To the concerned party, I am writing to address an issue encountered during a visit to your establishment. On Sunday night at 8 pm, July 2, my elderly mother visited your drive-thru and placed an order for two combo meals along with two unsweetened teas. Regrettably, there were several errors in the order. The steak quesadilla combo was replaced with a chicken quesadilla, an upcharge to beef was incorrectly applied, the product was burnt, and the unsweetened teas were sweetened instead. The chalupa combo was also missing a taco. As a diabetic, the unsweetened tea was specifically requested. I tried to contact the store by phone but was unable to reach anyone. The location of this incident was in Winston Salem, NC at the junction of Peters Creek Parkway and Silas Creek Parkway. The entire experience was disappointing, considering the amount paid was over twenty dollars. I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain a coupon or refund to rectify this situation. I recently ordered Taco Bell delivery through the app a few days ago. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, we received someone else's order or were missing items from our own order. We spent around $25 at Taco Bell but only received about $6 worth of food, which wasn't even fresh. I would like to request a Taco Bell credit or a refund so we can place another order, perhaps from a different location next time.

I felt completely disregarded at the front counter, leading me to leave without making a purchase. We are now heading to a different establishment, not Taco Bell. I suspect a racial aspect in this situation, given that the Store Manager and most employees are black. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way. I attempted to submit this feedback but encountered difficulties. The Taco Bell branch in Severna Park, MD located at [redacted] Ritchie Highway has left me dissatisfied. Moreover, I tried to order the $5 craving meal on the app, only to find it was priced at $7.98. This was frustrating. Overall, there were numerous issues during this visit, making it clear that my patronage is not valued here.

I only received two drinks from my order at the restaurant. The place was extremely busy, with only one person working. Despite the staff member's effort, there were significant delays due to the lengthy line. I waited for approximately 25 minutes, with 10 minutes spent at the window. During this wait, an unknown individual approached my car, making me feel uneasy as he lingered by the passenger side door. Concerned for my safety, I decided to leave without collecting the rest of my order.

Yesterday, I sent my son to pick up food for our family, but the order was incorrect twice. When we finally received it, the food was cracked and inedible. The manager on duty had the worst customer service attitude and treated my son poorly. I had to personally go to the store to return the incorrect items, which the manager hesitated to refund me for. This whole experience was terrible, and I believe this manager needs to be demoted, retrained, or even let go.

I placed a food order for pickup at 9:44 pm. Got a text at 9:55 saying it was ready. Arrived at 10, but they had the door closed for mobile orders. Called, they claimed I was an hour late and tossed my order. Showed them my app with the 9:44 order time and the 9:55 text. After a 35-minute drive-thru wait, they remade it. Managers doubted the app and text accuracy, implying I lied. Threatened corporate, got dismissive responses. Unpleasant experience at Taco Bell on [redacted] McMasters Ave, Hannibal, MO [redacted]. The manager was allegedly Heather Camp. Didn't provide her name. Seeking phone support. This incident makes me reconsider Taco Bell despite being a frequent $[redacted]/week patron. I visited the Taco Bell in Rockton for a late-night snack for my wife. I inquired about the name of the lady at the drive-thru because she was incredibly rude. Her name was "Genevieve." She accused a fellow team member of stealing in front of me, mishandled my bag of tacos, and seemed visibly overwhelmed, despite there being no other customers in the drive-thru. I will not be returning and plan to contact corporate to address the issue of her behavior at this location.

As a Taco Bell employee, I believe that the Taco Bell mobile app requires significant updates. Customers often place orders at the wrong location due to proximity without realizing. Many don't check the location carefully and just want to order from their usual spot. We often have to explain that we can't proceed without the order in our system. It would be helpful to have options like a cancel order or modify address button to rectify this easily. This would prevent misunderstandings and frustration for both customers and employees. A few tweaks to the app could improve the experience for everyone involved.

I made an order on Saturday assuming the nearest Taco Bell location would be in North Wales, PA. However, the order was sent to a Taco Bell in Philadelphia, which is 45 minutes away. Despite my attempts to cancel the order by calling the restaurant, the staff was unhelpful and rude. I have been trying to contact Taco Bell for the past day with no success in getting a response. I simply want a refund for my order as I never picked it up.

As a long-time patron of your establishment, I was disheartened by the service I received tonight. Order number [redacted] was incomplete, missing items, and even the items provided seemed stale. Returning for the missing items, only to find another one forgotten, was frustrating. To top it off, the food seemed old, as my taco fell apart. The experience at [redacted] S Roselle Rd. Schaumburg, IL was subpar. I kindly request the franchise manager to address these issues, as a business owner myself, I value quality service. Furthermore, the lack of proper phone etiquette adds to the disappointment. I am shocked by the poor service and hope for prompt resolution.

