I recently bought shoes from a popular shoe store franchise and they were not authenticated by the verifier. I am concerned as I strongly believe they are authentic. I have sold the same shoes on another website without any issues. In the past, I have had no problems passing authentication at either store. One of my recent shoes that cost $[redacted] passed without any issues. I currently have 7 shoes that have passed verification from the same store. I am puzzled as to why my shoes are not passing this time. I have another shoe from the same store, different size, going back to stockx in the morning.

I placed an order for the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star 70 Hi Comme des Garcons PLAY Black in size 13, and have been eagerly awaiting their arrival for about a week.
Interestingly, I previously ordered the same shoe in February [redacted] with an estimated delivery date of February 22, [redacted]. However, I received a refund notification without any explanation for not receiving the shoes.

I purchased two pairs of sneakers for my son's 16th birthday. The first pair arrived, but the second pair was missing from the package, which was completely empty. I reached out to Fed Ex, and they advised me to file a claim with the supplier since they now require the supplier to contact them directly. I am seeking a refund for the missing pair of sneakers. Moving forward, I recommend requesting ID and a signature for deliveries to prevent similar issues.

I am a bit confused. I placed my order for some products two weeks ago to have them delivered in time for Eid celebrations. Unfortunately, they were not delivered on time and were canceled. I placed another order, but that also couldn't be delivered promptly. After contacting customer service, the second order was canceled, but the first two were not. Now, the products have been delivered, and I am surprised by this turn of events. Could someone please reach out to me to help resolve this issue?

I recently made my first sale on StockX. When I printed the shipping documents from my phone, only the invoice was included, without any UPS tracking details. After reaching out to UPS and my local post office for assistance, I realized the tracking number was missing from the app and the website had issues displaying it correctly. The difference in information provided on the PC about printing the UPS label caused further frustration. I emailed StockX a few days ago, but now it seems I may face a fine if the item isn't shipped within 12 hours.

I purchased a pair of Yeezy [redacted] on StockX that didn't fit me. After relisting them for sale, I managed to trade for the correct size locally yesterday. However, when I logged onto StockX today to remove the shoe listing, I noticed that it had already been sold. I no longer have the shoe to sell. Is it possible to cancel the sale? I purchased a Google Pixel 6A from stockx.com a month ago. I take great care of my electronics, so I know it's not due to my usage. One day, after turning off my phone, it got stuck on the Google screen upon restarting. Despite trying a hard reset and manual factory reset, I can't seem to fix it. It almost feels like the phone has been blocked. I paid the full price for it and cannot afford to just replace it as I am on a fixed income. As a loyal customer, I am extremely disappointed with the recent experience I had with my purchase. I received a message today informing me of a refund for an item I bought yesterday, even though there are still 8 available on your website. It seems like the refund was issued because the item is now selling at a higher price, which is unfair to me as a customer. If I had bought it at a lower price and the cost increased, I wouldn't expect my order to be canceled. With 9 items still available, StockX could have simply sent me a replacement instead of canceling my order.

Hello, I recently made a purchase with order number [redacted]8-[redacted]7. However, I was surprised to see that I have been charged for an additional pair of shoes that I did not order. I received confirmation emails for both purchases simultaneously.
While I understand StockX's policy on cancellations, I did not intentionally order these extra shoes. Coincidentally, I already own the pair that was mistakenly purchased for me as a gift from StockX.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes and attempted to pay using PayPal. However, my bank account didn't have sufficient funds, leading to an email from PayPal informing me of the insufficient balance. After depositing money into PayPal, I received a refund from StockX. I re-deposited the amount into PayPal, but the transaction has been pending since July 28th without being received by PayPal. I am unsure if my order is still valid and being processed upon payment receipt or if it has been canceled. Should I contact PayPal for clarification?

I had an issue with the delivery company (DPD) where the package, a Jordan 1 retro High OG Chicago Lost and found pair in size 9.5 (43 EU), was not delivered to me and was returned to your Veldhoven warehouse.

My first package, a pair of Paton Dunks, was delivered to the wrong address. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company, I have not received a call back, which I find unprofessional. Furthermore, my second order, for red cement, was delivered while I was not home. Since I live alone, there was no one to receive the package. I returned home at 7pm and discovered the missing package. I have tried contacting FedEx, but the delivery locations provided were inconsistent.
