I visited Taco Bell on Clark Street in Chicago with my son. After waiting for 40 minutes past midnight, I went in to cancel our order due to the lateness. They mentioned my son received his drink, but I requested a refund for the three tacos. The staff seemed unsure and mentioned they had already made the order, but one of them misplaced it. After a total wait of 50 minutes, we finally got our order. Despite the confusion, I still left a tip. The chaotic situation lacked supervision and many customers had to wait as well. I am disappointed and would like to receive a gift certificate for three beef tacos to make up for the long wait. I plan to give them to my son as a gesture from Taco Bell for the inconvenience. Today I placed an online order for the cravings box meal, which was supposed to include a 5-layer burrito, Chalupa Supreme, soft taco, chips and nacho cheese, and a diet Baja Blast. I picked it up from the Northampton Blvd store in Virginia Beach without any wait time and was greeted by a friendly employee in the drive-thru. After arriving home, I discovered that I received cinnamon twists instead of the chips and nacho cheese, and also got a crunchy taco instead of a soft one. I am disappointed with the mix-up, especially considering I visited during a less busy time between lunch and dinner. It's important for staff to pay closer attention to order details. I ordered two breakfast items from my local Taco Bell around 10:50 a.m. I arrived at 11:02 and provided my name for the mobile order. When told they stopped serving breakfast, I was directed inside for substitutions. The manager, Christina, refused to offer a substitution or refund, speaking rudely. I placed an order at 8:50 a.m. (order number [redacted]) in Council Bluffs, IA, at [redacted] E Broadway. Upon arrival shortly after 9 a.m., the status indicated my order was still being prepared. Despite waiting, I overheard a group in a truck mentioning the closure of the lobby. I waited for around 30 minutes and decided to drive to the speaker. The employee informed me that they were closed and advised me to seek a refund from customer service. Disappointed, I left and dined elsewhere. To my surprise, I received an email 20 minutes later notifying me that my order was ready. Upon contacting customer service and enduring a lengthy wait of 39 minutes and 46 seconds, the call abruptly disconnected. This has been my most dreadful experience to date.

I am requesting a refund for missing items in my order from the Oviedo, Florida Taco Bell location. Despite submitting my concern through the Taco Bell app, I have not received any follow-up contact. I am seeking reimbursement for the missing items and also for the cold tacos that seemed to have been prepared well before my order.

Today's experience at the York SC store was unacceptable. There were employees using inappropriate language in the back while the restaurant was full of customers. My order was incorrect, and when I tried to address it, a team member was rude and used offensive language towards me. The manager, who was also disrespectful, made the situation worse by delaying my son's order. This treatment is completely unjustified, especially considering we are regular Taco Bell customers. I attempted to contact customer service but was put on hold for 25 minutes without speaking to anyone. I am planning to report this incident to the news and file a formal complaint against the store and the manager.

I went to the Taco Bell in North Bend, Oregon, near Quality Inn on Virginia Ave. I went there around 2 am on 8/11 and was turned away by the associate because the doors were locked. I usually come to the hotel nearby for business and often order food from Taco Bell. I was upset by this experience as I have never faced such poor service before. In other fast-food places, they usually take the order if the customer cannot go inside. Because of this incident, I have decided not to buy my meals from Taco Bell anymore.

My family had a terrible experience at [redacted]-US64. We waited at the drive-thru speaker for 10 minutes without a response. When we drove up to the window, the employee seemed angry. My daughter politely asked if the speaker was working since no one had responded, despite only four cars being ahead of us. The employee aggressively confirmed that the speaker was working, told us to drive back around, and slammed the window. There were now five cars behind us. Please contact me urgently at [redacted]. This is my second attempt at reaching out because I didn't receive a response before. I went to the local Taco Bell in the evening and ordered three steak tacos for a total of nine dollars plus tax. Unfortunately, they were lacking in steak and cheese. Upon returning home, I discovered there was no hot sauce, as I wasn't offered any. I had to eat my disappointing tacos as is. I've been a loyal customer since the mid-1970s and never had such a negative experience. Normally, three steak tacos are fulfilling, but this time they were poorly made. The staff appeared uncertain of their tasks. I kindly request some coupons as a gesture to make up for this, thank you.

