I recently discovered fraudulent charges on my card through the Cash App system. Despite my attempts to dispute the charges with my bank, they claim that I have an account with Cash App, which I do not. My bank needs accurate information from Cash App to proceed further. I have reached out to Cash App multiple times via email, but have only received one response regarding disputing the charges. I have already taken that step, but my bank insists that Cash App is reporting I have an account, which is not the case. I am stuck in this situation and urgently need assistance.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card linked to Cash App. I attempted to dispute these charges with my bank, but they claim Cash App supposedly sent a letter confirming my account with them. This is inaccurate as I do not have an account with Cash App. I suspect my personal information has been compromised or that someone has stolen my identity to make these transactions through Cash App. I have been diligently trying to reach a customer service representative at Cash App without success. I am eager for assistance and would appreciate it if Cash App could provide me with a phone number or contact me directly regarding this matter.

Good afternoon. I am facing an issue with the Cash app. The phone where I had the app installed is no longer working, so I downloaded the app on a new phone hoping to use the same sign-in details. However, I encountered a message saying the email and password were already taken. I tried a different password, but that didn't work either. Some people sent me money, unaware of the issues I was having. When I tried to use my card, it showed a $0.00 balance. I recently spoke with a customer representative two days ago regarding obtaining a Square Cash Visa debit card. I was not informed that $[redacted].00 and $[redacted] added up to $[redacted].00 would be withdrawn from my USB checking account ending in .....[redacted]. This situation led to multiple overdrafts, causing my rent and two auto payments to bounce. I did not authorize any deductions from the mentioned account ending in .....[redacted]. I was under the impression that I would receive a Visa debit card with $[redacted].00 loaded onto it in two days by mail, but I was not aware funds would be debited from account ending in .....[redacted]. The explanation given about the card and its funding source was too brief, leaving me confused. I have been attempting to contact Square Cash throughout the day but require a code to speak with customer service. I urgently request the $[redacted].00 to be refunded to my account ending in .....[redacted] so I can cover my expenses. Unfortunately, this experience has caused immense stress, especially since my landlord is requesting payment. I do not want the card anymore, I prefer it to be cancelled and the $[redacted].00 refunded tonight, 11-07-18. I would appreciate a prompt phone call to resolve this issue. My number is [redacted]. I am contacting you regarding a recent issue with the Cash App. I attempted to make a rent payment, but the transaction was declined despite having sufficient funds in my account. Consequently, I am now facing daily $50 late fees. This marks the second time the app has refused transactions despite adequate funds, with this instance being particularly concerning as it involves my rent payment. I urgently need assistance to prove to my property manager that my account had enough funds on 11/1/18-11/2/18, as the app does not provide a statement to verify this. My name is Y.P. Your company canceled my account after I disputed a transaction of $[redacted] that I tried to send to myself. I had two email addresses and attempted to transfer $[redacted] to one to further deposit it into the card issued by your company. Problems arose when I couldn't activate the card, and I couldn't delete the four separate $[redacted] transactions. After contacting my bank, they provided a temporary credit while investigating the matter. However, your company disagreed, leading to the revocation of the credit from the bank, leaving me short of $[redacted]. This has impacted my credit negatively, making it difficult to secure a loan from my bank. I have not received any assistance, and my account with Square Cash has been canceled. Hello, Square Cash. I need help with three transactions that were made from my account two days ago. Two transactions were for $[redacted] each, and one was for $[redacted]. I did not authorize these transactions, and I suspect my nephew sent money through the app without my knowledge. Please refund the money and reverse the transactions as I need to pay my life insurance. My bank, Chase Bank, referred me to you as they were unable to help me reverse the charges. I'm Kolu Fesseh. I recently sent $[redacted].00 to a friend but it went to the wrong account provided by Cash App. After my friend refunded me, the money did not show up in my account. I contacted Cash App for help, and they guided me through a process on the app where I clicked on "Add Cash." They assured me the money wasn't coming from my account but from another account. After entering the required amounts, my bank alerted me to fraudulent activity involving $1,[redacted].00 taken from my account along with the $[redacted].00 refund. Cash App then closed my account and unlinked my phone number. Despite my attempts to reach them, Cash App has not been responsive. I urgently need to retrieve my funds.

