¿Alguien más ha experimentado esto? I am a video streamer and it appears that my account has been hacked. I have not done anything that would warrant its removal. Unfortunately, some users have been disrespectful and dishonest in my stream because I haven't given them attention. However, this should not result in my page being missing. I also had $[redacted] on my account that is missing along with my page. It seems that false reports have been made as users are sending me inappropriate messages.

I had contact with six different people from Tango, claiming I received a refund that I never requested. I filed a complaint against one person and now five different women are saying I owe Tango money that I didn't take from them. I have a friend named Bigbody Twins, who said Tango told her that I requested 100K worth of diamonds back. She showed me the screenshot, but I didn't make that request. I'm confused if Tango has such disorganized processes because it's making them look bad, accusing people of taking things they haven't.

I'm experiencing issues with my redeem requests as I keep receiving rejection messages. I've tried redeeming four times for small amounts. However, my account is active, and I'm actively streaming. Please assist me with this matter as I'm unsure why my requests are being declined. I received a rejection message with the redeem reason code: [redacted], stating that one of my top gifters is under review by the finance team. The suggestion given was to increase my streaming activity and try redeeming smaller amounts to enhance my gift history for better chances of approval in the future. I contacted Tango.me customer support via the app a week ago, and again through the suppport@ email address the day before yesterday because my messages remain marked as "Not seen." Here's my original message to them: Subject: Urgent Account Access Issue Dear Tango Support, I urgently need help as I earn a living through Tango. Since July 7, I cannot access my account ( - see screenshot 4) where I have around [redacted] USD that I cannot withdraw. I uninstalled the Tango app on July 7 for a reset, but upon reinstallation, I couldn't log in with my Moroccan mobile number (no Moroccan numbers seem to work anymore) or my Google account linked to Tango (screenshots 1 and 2). My Google account ID is in screenshot 3, and I use the Visa card in screenshot 5 for payments. Despite still seeing viewer interaction on my account, I am unable to stream, putting my livelihood at risk. I am distressed by this situation and need immediate assistance. Thank you. However, I have not received a response yet, despite the urgency. The lack of support from Tango is concerning, especially considering their 20% commission on earnings. This level of service is unacceptable.

Hello Tango team, I am reaching out because my program account has been suspended. I have attempted to contact support without success. The application was installed on my phone innocently. I accidentally opened a live program through OBS Studio, unaware that it was capturing the window. Upon receiving the warning, I promptly apologized and explained the situation. Hello, I have a Tango ID named Jazmine official @msjazmin. I have been using this ID on 2 devices for almost 1.5 years, and I have acquired 23k followers, which has been a good experience. Recently, a Tango inspector named Pavel has been messaging me, asking to verify my gender as I want to withdraw my coins using my boyfriend's name. I have already reached out via my Gmail, [redacted], and lodged a complaint, but Pavel is not responding promptly. Despite my verified ID, he is causing delays. Please assist me in withdrawing my money. I have attached some screenshots for you to review. I am trying to link my Tango account with Payoneer, but it says it is already linked, although it does not show up as connected in the payment methods. I contacted Payoneer, and they mentioned that Tango needs to remove the ID linked to Payoneer. Hello Tango, I recently purchased [redacted] coins through the Razer Gold website and tried adding them to my account using tango.me/voucher, my typical method for adding coins. Unfortunately, after entering the amount, nothing appeared. I tried various troubleshooting steps like refreshing, updating the app, and reinstalling it, as well as using the website directly, but I still couldn't see the coins. Strangely, I was able to successfully add two other coin vouchers for [redacted] each, resulting in [redacted] coins in my account. I've already contacted customer support without any resolution and also sent my purchase receipt and code to your email. I'm worried about not receiving the [redacted] coins I purchased. Good evening, I am facing an issue with my supporter account in your program. Two days ago, I lost access to my account. When I tried to recover it, the system requested a confirmation number linked to a phone number I had six months ago, which I no longer have.
