Hello, Dear Sir/Madam, I recently discovered that my account has been unexpectedly blocked without prior notice, and I am uncertain about the reason behind it. I have been actively using this account for the past 2.5 years and have made numerous diamond purchases. I frequently engage with close friends on the platform by sending gifts. Currently, there are [redacted] diamonds remaining in my account. I am unaware of any possible mistake, and if unintentionally made, I sincerely apologize in accordance with Tango Guidelines. Hello, Dear Sir/Madam, I woke up this morning to find that my account has been blocked without any prior notice. I have been using this same account for 2.5 years with no issues. I'm having trouble with my redemption request being declined. It's asking for account verification, which was not communicated to me as necessary to withdraw my earnings. Additionally, I have not violated any guidelines. This is my second account as I was banned from the first one for a similar issue of being wrongly identified as a minor. Obtaining a valid ID would be time-consuming for me as I am a busy college student. I kindly request the option to provide a birth certificate for verification instead.

For the last few days, I have been attempting to withdraw money to my account. Previously, I encountered technical issues with Rapyd, which resulted in my limits being exceeded. I sought assistance from support, and they relinked my account, but unfortunately, the transaction failed again. I am now facing difficulties disconnecting Rapyd. I then tried Airwallex, which indicated that my limits were exceeded. When attempting to seek support on Tango, I found no chat option available. Even after providing all the required information, Visa informed me that my verification was incomplete. I am currently stuck and seeking your help in resolving these issues.

I attempted to redeem $32 for the second time, but it was rejected. Tango is currently reviewing the transaction, which has taken over 24 hours. My first $15 redemption through PayPal was successful. I am unsure why there is a delay and rejection with Tango this time. I have been unsuccessful in locating where to verify my account. I have uninstalled the app and now I cannot find it.

I am unable to withdraw my over $1,[redacted] in diamonds due to the delay in Steve Campbell confirming his account. This is impacting my ability to meet my rental obligations as a single mother. Despite sending numerous emails requesting to remove his diamonds and provide me with the remaining balance, I have not received a response from customer service.