Today, I submitted a complaint on your website regarding the cleanliness of my local TacoBell. Shortly after, I received a call from the manager who was hostile, insulting, and threatening. I was surprised and concerned that my personal information was passed on to him. When he mentioned "I have your name," I felt threatened. In addition to the store being dirty, the management's behavior was unacceptable, and the way complaints are handled compromises customer privacy. I attempted to contact your customer service hotline, but after being on hold for 30 minutes, I decided to end the call.

I had a similar experience at the new Taco Bell in North Tonawanda, NY, alongside my mom and dad. Unfortunately, their drive-thru was not functioning properly despite it being a new building. With only three employees who appeared to be under the influence, they couldn't even get our order right, despite it being displayed on a screen. Surprisingly, they locked their doors early, claiming to be closed even though they were supposed to be open until 1 am. This poorly operated establishment left a lot to be desired and I don't plan on returning. Additionally, I observed employees smoking marijuana while I was there.

I used the drive-thru and ordered tacos without tomatoes, but they came with tomatoes. After contacting the manager, I was promised coupons, which I never received despite following up multiple times. Calling the store resulted in me being told that the notes were lost, causing delays. After leaving messages and getting no response, over a month later, I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. If the issue is not resolved within a week, I plan to share my experience on social media.

I haven't visited this store in over a year because they consistently fail to get my order right. Despite giving them another chance tonight, my order was incorrect as expected. Trying to call the store was unsuccessful as they did not answer the phone. It's disappointing to waste $10 on a mistake. The only consistent aspect of this store is the inaccurate orders. I specifically ordered a #3 without lettuce, and the person who took my order confirmed it correctly. This situation is truly unacceptable.

On July 26, [redacted], I made an order through the Taco Bell app for delivery. Unfortunately, when the order arrived, it was incorrect. The delivery was also significantly delayed, more than 20 minutes past the estimated time. Here are the issues with my order: Order Summary: 1. My Cravings Box: - The supreme crunchwrap was missing. - The beefy five-layer burrito only contained rice and cheese. 2. Beef Soft Taco was missing. 3. Deluxe Build Your Own Box: - The steak grilled cheese burrito had unwanted nacho cheese and fiesta strips. - The beef soft taco supreme did not have tomatoes and sour cream. - The beef melt burrito had unwanted nacho cheese and beef instead of the requested steak substitution. - The cinnabon 2-pack bites were missing.

My adult son encountered a frustrating situation at a Taco Bell in Golden, Colorado. Despite being a long-time vegan customer who has ordered at Taco Bell many times without issue, he received an incorrect order totalling $30, containing meat and dairy products. In an attempt to rectify the mistake, he faced rude behavior from the staff during the busy moving day. We usually show our appreciation for the restaurant by gifting each other Taco Bell gift cards, including a recent purchase of $70 in cards for my son's birthday. I am still waiting for my refund from an incorrect order I placed on June 21st. Taco Bell asked for detailed information, which I promptly provided. Unfortunately, I never heard back from that representative. I called again on July 19th and was informed that the full refund would be credited back to my credit card, avoiding the hassle of splitting it onto a gift card. While I received a portion of the refund on my credit card, the rest is still pending. I sent an email to the second representative on July 28th expressing my concern about the remaining balance, but I have not received a response yet.

I have been patiently waiting for a refund that was promised to me twice for an incorrect online order placed on June 21. I have supplied all the required information. Strangely, my complete order history disappeared from my account after this. During my last conversation with a representative, I was assured that the full amount would be refunded to my credit card instead of being split between my card and a gift card. While I did receive a $2 credit on my credit card, the remaining $10 from the gift card is still pending. Unfortunately, no one is responding to my emails, and I am stuck waiting on hold for an extended period. This situation is extremely frustrating.

The service at [redacted] West McNicols, Detroit, MI [redacted] is unacceptable! Recently, I visited the drive-thru and ordered 2 Chicken Chalupas and 2 soft tacos. Upon opening the Chalupa, I was shocked by the poor presentation and the tiny amount of meat. Disappointed, I returned to the location and was met by an unprofessional and rude African American employee who did not offer assistance. Instead, he behaved disrespectfully and raised his voice when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the order, insisting I return at 8 pm to speak to the manager, despite it only being 11:30 am. Although my order was eventually replaced, the entire experience left me with a diminished appetite due to the appalling customer service.
