As a DoorDash driver, I have encountered various issues at a local store in Ruston, LA a year ago. The problems included long wait times, employees not following proper hygiene procedures, and a dirty front counter. Despite raising these concerns to the district and store manager, I was dissatisfied with the responses. Consequently, I vowed not to return to the store.
Recently, I revisited the store for DoorDash deliveries and noticed improvements in cleanliness, food preparation time, and employee friendliness. However, my interactions with the store manager have been unpleasant, with rude behavior. Despite acknowledging the positive changes made, I was met with disrespect, including having the drive-thru window abruptly closed on me.
While I will continue to pick up DoorDash orders from this store, I have decided not to dine there personally due to the manager's poor attitude, which overshadows the improvements made.

I have been employed at Taco Bell since I was 15 years old. The experience has taught me valuable management skills which led me to become a district manager. However, my recent visit to a Taco Bell location was disappointing. The products were not as advertised, and the general manager, Charles, refused to replace my incorrect order. He even escalated the situation by involving the police when I requested a refund. His behavior was unacceptable, as he used profanity and was rude to me. For the past three weeks, I have been ordering the same item at your restaurant, the Nacho Bell Grande with chicken, lettuce, and cheese. Unfortunately, my order has been consistently missing beans, chicken, beef, or other ingredients. When I tried to return my order this time, the employee Charles did not want to make a new one and refused to give me a refund. Instead, he rudely handled the situation, even going as far as threatening to call the police on me. I live very close to the restaurant and shouldn't have to go through all this trouble for a simple order. As a long-time customer who has worked at Taco Bell before, I feel embarrassed and belittled by this experience. I expect better customer service and would like to address this matter promptly.

I recently ordered from Taco Bell and experienced another issue with this location. Unfortunately, this time my food was not received, yet payment was taken from my card and not refunded. I am seeking reimbursement for the unfulfilled order. The staff's behavior was rude during this incident, and my son was left hungry. Despite my online order being prepared and labeled with my boyfriend's name, it was left on the counter. I possess receipts, emails, and evidence of the transaction totaling nearly $29. Despite contact attempts, I have not made progress resolving the refund, encountering avoidance of my concerns. This lack of response is unacceptable; I insist on a refund for the undelivered food. I was assured the refund would appear in my account within 24 hours, but to date, it has not been processed.

I have been a Taco Bell customer since [redacted] and have visited locations all over the USA. Recently, I visited the Taco Bell at [redacted] Gardens Blvd, Charlottesville, VA [redacted]. This was my third visit to this particular store in three months. My first experience in the evening was disappointing as the Mexican Pizza and tacos seemed old and stale, likely due to the limited staff handling both orders and food preparation. The second visit during the day was satisfactory. However, my most recent visit was the worst Taco Bell experience I've ever had.
Upon arrival, I noticed a worker smoking outside. The employee who took my order seemed disinterested and the service felt rushed. The food handed to me was of poor quality once again, with crushed chips and tacos stuck to the bag, indicating they had been sitting out for a while. The overall service was unprofessional, with an employee displaying jail tattoos and unpresentable purple nails.
Considering the subpar service and stale food, I am deeply disappointed. I intend to seek meals from another Taco Bell location in the future. I had three tacos, chips, and cheese and I am requesting a refund for a Mexican Pizza, chips and cheese, and six tacos.

I ordered four bean and rice burritos, two enchiritos, and a Mexican pizza, but unfortunately, the pizza arrived with the top half squished against the lid. Additionally, I did not receive the requested 20 fire and 10 mild sauces. The arrangement of the burritos on top of the pizza made it unrecognizable as a pizza, giving it an odd appearance.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on St. Augustine Rd in Valdosta, Georgia. I ordered the five-dollar craving meal but did not receive the chalupa that was supposed to come with it. When I inquired, the employee insisted the meal did not include a chalupa. I did not receive a receipt, and when I tried calling the store and customer service for assistance, I was unable to reach anyone. This has been a frustrating experience, as I have never encountered this issue before. I am hoping to receive a refund or some form of compensation for the missing item.

