I applied for a Sams Club credit account in-store. The letter I received with reference numbers [redacted] and [redacted] states my application was denied due to incorrect information. It seems a mix-up occurred as my husband provided his social security number, and we intended the account to be in both our names. However, the letter addresses Ruby Calhoun at [redacted] Central Buffalo Rd, West Jefferson NC [redacted], although my husband is Jerry Calhoun. How can I rectify this to have our joint application approved?

I recently had two external accounts verified on my account, but now I cannot see them anymore. I am not sure why they disappeared. Currently, there is $19,[redacted].50 in my account, but I am unable to access it. I was expecting to receive a Visa debit card in the mail to access my funds, but it has not arrived yet. I am concerned as to why I am unable to access my money.

We have had a great experience with Synchrony, but are facing significant challenges with LA-Z BOY regarding an $[redacted] furniture purchase made in Fresno, CA. We ordered a sofa and two recliners in September [redacted], with a promised delivery time of 2 to 4 months. The sofa was delayed, with delivery fees added and then waived due to ongoing delays. The sofa finally arrived with issues, necessitating a technician visit that resulted in a wait for replacement recliners. The pushback recliners encountered delays in production and delivery, with one being stuck in AK and the other arriving late after multiple fabric and material shortages. We received no assistance from the Fresno store and dealt with unprofessional handling of the situation. LA-Z BOY's lack of customer care and accountability has been frustrating. The representative collected my payment details over the phone, including the account number, expiration date, and security code. Although I was informed that the payment was successful at that time, I later realized that the bank does not accept VISA GIFT CARDS. Despite reporting this discrepancy multiple times to customer service, no resolution has been provided. Each call I make results in a promise to investigate followed by no feedback. Regrettably, my inquiries have led to abrupt disconnections on three occasions, indicating poor customer service standards. I seek clarification on the status of my $[redacted] payment. My name is Andrew Rochester, and I have personal accounts with Synchrony in savings and money market. I made a transfer request on May 22, which Synchrony approved after conducting an investigation. However, after initiating the transfer, they locked me out of my accounts. Initially, I was informed that the transfer was rejected, but later on June 9, I discovered that it had actually gone through. Despite this, Synchrony denied receiving the funds and placed my accounts under review multiple times. As of now, I am still unable to access my accounts and continue to face difficulties with paying bills and purchasing essential heart medication.

I currently have three credit cards with Synchrony, one for Lowes, one for pet care, and one for Harbor Freight. I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Synchrony account where all three cards should be visible, as it says my account is locked. I was left on hold for 30 minutes, and when I finally spoke to a supervisor, they were unwilling to transfer me to the higher corporate level. The customer service representative I spoke with was unhelpful, leading me to terminate the call abruptly. Following the discovery of the hack, I was assured that verification and fraud prevention protocols were in place. However, I will not utilize this card until I have a replacement issued by a US-based call center. The call center involved in the initial response failed to adequately address the situation. Additionally, my wish list and a credit related to a warranty were removed from the compromised card. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I received a credit offer today addressed to Michael Bauder, who shares the same last name as me, Teri Bauder. However, Michael Bauder does not live here and has never resided at this address. I contacted the number on the credit offer but was informed that Michael Bauder would need to call to stop receiving mail here. This situation is unacceptable. Please remove my address from your system promptly to avoid receiving mail intended for Michael Bauder.

I received a credit offer in the mail today addressed to Michael Bauder, who shares the same last name as me (Teri Bauder). However, Michael Bauder is not a resident at this address. I have never known this person and would like to cease receiving mail addressed to them. I reached out to the provided number on the credit offer, but I was unable to resolve the issue as they insisted that Michael Bauder must personally contact them to stop the mailings. This situation is completely unacceptable. I kindly request that you remove my address from your mailing list right away.

I noticed that my bill increased from $[redacted] to $[redacted]. Previously, my bill was projected to be $[redacted], with a $68 online payment reducing it to between $[redacted] and $[redacted]. I made another $[redacted] payment recently. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone and chat, I was informed I had no feasible options from the start. I have encountered issues with this bank since day one. An employee even rudely advised me to pay my bills on time. I am appalled by this behavior. I will borrow the money to settle this month's bill and have no intentions of continuing any association with your bank or company.

Amazon Synchrony recently canceled my Amazon Store Card due to two reversed payments. Despite being a loyal customer who spends significantly, my card was still closed. I made two calls to their customer service to explain the situation before the payment reversal occurred. However, both times, they assured me everything was fine. I am very disappointed with this situation. In response, I have already decided to cancel my Prime account effective January [redacted]. I am adamant about having my card reinstated.

I wanted to raise awareness about potential fraudulent activities involving Susan Mcaslin or Mccaslin, Kyle Affronti, Anthony Crump, and Gloria Stotts or Crump. Susan resides in Vestal, NY, in the Stewart Trailer Park. Kyle resides in Johnson City, NY, Gloria in Rochester, NY, and Anthony in Geneseo, NY. They all have credit cards with your institution obtained through deceitful means on their applications. There seems to be a family scheme where they are misusing the cards, accumulating debts, and not making payments, resulting in thousands of dollars in fraudulent activities. I just wanted to bring this to your attention as they might be conducting similar practices with your bank.
