I recently got locked out of my account because I used an unfamiliar phone. My old account is under $dovecourtf4l, registered under my name Duron Demont Anderson. My new cashtag is $highlandpark80, also under my full government name. I would like to keep my old cashtag and switch to the new one. It's urgent as it's been 4 days and the holidays are approaching. I need access to make purchases and pay bills. I was contacted by Diane from Cash Support Services via email to confirm which account I want to keep, but I haven't received any follow-up. I appreciate the security measures, but I need access. My email is [redacted], associated with both cashtags. Please resolve this issue promptly and restore my total balance of $1,[redacted].01 to my old account under the cashtag $dovecourtf4l. Thank you.

I fell victim to a scam on Cash App yesterday. I mistakenly sent $[redacted] to an individual who promised to assist me and my two children with $[redacted] for the holidays and to help with food costs. After sending the money, I never received anything in return. Despite requesting a refund and sending a personal request for my $[redacted] back, I have not received any response. The person has blocked me on Cash App and Instagram, likely knowing they were in the wrong. I have heard that contacting customer support may help recover the funds, even if a refund is refused or the person is uncooperative. Our office, representing Jewel of India, Inc. and Ramneesh K. Prabhakar, is dealing with a tax issue concerning their Square account. Despite attempts to resolve the matter with Square, it has become complex and frustrating. Attached is a copy of the [redacted] income taxes for the S-Corp Jewel of India, Inc., showing reported revenues of $[redacted],[redacted] and taxes paid. Ramneesh also reported his $48,[redacted] salary and taxes paid on his individual return. Square incorrectly reports revenues to the IRS under Ramneesh’s Social Security Number, causing significant tax implications. The IRS issued a deficiency notice for over $60,[redacted] in income taxes due to this error. Despite notifying Square in writing and through multiple phone calls, the issue remains unresolved. Ramneesh faces financial and personal repercussions due to Square's failure to correct this error promptly. We urge Square to rectify this error immediately and provide confirmation of the correction. Please contact our office for any necessary information for the corrected filing, emphasizing that the [redacted] form must be withdrawn as the income is corporate, not individual. Proof of reported income and taxes paid has been submitted.

Genuine companies do not use Gmail for official emails, so be cautious of any major corporations using such addresses. Be vigilant against these deceitful tactics.

I received an email from you regarding how to retrieve a lost bank debit card. Could you please resend the instructions? My iPhone, which had my iCloud email and phone number used for setting up my Cash App, broke severely, and I couldn't retrieve the details. I'm looking for a way to log in to the app without access to the iCloud email or phone number used during setup. I recently performed a money transfer from my Wells Fargo account to my Cash App account [#[redacted][redacted]] on the 29th. Immediately after transferring $[redacted], Cash App closed my account. However, the transfer hasn't reflected in my Cash App account yet, and the money hasn't been returned to my Wells Fargo account. Cash App shows the transfer was successful, but I have not received any response despite sending numerous messages and emails. I am unaware of the reason for the account closure or the whereabouts of my money. I urgently require my funds back in my Wells Fargo account. I recently opened an account and made a payment, but then encountered issues trying to make further payments. I was asked to verify my information, including card details and contacts, which I completed. However, I was informed that verification could take up to 24 hours. Frustrated with the delay, I decided to close my account and switch to using PayPal. This experience has left me dissatisfied, as it's not the first time I've faced such issues with the app. It's disappointing that this seems to be a common problem based on the increasing number of complaints being reported. As a result, I have decided to permanently stop using this app.

In the past three days, I have unexpectedly received two Cash App debit cards. Each card has unique account numbers and expiration dates, with variations in the name displayed - the first in my middle and last name, and the second in my full name. I have encountered difficulty accessing their online support as my contact details are not on file. To address this issue, I sent a notification via mail to their San Francisco address at Square, Inc., [redacted] Market Street, Suite [redacted], San Francisco, CA [redacted], following the arrival of the first card. Despite the challenge with online assistance, I managed to communicate my concerns through an online chat. Subsequently, I received a somewhat helpful follow-up email three days later.

My Cash App was terminated for violating the terms of service. However, I couldn't find any canceled peer-to-peer payments in my history. When I tried to resolve the issue, I was denied access and locked out of my account. I created a new account to receive payments urgently. But I'm unable to merge the new account with the old one or have it searchable by my new cash tag. I'm struggling to receive payments, especially with incoming direct deposits scheduled in about 7 hours. I contacted Cash App for help, but I was hung up on by five different support representatives. I have a $[redacted] wire transfer from Varo Bank that I initiated on the 4th of March [redacted]. I used an ACH debit from my Varo Bank Account to send the funds to my Cash App account. I provided Varo Bank with my account and routing numbers for Cash App. Today is the 9th of March [redacted], and I have not seen the $[redacted] in my account yet. I need this resolved urgently. I've been waiting nearly a month for a product I ordered on Valentine's Day. I was advised to request a refund from the seller who hasn't delivered my item. This situation is frustrating. Last summer, I had a problem with $[redacted] disappearing from my account using Cash App, and they reversed the transaction without acknowledging the mistake. On January 9, [redacted], an individual posing as Cash App support fraudulently took $[redacted].42 from my Cash App account under $1vwilliams1. I have been in touch with Cash App, and they advised me to contact the ACH department at Wells Fargo with the provided trace number. After reaching out to Wells Fargo, my money was located in a Stripe payment account, and I was instructed to contact Stripe. However, Stripe mentioned they were unable to process a refund. During this ordeal, I kept Cash App informed, but they closed my account $1vwilliams1 without consent, leading me to create a new one, $vmrswilliams123. The funds taken were crucial, being my stimulus money for bills and my children's needs. Kindly assist in recovering the amount and transferring it to $vmrswilliams123. Thank you.
