Hello, I would like to purchase the Sniper Elite Complete Pack BUNDLE for 18.26 euros before the promotion ends, but I need to change my computer after the promotion ends. If I buy the pack and reinstall Steam on my new computer, will I be able to find these games in my library and reinstall them without any issues with activation keys or others? Yesterday, I purchased an EA Play subscription for 3.99 to try FIFA 23, but the game is buggy and doesn't launch due to a new gen program they added. I do not plan to play any other game in their collection as I find it poor quality. EA support mentioned that only Steam can provide a refund since I made the transaction through them. Hello. Today I decided to buy Fifa 23 on the Steam platform. It was my first game on Steam, and I asked a friend to help me purchase it. He transferred money from his Qiwi wallet and converted it to Tenge, which he then exchanged for me at the rate of 2,[redacted] rubles so I could buy Fifa 23. I haven't been able to access my account for 2 years. Even though my account and email are valid, I can't receive the email to confirm my information when prompted to enter my username and password on the website. The site requires me to input a code from my email to verify my identity, but I have not received any emails from Steam, even after checking my inbox and spam folder.

Hello, I believe I may have fallen victim to a scam involving my Steam account, where I have invested a significant amount of money in purchasing games through legitimate means. Someone on Discord claimed my account was reported for illegal activities, and another individual posing as a false certified Steam support staff member may have gained unauthorized access to my account. They even contacted me through text for verification, leading me to believe it was authentic support. Unfortunately, I learned too late that Steam support doesn't use third-party platforms for contact. Now, my account appears to be wiped, and I am seeking help to recover it promptly to safeguard my game library and content. I inadvertently purchased a $90 bundle instead of the $30 one I intended to buy. I'm content to keep Warhammer 1 and 2 but do not want the additional $50+ worth of DLCs. I requested a refund for the Warhammer 2 collection but was denied because it appeared that I played for over 2 hours. This is confusing as I have only spent 1 minute on Warhammer. I have only used Warhammer 3 briefly. If the issue is related to me using the Tomb King DLC, I am willing to keep that part, but I believe the rest should be eligible for a refund.

Hello, my account was stolen, and the email address was changed, probably by my ex-boyfriend. All the games that were on it are gone. I can't find any emails from Steam. I hadn't been online for a while, so I just noticed it now. He changed the email address and password, so I have no access to anything. I'm furious. I don't know what to do because I don't remember my old account name; it was probably changed too.

I bought a $50 gift card and a $20 one for my son for Christmas. He managed to redeem the $20, but when he tried to scratch off the code of the $50 card, it smudged and became unreadable. I visited the store where I made the purchase, and they directed me to customer service. After sending photos as requested, they were unable to assist and advised me to contact Steam. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Steam account. Despite successfully receiving recovery keys through email and text, changing my account details ends up in a message stating it was successful, but upon attempting to log back in, the system claims I am using the incorrect email/password combination. Even though I am entering the credentials manually and confirming them multiple times, the issue persists. A few days ago, I managed to send a message to them, receiving and successfully using a code to regain access. Following that, I added my phone number for additional authentication, but still faced the problem of not knowing the saved password, which appears as asterisks in my account settings. Trying to resolve this, I attempted to change my password from the account screen, only to be locked out again. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to find a way to reach a customer service representative, and I have spent several hours on this issue. Additionally, I have encountered wait times due to too many login attempts.

I have lost access to my Brawlhalla account where I've spent money. I'm hoping to retrieve it. The account went by usernames Eoxili and $aranghae and had all characters except Arcadia. I purchased the Season 2 Battle Pass, reaching tier 85 for Nix and tier 1 for Val Level 3. In ranked play, I made it to platinum in 1v1 and once in 2v2 with a friend named "TheyCallMeDim." I owned skyforged and goldforged equipment and reached a top ELO of around [redacted] in 1v1. My legend Mordex was over level 50. Unfortunately, I lost the account due to a scam for free Discord Nitro. I'm also providing my newer account photo here named eoxili4xt, which I switched to after being scammed on my Steam account. I purchased a Steam gift card from GameStop that was new and unscratched, but it showed as already used when I tried to redeem it. I contacted Steam Support (Ticket ID: HT-P5FM-9V79-3PRX) seeking help, but they redirected me to the seller. Despite following their instructions, the seller sent me back to Steam. I feel frustrated because I purchased the card new in-store and believe Steam should provide a replacement instead of deflecting responsibility. The issue seems to be with the Fastcard-powered steam cards more than the seller. Despite Steam's lackluster response, I value their services as a PC player. However, the poor customer service experience makes me consider alternatives if available. I have proof of purchase and the original card. I hope to receive proper assistance from Steam.

I received a friend request on Steam from someone I didn't know. After accepting, they claimed to have reported me for illegal purchases by mistake. They insisted that I contact a supposed Steam supporter on Discord to avoid my account being deleted. The person assured me they could prevent a ban if I logged out of my account, which I did, and then they asked me to buy a €50 Steam gift card for security reasons.
