I have incurred a significant amount of overdraft fees and insufficient funds due to unauthorized withdrawals by your company. This should not be an automatic refund process where you withdraw as much money as possible without notice. It would be prudent for a smart company to cancel inactive accounts or communicate changes via text, as many people do not regularly check their emails. The continuous withdrawals from bank accounts without consent, sometimes in small $10 increments for minimal toll usage, are unjustifiable. I have paid over $[redacted] recently for just two tolls per week, which is unreasonable considering other financial responsibilities. As a server relying mostly on cash income, missing a paycheck means I cannot immediately cover these unexpected expenses. Your understanding and consideration for individuals in similar situations is necessary.
Sincerely,
Cello

I bought the SunPass Mini on Sep 9, [redacted], and recharged it with $10, but $60 was deducted from my account instead. The balance shows $10 less 1 usage of 66 cents on Sep 14, [redacted]. I want to know how to get a refund for the $50 overcharge. I have already sent 2 emails, but they haven't responded within the promised 2 days. What should I do next? Thank you for your help.
SunPass should promptly refund my money and address this issue to ensure users don't feel like they're being cheated. This is my first time using it as we are new residents.

Yesterday, I received an email from Sunpass stating that I owed $[redacted].00. Upon calling to inquire, I was told that I hadn't been charged for five months, leaving me baffled as to why this issue wasn't brought to my attention sooner. The representative seemed unable to provide a satisfactory explanation, and I found similar frustrations voiced by others who had called. I was informed that I had apparently removed my credit card during a login in July [redacted], which I recalled doing due to being double-charged twice a week for two weeks. It turned out the system was trying to catch up on missed charges during that period. After requesting a supervisor and experiencing a long hold time, I settled on making a $60 payment towards the $[redacted] bill, vowing to make bi-weekly payments until the balance is cleared. Only then do I plan to reattach my credit card to the account.

Good morning,
While traveling for business, I believe there was an issue with my SunPass account. Please check the account for any problems and get in touch with Lauren Moskowitz either by phone or via email at [redacted] This was my first time using the company, and it seems that the account does not exist or link to my E-ZPass. I noticed it turned red while driving through, and I want to ensure there are no tickets involved. I am back in New York and currently creating a new account. Please email me if there are any problems that need to be resolved. Thank you.
P.S. If you need any other information, please let me know.

I have received yet another invoice, and I am in possession of a service request number that has not been addressed: 1-[redacted]. The motorcycle in the picture is not mine; I do not own, nor have I ever owned it. I keep the tag for a trike that I previously sold in my briefcase in case I purchase another one. The tag number is MEFY39. A representative of yours has informed me that the number was read incorrectly. Being 82 years old, I have not visited Tampa in a long time. The invoice is for a mere 78 cents, and I will not be mailing back a response due to already having received an email from you regarding this matter.

I received invoice #[redacted]31 from Sunpass for a toll charge, but there seems to be a mistake. I filed a dispute online because my car was parked in Pensacola/Milton, FL, not southern Florida as the picture shows. Instead of a call to clear it up, I received another invoice with #[redacted]57 and a payment deadline. My AllState Drivewise app confirms my car wasn't driven that day. The tail lights don't match my car, and the poor-quality picture suggests a different make and model. The license plate isn't clear either. Please contact me, Sunpass, to resolve this issue.

On April 7, [redacted], I drove a red [redacted] Toyota Corolla with license plate FLV-[redacted] in Florida on a Toll Road. As an out-of-state driver from North Carolina, I am seeking guidance on how to pay the toll fee as no instructions were provided on the road. I rented the vehicle from Budget Rental Agency in Macon, Georgia, and my name is George Gilliam. Your assistance in clarifying the payment process would be greatly appreciated.

On March 28, [redacted], I reached out to SunPass via email regarding Invoice #[redacted]64 for $3.25. Despite having set up automatic replenishment of $25.00, I was charged for a toll on March 5, [redacted]. My transaction history shows a positive balance for that date, highlighting the discrepancy. A received auto-response with Case # 1-[redacted] categorized my inquiry as a DISPUTE INVOICE. However, as of today, no resolution has been provided, and I received a duplicate invoice for the same issue. Unfortunately, attempts to contact SunPass via phone have been unsuccessful due to extended wait times. I am eager to address this matter, especially since I have used the SunPass in the same vehicle for several years without prior issues, including trips to Orlando both before and after this incident.

I was in the express lane in northern Dade County in late [redacted] with a man who claimed to be a mechanic. I purchased a car with cash for around 15k, and unfortunately, the car broke down. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the police tow arrived and safely pushed us to the next exit. My name is Leslie S. and I was with a man named Manny F. who ended up stealing the car, disassembling it, and not paying me. I am seeking your assistance to retrieve any records you may have on this incident. Due to a medical condition affecting my memory, I am struggling to recall the exact date. Manny took advantage of me and stole approximately 30k, which is crucial for my family's needs. As a 60-year-old father trying to care for my young children, I did not expect this betrayal. Please help me gather information such as the date, time, and car ID, which was a black Porsche Panamera. I was dealing with salvaged Porsches, refurbishing parts, photographing them, assigning part numbers, and listing them online, a task that Manny neglected. Your assistance in finding any related records or possible images would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I had a conversation with Tasha this morning at Sunpass, who advised me to upload all necessary paperwork and email it to Sunpass. Unfortunately, I keep encountering an error message while trying to do so. Could you kindly provide an active email address or fax number for me to submit these documents? I am also requesting a reduction of any remaining tickets to $5.00. I rely on the transponder for my daily work commute and was under the impression it was in proper working order. I assure you, I do not pass through tolls for pleasure, and I strive to maintain a spotless driving record. My partner, Joshua, travels extensively for work by both air and rental car, leaving me disconcerted. I now have access to our accounts online and to customer service, which should assist me in monitoring any future issues. Should I consider replacing the transponder given these recurring problems? Thank you in advance for your thorough attention to this matter.
Best, M.O.

