I attempted to purchase a pair of shoes on the StockX website, but a glitch caused me to be charged for an extra pair in a different size. My order has been pending shipping since 11/30. On 12/1, I received an email requesting an update to my shipping address, which I promptly did through the app. Despite speaking with four different people about this issue, there has been no resolution. I did receive an email from Austin (customer support CRM [redacted]2) confirming that my address has been updated and assuring me that my order would be shipped, but unfortunately, it hasn't been. Every time I reach out for assistance via chat, I am told that they are unable to help.

I purchased a pair of shoes, the Air Force 1 Mid Stussy, from StockX and had them shipped to Israel. I was charged for shipping and a processing fee by StockX, and also charged by the delivery company, UPS. After speaking with UPS, they advised me to contact StockX. On February 6th, I received a Kith Star Wars shirt from an online auction, ensuring it was new. After accepting a bid of $[redacted] on StockX, I shipped the shirt on the same day. StockX received it on February 9th and claimed the neck tag was torn, canceling the sale. Despite providing a timestamped picture of the intact tag taken before shipping, StockX denied my claim, requesting pictures from two days prior. It has been more than a week, and I'm still being informed that my order is being sent to StockX for verification. However, following StockX's receipt of a counterfeit shirt two weeks ago, instead of issuing a refund, they sent me another one. I've been waiting for two weeks without any certainty of receiving the shirt. If I don't receive it, I would like a refund. It's disappointing because I have heard great things about StockX, but this first experience has been a big letdown.

It should not be difficult to track down the purchase given the card details. The fraudulent company posed as a car rental service, yet my card was actually used at StockX. I have made 7 separate purchases with StockX in the past 90 days, with 4 of them just this past week. When I tried to address my first issue using their new help link, I encountered a problem with the new submission process. It requires pictures to be uploaded right on the submission page, but clicking the upload button doesn't work, preventing me from submitting the form. I tried to let it go, but when I had another issue with the 4th item I purchased, I couldn't proceed as the same picture upload requirement stopped me. I recently placed two more orders with bids and used coupon codes, but the discounts are not reflected in my orders and I am unable to contact StockX to rectify this.
