Verification code emails are the only ones we receive, accessed through their support line. Despite setting up a new device, we are unable to log in to the main website due to a password not being set. Resetting the password through the forgot password option is futile, and after interacting with numerous agents, including escalated requests, none of their emails reach our corporate [redacted] inbox or spam filter. Although the device is operational, we encounter difficulties in setting up automatic payments or making changes. Attempts to modify the email address have been unsuccessful. It took approximately 3 hours to resolve the issue, but the service quality is lacking. It is advisable for users to opt for the Verizon version, which provides faster service at a similar cost. Resolution: Improve outgoing email functionality or introduce an option to communicate via text message to a registered cellphone, similar to banking institutions and other services, to enhance user experience.
Please exercise caution when purchasing time cards from Walmart, as we received an incorrect data plan card (green) instead of the compatible one (black card) from an employee. Walmart has stringent no-refund/exchange policies, notwithstanding employee error. While the electronics manager showed willingness to assist, the customer service and front manager declined. After spending an additional 2 hours with Straight Talk customer service, they managed to rectify the discrepancy by converting the card's value and applying it to the device. I have placed an order for a hotspot that was supposed to be shipped on July 20th, [redacted]. UPS has not received the package yet. The hotspot is being shipped from Cooper Sales in Tennessee. I have contacted Straight Talk customer support multiple times but have not received a clear answer regarding the delay. Since receiving the message about Verizon taking over, my mobile phone service experience has been extremely poor. The service quality, customer support, and refilling my service have all been disappointing. I used to recommend Straight Talk to everyone but recently, the service has been embarrassing. I believe the issue lies with Verizon rather than Straight Talk. If Verizon cannot provide the same level of service to Straight Talk customers, I may have to consider switching to another provider. I have spent a lot of time trying to resolve these issues without success. I hope things improve before Straight Talk faces the fate of Nokia or Boost Mobile.

I've been trying to resolve this issue with Straight Talk for several days now regarding adding multiple lines to the new multi-line plan they offer. Initially, they had trouble adding the second phone due to auto-refill being enabled, although the first phone had this feature and worked fine. After they disabled auto-refill, the second phone is now disabled with no way to add more service. I've spent about 7-8 hours over the past 4 days in chats and on the phone with multiple representatives who keep escalating the issue, promising call backs from their team. However, each time they call back, the line disconnects after I confirm it's me. I'm only 20 minutes away from another call back, and I hope for a resolution this time. I prefer not to switch providers but will consider it if necessary. I urge Straight Talk to promptly identify and fix this issue and fulfill my request to have all lines on the family plan.

I recently received a call from a woman named Jerusha who pressured me into upgrading my contract with what she claimed was a special offer. I recently had my phone stolen and contacted Straight Talk for assistance. Unfortunately, they were unable to help me because I couldn't receive text messages or emails since my phone's PIN was changed by the thief. I switched my phone number from Straight Talk to Q Link Wireless, but it didn't work out, so I bought a SIM card kit today to switch back. The rep assured me the transfer was complete, and I was supposed to get a call from Straight Talk by 5:00 pm CST, but I never did. After calling customer service and getting put on hold, my Q Link phone stopped working, and my Straight Talk phone isn't working either, even though it was supposed to receive the transferred number. My account got suspended due to a pending work permit application from last year that hasn't been approved yet. Before my subscription expired, I couldn't even do a SIM swap. Despite trying to upgrade my plan at multiple MTN shops, I was unaware my account was suspended due to the permit issue.