I ordered from Taco Bell on DoorDash, and upon delivery, two drinks were missing from my order. After contacting the restaurant, they rudely redirected me to the driver, who did not respond to my messages. DoorDash customer service attempted to help, but the restaurant kept hanging up on them when they requested a refund. I am simply looking to get a refund for the two large Baja Blast drinks that were not delivered, as I have my receipt. It's frustrating that the driver did not reply, and the store's behavior towards DoorDash customer service is unacceptable.

My spouse recently left her job at the Mormon Coulee Taco Bell branch in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She has been attempting to obtain her paycheck slips, but the management has been unhelpful. We are seeking the name of the franchise owner to inform them about the inadequate management team at this location. Withholding pay stubs from employees is illegal, and despite her two-week wait for assistance, she has not received them. She requested an online site code to access her stubs, but the management has been avoiding providing it. The management's refusal to assist her is preventing her from accessing her payment records post-employment. She is eager to receive her pay stubs promptly. The incompetence of the management team explains the numerous complaints and why she chose to quit her job.

I recently ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza, but unfortunately received one with beef instead. Upon taking a bite, I noticed remnants of beans, which made the mistake apparent. Today, I made an order via the mobile app with the order #[redacted] under the name Michael Keith. Unfortunately, my grilled cheese burrito and cheese quesadilla both had tomatoes on them, which I am highly allergic to. When I spoke to the general manager, Madison, about this issue, the employees ended up messing up six other orders, which was quite frustrating and unacceptable. I am not looking for a replacement of my food or a free meal coupon; I simply wish to be compensated for this inconvenience in some way.

On Sunday, September 24th, [redacted], I placed an order at Taco Bell in Osage Beach instead of the one in Holt Summit by mistake. Despite trying to contact the Holt Summit store and the Osage Beach Taco Bell, I was unsuccessful in canceling my order to receive a refund. My card ending in [redacted] was charged for order number #[redacted], even though I never received my food.

I received an email notifying me that my order number [redacted] was available for pickup. Upon arriving at the store located at [redacted] Highway 92/Fairburn Road in Douglasville, GA, the clerk mentioned they needed to alter my order due to a shortage of chicken. When I asked the manager to cancel the order, she declined and did not provide any help. I am requesting a refund of $19.44 for this inconvenience. The manager's behavior should be addressed.

On September 29, [redacted], I placed an order with Taco Bell around 3:00 am for a deluxe box, totaling approximately $14 plus delivery fees, amounting to around $17 or $18. The delivery was scheduled for 4:00 am and marked as delivered at 3:59 am, despite selecting "hand it to me" as the delivery preference. Unfortunately, upon checking outside, the food was nowhere to be found on campus. I attempted to contact the driver multiple times to no avail. DoorDash inquired about the delivery, but as it was made through the Taco Bell app, they couldn't assist. I have unsuccessfully reached out to Taco Bell twice via their form for a resolution and believe that a refund is the appropriate course of action to rectify this situation.

I visited the Taco Bell on Highway [redacted] in Mustang and wanted to dine in but was stopped at the door. Even though the sign said dine-in hours end at 10 pm, I was told it was already closed at 9:48 pm. The staff informed me that they shut the lobby early for cleaning. This made me wonder if all Taco Bell locations follow this practice. It seems the timing information on the door can be misleading.

As a Taco Bell employee, I've been attempting to reach out to the corporate office regarding the employee handbook. My manager has been unresponsive after I inquired about benefits for pregnant employees. Since disclosing my pregnancy, she has not scheduled me for a week despite being a full-time employee, instead favoring her niece who previously got fired and was rehired. I placed an order on the app for Houston, MO, but it was sent to Hwy 72 in Rolla, MO instead. Normally, we always visit the Houston, MO location where the staff is very friendly. The payment was processed on my credit card through the app. When I contacted the Rolla location to explain the mix-up, the Manager responded saying they were too busy to check or cancel the order. I found this lack of assistance unprofessional. As a result, I didn't receive my order. I am requesting a refund or credit. I have had numerous negative experiences using this app and ordering from Taco Bell. The quality of the food received never matches the appealing pictures, and the customer service has been unsatisfactory. I haven't heard back from support for 3 days regarding a full refund. I was promised a refund at the in-person store after my mobile order because they couldn't process it due to technical issues. I submitted a complaint to customer service and got an automated email on the 27th saying they would contact me soon. It's now Monday, and I still haven't received a response or the refund.
