Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with customer service. I sent an email and received a reply asking me to log in to view my order history. Unfortunately, I bought the jacket as a guest customer, and I am unable to create an account successfully. My email address and password aren't working, and the links they keep sending me are not helpful. I am just trying to return this faulty Moncler Suyen jacket. This situation is very frustrating for me. Thank you, P. Lightband.

This is the fifth or sixth time I've reached out. Unfortunately, each time I receive a response a week later requesting the same information that I've previously provided. This delay has impacted someone's Christmas due to the unresolved issue with my order. My prior message included all necessary details, including the ticket number [redacted] and order number [redacted]. Despite sharing this information, I continue to be asked for additional details already supplied. After providing the requested information again, I never receive any further communication. It's distressing that my money seems to have been taken without resolution. I've made numerous attempts to address this, but with no success. If this matter isn't resolved promptly, I will have to escalate it by involving authorities and utilizing social media platforms to bring attention to the situation.

I placed an order on 10 Dec [redacted] with ssense.com, and as of 5 January [redacted], it has not been shipped yet. The order status remains at “preparing for shipment”, despite my repeated checks. When contacting customer service, I receive automated responses mentioning the high order volume due to their winter sale. Ordinarily, orders are shipped within a few business days, but almost four weeks have passed, which is unacceptable. Contacting a live person for assistance seems impossible; all interactions are with bots. I am now considering canceling the order, but the lack of response complicates this process.