I have recently used Cash App after not using it for a while. I decided to cash out the remaining money in my account. Unfortunately, I had forgotten that I lost my debit card. I contacted my bank three weeks ago, and they confirmed that with Visa's backing, the money cannot be sent to the lost card. I reached out to Cash App for assistance, but they have been unhelpful, blaming my bank for the issue. My bank has been more cooperative than Cash App, which I find concerning. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and support from Cash App. I cashed out $45, and all I see is Cash App focusing on their own interests, disregarding the fact that this money rightfully belongs to me. I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities to ensure that Cash App complies with regulations. Stop shifting the blame to customers when the problem lies on your end, not ours.

I recently reached out to Square Cash regarding a $[redacted] refund due to fraudulent activity on my Cash App account. After contacting a Square Cash representative via email, they investigated the issue and confirmed the fraudulent activity on November 5, [redacted]. They assured me that I would receive the refund on my card within 3 to 5 business days. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the funds and my follow-up emails to Square Cash have gone unanswered. I am disappointed with the lack of response and the unfulfilled promise of the refund. I hope to resolve this matter promptly before considering further action against Square Cash.

I attempted to withdraw $[redacted] from an ATM, but it was declined, and I was charged the amount along with the ATM fee even though I did not receive the money. I am concerned about the vulnerability of Cash App to criminal exploitation. Criminals can easily set up accounts with stolen debit card information and IDs, linking them to fraudulent activities. Despite reaching out multiple times about this issue that I have personally experienced, I have not received any responses or solutions from Cash App. With proper tracking, these crimes could be addressed and the perpetrators prosecuted. However, the lack of direct customer service contact, like a phone number, makes it difficult to resolve these matters with Cash App, also known as Square App. It is frustrating that a company of this scale does not have a more accessible customer service system.

I am having trouble accessing my Cash App account "$gogetemgirl30." I currently have a balance of $[redacted].00 that I would like to withdraw. However, I am unable to access the account as it is requesting my old debit card number, which I no longer have. I created a new Cash App account with the ID "$getemgirl82," but I am unsure how to transfer the funds. I bought an item from a seller named Minna Collins, and her Cash App tag is $Minnahuang. This individual has defrauded not only me but many others. I have been disputing a $40 charge on my account since November 16, [redacted]. Despite receiving pre-written emails instructing me to file a dispute on the app, I am unable to find that option. I possess evidence in the form of conversations between myself, Minna, and others, revealing her deceptive practices on Instagram. Minna is scamming individuals by falsely selling items. I have contacted Cash App multiple times, hoping they can intervene and prevent further misconduct. It is crucial that this issue is addressed promptly.

I have been trying to contact someone for almost two weeks now, but your communication methods are not helping me reach anyone. After receiving my refund, I will close my account. I would not recommend this app to anyone. This is the second time you have taken money from me without my knowledge, and it's disappointing that communication with you is so difficult. $10 was deducted from my account for a Microsoft charge, which I did not make as I do not use Microsoft or even have a computer. Additionally, there was a refund that was supposed to be credited back to my account, but it never arrived. I submitted a request for assistance about 45 minutes ago. However, I have not received a response, and my funds have not yet been credited to my bank account at Bank of America (BOA). In order to receive a payment from a business associate, I utilized the Cash App service. Even though Cash App promptly received my funds, they have deceptively indicated a 1-3 day waiting period to transfer the money to my bank account. This transaction occurred at 11 a.m. this morning, a business day being Friday. It seems unreasonable that it would take 1-3 days for a financial institution to transfer funds, especially without prior notification. Interestingly, Cash App was able to receive my funds instantly, but I am unable to access my funds immediately. I suspect this situation may constitute as "fraud" in a lawful and ethical society. Hello, I'm struggling to access my Cash App account due to forgetting my email password. My Hotmail account requires me to wait 30 days before resetting the password. This is hindering me from checking if my direct deposit from work has gone through.
