I recently attempted to buy a clothing item online through Instagram. After making a purchase, the seller offered me a gift card and requested to send $[redacted] to my Cash App, which seemed strange. I provided my Cash Tag name and other details when they called me. Shortly after, I was unable to access my account. It seems my phone number and email were removed from the account, and the seller could no longer be reached via phone or text on Instagram, and their account disappeared.

I have been trying to get my identity verified on Cash App for almost a month now, but I have not received any confirmation from Cash App Support. After contacting support, I received a message from Linda at Cash App asking me to provide my ID and a selfie. I followed the instructions, but my identity still remains unverified. Hello, my name is Valerie Mustafa. I've been using Cash App for about a year. I uninstalled it last week and have been trying for about a week now to reinstall it on my phone. There is money that I need to receive from another Cash App user, but the download is taking hours to open up for me to receive the funds. I hired a contractor who is not fixing his mistakes properly. I paid him $[redacted] on November 10th, and despite him coming back to my home multiple times, the plumbing issues in my downstairs bathroom persist. It has been over a month now since I have been unable to use that bathroom. He promised to return on December 2nd, but he never showed up and is not responding to my calls. He is also not honoring the ten-year warranty as promised.

Although he reported the issue promptly, I am uncertain about following through with the new sign-in code provided via email. I have been experiencing issues with Square Inc. withholding $[redacted] of my money for over [redacted] days now. Despite my numerous attempts to reach out through writing, texting, and calling, I have not received a satisfactory response. After being informed to wait until November 26, the date has long passed with no resolution. I have no chargebacks on file, yet Square Inc. continues to withhold my funds without proper explanation. I have joined thousands of others facing similar challenges. This situation, to me, feels like a scam as this is my money being held unjustly. On December 14th, I was involved in a domestic violence incident. The next day, December 15th, my phone, which had the Cash App and my debit card linked to it, was stolen. On December 15th, at 11:34 PM, a charge of $42 was taken from my account without my authorization. The individual accused of the domestic violence incident, Amy H., took this charge. She resides at [redacted] Grosscup Ave., Dunbar, WV [redacted]. I have frozen all of my accounts and will be filing a police report.

I completed work for a woman who sent me money through Cash App. However, after I finished the job and was paid, she canceled the transaction the next day, essentially getting the work for free. She then blocked my number. Cash App assisted her in this process. If my money isn't returned promptly, I will take legal action against Cash App for allowing fraud and theft to occur. I am expecting a quick resolution and the return of my funds.

I don't have the Cash App, but my account keeps getting charged. It happened again, and I need it to stop. I also want to know who they are trying to pay so I can locate the source of this issue. I checked the Cash App, and my phone or email isn't linked to any account. I need information to dispute these charges; I will also contact my bank to address this on my end and prevent any future incidents.

I recently ordered a new debit card for my Wells Fargo account that is linked to my Cash App. Since then, I have been unable to add funds to my Cash App. I tried updating my bank details with the account and routing number, but the issue persists. Additionally, while I was on vacation, my Cash Card was overdrawn by $.85, and I cannot rectify this since I'm unable to add funds without a debit card. I have already sent three support emails regarding these problems but have not received any responses yet.

I had set up a Cash App account under [redacted], and used the code $Margaretgreen. However, I am unable to access it now with that email. Could you please link this account to my current account lamarfranks1q under the name Donte F.? I use this account to send money to my grandmother, and if you check the transactions, you'll see many transfers from my old account to this one. There is $50 sent for Christmas that is currently stuck in limbo.

On December 19th, $[redacted] was taken from my bank debit card with a description stating "CASH APP." I disputed this charge as fraudulent because I have no knowledge of this transaction and was unaware of Cash App until now. Recently, I received a debit card in the mail from Cash App with my first name handwritten and a username "$keithrasmussen3" below it. I am perplexed by this as I never signed up for such service and wish to resolve this matter promptly. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a way to contact a representative to address this issue. I am eager to speak with someone to retrieve the stolen $[redacted] and ensure that my bank accounts are secure from any unauthorized access in the future.

I received a Cash App Visa debit card today in the mail, but I did not open an account with them. I suspect this is a case of identity theft. I have been unsuccessful in contacting Cash App to report this issue because my email and phone number do not match the account details. I am not active on social media, so I am unable to reach out to them through that platform either. It is frustrating that there is no phone number available to contact Cash App. All I want is to inform Cash App about this fraudulent account and have it closed. Any assistance would be highly valued.

Despite my numerous attempts to retrieve the funds, I have not received any responses from your team except for one representative who mentioned they could assist if provided with the correct information. I had a stay at the Dream Downtown Hotel on August 24th, [redacted], and my one-night room charge was $[redacted].82. I used my Cash App card for payment at that time. Recently, on December 13th, I got an email from Cash App indicating a negative balance of -$97 due to a dispute they initiated about the August charge. They said a provisional credit of $[redacted].82 was applied but then withdrawn when the dispute was resolved. I am questioning the necessity of this dispute as the room charge was settled months ago. I requested proof of the supposed credit, notification of this credit, and instructions not to use it, but I have received none. Now, after a week of no response from customer support, I am frustrated with the lack of communication and apparent mishandling of my funds by Cash App before the holidays.

I discovered my cell phone was stolen on November 2nd. Since then, I hadn't used the app until yesterday when I found it open under the name Joshua Brown, an accomplice in the theft. I had to change my password to regain access and noticed unauthorized charges that occurred post-theft. Some charges went through while others were denied, resulting in a financial loss that I urgently need to recover. I am not tech-savvy and feel frustrated by the lack of available human support.