I have been continuously receiving invoices with increasing amounts for a truck I do not own. I actually drive a black [redacted] Kia Forte with plate number Z4XPT in Florida. Despite contacting the registry of motor vehicles and clarifying the plate, the issue persists. I am not responsible for this bill. I reside at 39 Providence Lane, Unit - B, Palm Coast, FL [redacted]. Moving forward, I will disregard any mail communications. Thank you. - Leo A.

Regarding SunPass account no. [redacted]6, I have arranged for my car to be shipped to Coconut Creek, Florida. Prior to the truck picking up my vehicle, I inadvertently left the SunPass transponder attached. I am aware that it may register tolls while in transit. Kindly refrain from charging me for tolls from December 1-3, as the truck will cover the charges and my car may register tolls that I am not responsible for. I am providing this notice via email today, November 30, [redacted], as I am aware your office is closed until Monday, December 2, [redacted].

I attempted to use my SunPass at the airport parking, but it was rejected. Upon checking my account, I discovered it was placed on hold due to a violation associated with a license plate number similar to mine. The plate in question, CLOC24, belongs to a Volkswagen, whereas my plate is CLQC24 for my truck. I haven't received any notification of this violation by mail. Can you please address and remove this issue? I'm concerned whether this confusion between the letters "Q" and "O" will lead to future incidents. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to address a toll invoice I received for license plate number [redacted] RAR. I sold my old car in October [redacted] and kept the license plate. However, on April 29th, [redacted], I received an invoice for using the SunPass with the license plate number [redacted] RAR.
I believe I may have forgotten to remove the SunPass from the car when I sold it. I am currently not in America and would like to inquire about cancelling the SunPass account associated with the following details:
SunPass Invoice #: [redacted]17
SunPass Account #: [redacted]7
Car License Plate Number: [redacted] RAR
Amount Billed: $5.36
The attached picture on the invoice shows a truck using my old license plate, which was last on a dark blue Honda CRV in [redacted].
I am concerned about someone else using my name and old plate number. I kindly request your assistance in cancelling the SunPass account as I am not in America to use it. I want to prevent any legal issues with citations or court orders when I return.
Thank you for your anticipated help.
Best regards,
R.P.

Hello, I'm Gerard Dionne from Palm Bay, Florida. I received a toll bill for SR836 (17th Ave Mainline) on August 24th, but I have never traveled there. My vehicle, with license plate CNIM56, has never left Palm Bay, and I have never been to Miami. The invoice number is [redacted]30 dated 09/14/20. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I have a SunPass account with account number [redacted] and a transponder. I own two vehicles. On Tuesday, October 6, [redacted], I needed to travel quickly from PGA Blvd. to Okeechobee Blvd., from Exit [redacted] to Exit 99, spanning 8 miles. Unfortunately, my transponder was in my other vehicle at the time. Upon entering the toll plaza at PGA, I noticed there was no attendant in the booth or ticket dispensing machine visible in the "Ticket" lane. In order not to inconvenience the cars behind me, I proceeded to the Okeechobee exit and explained the situation to the attendant there. She provided me with a ticket for $14.20. I anticipated the cameras would capture my license plate and charge my SunPass account for the toll or bill me for the distance traveled in such cases. I am requesting to be charged for the actual 8-mile journey from Exit [redacted] to Exit 99. Thank you for attending to this matter. - Samuel Dennis D.

Hello,
I am reaching out because the password provided in the email I received from SunPass is not working for me. I received a fine for a Georgia registered tag and vehicle I sold. I tried to get a reprint of the tag cancellation letter from GA DMV, but it was rejected. I submitted the bill of sale along with the tag cancellation letter, but that was also rejected. I've attempted to contact SunPass but have been unable to speak to a person.
I've contacted the GA DMV, DOR, and tag agencies for additional proof as advised by SunPass. The agencies confirmed the tag and registration are canceled in their system, but they cannot provide further legal proof. They mentioned that the State of Georgia does not have the capability to provide a letter listing all vehicles and tags registered at my address.
I sold the vehicle in November [redacted] and properly canceled the tag with the DMV. I was advised to visit the GA DMV website and use the Cancel/Uncancel Registration section with specific details from the cancellation letter. I'm struggling to resolve this issue despite providing all necessary evidence. It would be greatly appreciated if I could speak to someone about this matter.

I have tried twice to cancel my late husband's account and request a refund for the remaining balance. I provided his account number, license plate number, and a copy of his death certificate in my correspondence. Unfortunately, there seems to be no record of my previous letters. This has been ongoing since October when I sent the documents to the requested address in Ocoee, FL. The account is under Robert Ohl, with the number [redacted] and license plate K415QM. It's frustrating that my paperwork has gone missing, and I am hesitant to resend everything and navigate this issue online. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly. Thank you, Carolyn Ohl.

I have a toll permit ([redacted]) for my Nissan Kicks [redacted] with plate 24560Z, and account number [redacted]3. My handicapped toll permit issued by SunPass and FDOT is not being honored by E-PASS. I have been receiving invoices. I have contacted both SunPass and E-PASS, but no one is helping me because this is a non-revenue account. I applied for this permit due to my handicapped condition and never expected to encounter this issue. SunPass said they would contact me in 5 days, but it has been more than 10 days, and I haven't received any calls. I urgently need this issue to be corrected as soon as possible.
