A few years back, my partner and I set up a Bill Me Later account. Since then, we've gone our separate ways. Recently, I've found out that I'm unable to access the PayPal credit account due to restrictions placed by Synchrony Bank, the card issuer. I wish to have this account transferred under my name, even if it needs to remain closed. My goal is to manage the payments moving forward. Perhaps there's an option to consolidate some of my other credit cards into one payment. The PayPal credit account, established around [redacted], is solely in my former partner's name, unbeknownst to me while I continued to use it.

I offered to pay my son's first monthly CareCredit bill while he was sick with COVID. He provided me with the account number, and I noticed it was 5 days late with a charged late fee. I want to set up auto-pay to ensure the account stays in good standing and help maintain his high credit score. I received a card for the wrong account. Two of my Synchrony accounts, the TireDiscounters Card and Care Credit Card, are connected, but I need a TireDiscounters Card sent to me because I never got one initially. The chat feature on my account is disabled, showing "Not Available." I find the chat easier than calling, so I would appreciate it if this could be resolved.

My name is Bobbie Shoe. I recently received a letter stating that my credit was denied at Ashley Furniture. However, I was approved at the Ashley store in Shiloh, Illinois, where I purchased a bedroom set. I also found the same set at a lower price in the St. Louis store. There seems to have been a mistake in entering my social security number, as I accidentally inputted an 8 instead of a 9. During my hospital stay for surgery, my bank card got compromised. The bank informed me of fraudulent charges and froze my account until I could get a new card. I recently held an Ebates and then a Rakuten Visa Card through your company until yesterday. I used it for Rakuten discounts and general purchases. Unfortunately, my eBay account was hacked some months back, resulting in unauthorized purchases. Bank of America successfully resolved the issue on their end with a letter from eBay. When I contacted your company about the Rakuten Visa charge, I was initially told a letter wasn't needed. After receiving a denial via email and reopening the case, I was asked to provide the eBay letter, contrary to the previous instruction.
Despite my efforts and evidence, my claim was denied again, with the charge reinstated. I feel disheartened as I've been trying to rectify a $91.52 charge for an item I never received. The back and forth has made me feel unfairly judged. I have reached out to Rakuten, who expressed their inability to intervene due to the credit card involvement. I am experiencing issues logging into some of my accounts to make payments or view details. I am only able to pay as a guest and wish to log in properly. When attempting to log in, I receive an error message. I suspect I may have been enrolled in paperless billing without my consent, which could be causing the problem. I prefer not to use paperless billing and would like to change this. It has become inconvenient to only be able to make same-day payments without logging in. This has been ongoing for a few billing cycles. The accounts I am specifically having trouble with are Synchrony Car Care and Synchrony Home, among others. I have multiple Synchrony accounts and aim to access all of them without paperless statements. I also believe it is important for the company to improve customer support accessibility.

I have been a JC Penney credit card user for many years. During the pandemic, I couldn't visit the US for almost two years, so I paid the total balance with help from my aunt in Brownsville. When I tried to use my credit online recently, I discovered it was suspended. I contacted JC Penney customer service, but they asked me to call a US number to confirm my account, which was impossible since I live in Monterrey, Mexico. They agreed to send me a letter with a password to reactivate my credit. Today, I received a letter stating that my credit was canceled due to suspected unauthorized activity and inactivity. I would like to cancel my Synchrony Amazon Store Card account. I canceled the Amazon Store Card on April 27, [redacted]. Today, April 28, [redacted], I received a letter stating future items would be billed to the Amazon Account, which is not supposed to happen. I am only supposed to be billed for the prior balance of $1.99 on the Amazon Store Card (which was terminated yesterday) and $14.99 monthly for Prime Video, deducted from my bank account on May 13, [redacted], with no further charges. I have always used my own Credit Card for payments, as evident in my bank account records. If the issue is with Synchrony Bank, I no longer wish to have any dealings with them.

I contacted Synchrony Bank regarding my recent purchases for my grandson's school clothing using my Mastercard. I provided the charges and the online retailers' names over the phone. I interacted with various representatives including Edward, Nigel, Sigmoid, Tina, and Abby from India. Despite repeated verifications for each charge, my account is now blocked. Nigel advised me to visit the nearest Sam's Club with my card and ID for verification. After a visit to Sam's Club where they called the Fraud department, further steps for verifying my identity were requested. Due to my visual impairment, I am unable to fulfill the requirements involving text messages and photo submissions on my phone. The customer service experience has left me frustrated, and I urgently need access to my account restored. I have attached the email from Fraud that I received, but despite my responses, my account remains blocked.