I had a bad experience with the service and food last night. After receiving the wrong order and then a botched replacement, I requested a refund today. Unfortunately, they only offered to refund part of the amount. It was frustrating as I had to involve my bank to resolve the issue. The general manager wanted to refund an incorrect amount and I even doubt if the refund went through given the lack of a receipt or confirmation. My bank hasn't shown any pending refund yet.

Last week, I placed an order at Taco Bell's drive-thru, but only received part of it, and the tacos I did get were incorrect. I reached out to the store, and they said they would note my name. After going back last night, they claimed to have no record of it. Since they were only taking cash, I had to do a mobile order, which was also incorrect. Every time I contact the store about my issue, no one seems to be concerned.

I submitted a mobile order on August 15th and noticed that I was charged for two separate orders instead of just one. I selected a few items and proceeded with the order, but the app froze while processing the payment. After waiting for 5 minutes, I closed the app and reopened it to find my complete order still in the cart, minus a coupon that disappeared from my order. When I attempted to place the order again, it went through successfully. Upon checking my bank statement, I saw that I was charged twice, even though I only picked up one order. I am unsure which of the two supposed orders I received, but I am requesting a refund for one of the orders due to the app glitching. Both orders are identical, except for the different coupons used, after thinking the glitch may have affected the initial coupon I applied.

However, I noticed on my bank statement that I was charged twice for orders that were identical, except for the coupon. I need a refund for one order as I only picked up one, and the duplicate charge was due to the app glitching.

At 2:30 pm on Wednesday in London, Ohio, zip code [redacted], I encountered a very unhygienic man at the fast-food window. He was handling food and money without gloves, appearing dirty as if he had just worked on a car. The lack of hygiene and proper attire is shocking for a food service worker. He even leaned into my car and then tried to hide his hands under the bag. Such disregard for cleanliness is concerning. Basic hygiene practices like using soap and water should be standard. I understand the restaurant aims to make a profit, but serving customers in such unsanitary conditions should be illegal. I hope this issue is addressed promptly before someone falls seriously ill.

I am concerned about my 17-year-old son who works at your Summit in Alabama location. He has been threatened multiple times with bodily harm, and the managers have not taken any action to stop the harassment. We have even contacted a harassment lawyer regarding the situation. My son is now afraid to go to work because of this ongoing harassment. Additionally, he has been exposed to drugs and alcohol from the same person who is threatening him. We are requesting that this employee be terminated immediately, or we will pursue a harassment claim.

I visited the drive-thru and ordered the Chicken Chalupa Combo without tomatoes and requested a soft shell instead of a hard shell taco. I also ordered a Mexican pizza and 4 soft shell tacos. The total for my order was $26.20, as indicated on my receipt. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that both Chalupas had tomatoes, the hard shell taco was not substituted with a soft shell, and the Mexican pizza was squished at the bottom of the bag, causing it to stick to the box due to the collapse.

My recent experience at the Taco Bell in Shreveport, LA [redacted] off Bert Kouns Rd was disappointing. I was unsatisfied with the way my order was handled. The workers were impolite, they weren't wearing hair nets and their hair was falling over the food. They also didn't have gloves on and didn't seem to be washing their hands properly. The uniforms were dirty, and despite spending $40.00, my order was incorrect. When I asked for it to be remade, I was met with refusal from the workers. Even when management got involved, the issue was not resolved, and their attitude was anything but helpful. This situation needs to be addressed promptly.

I waited nearly an hour in the drive-thru without being able to place an order. The nearly empty dining room seemed to contrast with the slow service in the drive-thru, with each order taking an average of 10 minutes. I witnessed several frustrated customers leaving without being served. This is a common issue at this location, where cars are often required to wait 10 minutes just to place their order at the speaker box. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I believe a thorough investigation is needed to address the significant business being lost due to these ongoing problems.

I visited the Taco Bell in Sackville, WI on 8-27-23 at 12:05am. After a long wait, we finally placed our order at 12:43am and received our food at 12:55am. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect with a burnt chicken quesadilla and a DLT without any meat. The two Steak Chalupas Supreme I ordered with no tomatoes came with extra tomatoes. Despite living three hours away, I contacted the manager who promised the GM would get back to me, but I never received a call. When I followed up on 9-1-23, GM Kristine informed me I needed to return to the store for any resolution. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the unprofessional behavior of the employees, including one playing with a knife, which was inappropriate, especially in front of my daughter. This whole experience with a $44.00 meal and poor service has led me to believe that Taco Bell in Sackville, Wisconsin needs to address these issues promptly.
