I have contacted both Seventh Avenue and Swiss Colony's headquarters multiple times about this issue, but it has not been resolved. About a year ago, I placed a holiday order with your company. While I received some items, others were delayed despite assurances of timely delivery. After waiting in vain and ultimately canceling the order meant for gifts, receiving another catalog in the mail after requesting not to was disappointing. I have no interest in receiving any more items or catalogs from Swiss Colony. Please remove me from your mailing lists and system; I wish to sever all ties with your company. I placed an order for my elderly aunt, L.S., on Thursday night, December 6th. Unfortunately, she has fallen ill and is now in Hospice Care. Due to her deteriorating health, we no longer need the order. I provided my email for contact and the order was paid for with a credit card. Please cancel order number 8[redacted] as soon as possible. The sender's health is rapidly declining, and we appreciate your prompt attention to this urgent matter. We have been loyal customers for a long time and have always been satisfied with the service and products. Although I was able to cancel one part (Barry Seidel’s) of the order over the phone, I was unable to reach a Customer Service Supervisor today, Saturday, December 8th, as advised due to the circumstances.

I recently received an email from Swiss Colony regarding my order that was sent on 12/16/18. I have been trying to check the order status to ensure it arrives before Christmas parties, given my current financial situation due to the identity theft. I am concerned about an issue with my account. According to my records, there is a charge of $81.00 which I believe is incorrect. My most recent order consisted of two sausages with complimentary chocolates, and based on that, I am confused about the total amount owed. I did initially cancel the order for two sausages, but then decided to proceed with the purchase. Additionally, on September 11th, my outstanding balance was $15.00, which I promptly paid from my Bank of America account, resulting in a zero balance. I am disappointed by these discrepancies and would appreciate a prompt resolution as I have no intention of placing any future orders until this matter is clarified. I placed an order for a Christmas gift for my niece in Oregon and I was expecting the two free items to be included in the shipment. However, I did not specify that I wanted the free gifts to be sent separately. After contacting customer service about this issue, I received a response from a lady who was quite rude. She apologized for not knowing what happened and offered no further assistance. I would like to have those two free items shipped to my niece in Oregon as originally intended for Christmas week. The manner in which the lady from customer service handled the situation was not satisfactory.

I recently placed an order for meat and cheese, #[redacted]9. I am unsure if last month's price included a discount. However, my records indicate that item AW136, a sausage and cheese 10-pack, was on my account. Unfortunately, the company does not believe me and has been unhelpful. I want to provide them with a picture of my receipt to prove there may be a glitch in the system and to receive the assistance I need from customer service.

I placed an order for 2 quantity of item AW250, but I only received one in my delivery. Along with that, I did receive item AW283 and the free gift item AX1365. All three items arrived together, but I'm disappointed that one of my items is missing. Since the call center is closed on weekends, I will have to wait until Monday to address this issue. I would appreciate it if they could send the missing item before Christmas or provide a refund for the item that was not included in the shipment.

I recently received my shipment of almond cookies, but unfortunately, they arrived all crumbled and tasted stale, nothing like what I've had before. The ham I ordered for Christmas Eve never came. I have pictures to show you, but I couldn't send them to the email on SwissColony.com. Could you provide me with the correct email address so I can send the photos? I also have some questions regarding a sweater that was unavailable. Additionally, I noticed an extra $13 charge for proper ham packaging, even though the ham was not in the delivery. The situation has led to me only being refunded $57.04 out of $70 for the sweater. I tried calling, but your recording mentioned weather issues.

It is the first order, and Jerry was surprised that the gun handle on the cane was smaller than expected for a large adult hand. Despite that, Jerry still loves the cane and appreciates the credit. I placed an order for 3 items on 12/7. Two items arrived late to me, and the one for my granddaughter has not been received as of today, 12/30/19. Despite being given multiple delivery dates, including 12/17, 12/19, before Christmas, and today, it still hasn't arrived. I have made 5 phone calls, and each time there was an attempt to blame the post office. The customer service representatives have shown no accountability or apology for the delay. After 23 days, 5 calls, and no Christmas gift for my granddaughter, I am extremely disappointed. I will not be placing any further orders and do not wish to receive any future catalogs or advertising. I will be cautioning others about the unreliability of your products based on this experience.

Each time I contact you, I'm asked for information I don't have, and the wait times are extended. The shortest wait time I experienced was today, on 12/31/[redacted], which was 7 minutes. I have several questions: What actions will be taken to resolve this issue? Will the item eventually be delivered? How do you plan to ensure both the recipient and I are satisfied? I would like to offer a suggestion regarding your sugar-free items. Having experience in the food and candy industry and now retired, I have learned that artificial sweeteners ending in "OL" such as sorbitol, maltitol, and maltitol are known to be unhealthy and can cause stomach issues like diarrhea. Many companies have switched to using Splenda instead, for a healthier alternative. I do not represent Splenda, but as a diabetic for many years, I feel that it is important to consider better sweetener options. I noticed that all your sugar-free products in the catalog use maltitol or malitol, and I believe switching to Splenda would greatly enhance your sugar-free business.

In the past, I've used this service and interacted with representatives from Wisconsin and Iowa. However, this time, Martha from Mexico took my order. While Martha was friendly and efficient, I prefer my orders to be handled by individuals in the USA. This will be my final order with Swiss Colony, as I believe there are other alternatives available. Harry and David, for example, often reaches out to us. I value supporting American jobs, so I have decided to part ways with Swiss Colony. Goodbye, Swiss Colony!

I purchased 5 gift packages for Christmas, hoping to give them as gifts. However, I was disappointed with the small size of the food items inside. The boxes mainly contained cardboard, along with finger-sized cakes, cheese, and sausages, all for $20 each. After my friend tried one box and complained about the horrible taste of the meat and chemical-like cheeses, I felt embarrassed. I would like to return the remaining 4 boxes for a refund. It's been years since I last ordered from your company, and I must say the quality has significantly declined.

A few weeks ago, I placed an order for delivery on December 21.
