I was charged twice this month by Spotify, on the 1st and 10th, causing my bank account to go negative by $90 due to the overcharges. My name is Aaron Bragman. I can be reached at [redacted] or by email at [redacted] I am trying to contact someone since I cannot remember my ID or username. I don't understand why there isn't a customer service number to call to address these overcharges for the service.

I have a subscription account with your company under the email [redacted] Initially, I used an old school email address to create the account. However, recently I was unexpectedly logged out of my account after many years. Unfortunately, the school email I used has been deactivated, preventing me from receiving the "forgot email/password" link to reset my account. If I cannot retrieve my password or cancel my subscription, I will need to escalate this matter as I am concerned about being charged for a service I cannot access. Since I work in retail, I cannot afford to continue paying for a service I am unable to use.

I would like to cancel my account with Spotify. I have been trying to reach customer service since October without success. I am being charged $9.99 monthly on my American Express, even though I don’t use the service or have the app installed. I'm struggling to access your customer service and need clear instructions on how to cancel my account. I also request a refund for the last two months of charges as I have attempted to cancel during this time. Following failed attempts online, I would appreciate assistance over the phone at [redacted]. If this is not resolved promptly, I will dispute the charges on my credit card starting next month. Thank you for your help and I would prefer a call for assistance.

Hello, I accidentally deleted around 5 songs from my playlist. How can I restore them? I've gone through the forums, and they suggest the following steps: 1. Log in to your account page. 2. Click on "Recover playlists" in the menu on the left. 3. Click on "RESTORE" next to the playlist you wish to recover. 4. Open Spotify and locate the restored playlist at the bottom of your playlist collection. However, I can't seem to find the "Recover playlists" option on my account page. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

Hello, I currently share an account with my daughter. She received a free 6-month subscription with a new Kindle she purchased. I still have my library and songs that I would like to keep. However, I am unable to play my songs. I attempted to set up the account in my name, but I am facing issues as I used a different email address that I cannot remember. Therefore, I am unable to reset my password. I would appreciate any assistance in setting up a new account under my name. Thank you for your help. Tony.

I am encountering an issue with three artist profiles all named "Lun Hoang." Some songs are on the first profile, others on the second, and the rest on the third. I am seeking to consolidate them into one main profile under "Lun Hoang" with a profile picture to assist my community in finding my music more easily. Despite efforts with my distributor to merge the profiles, all the songs ended up on the incorrect "Lun Hoang" profile, leaving me unable to make changes now. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter to ensure my music is accessible and properly displayed. Thank you for your assistance.

Someone has taken over my Spotify account. I've been dealing with an issue where an ex-friend has been hacking into my online accounts, but I had managed to secure them with two-factor authentication. Sadly, she now knows some of my common passwords and has gained access to my Spotify account "megwanz" that I've had for almost five years. There are five years' worth of playlists and podcasts saved, and I fear she may delete everything. I don't want to start over and I can't let her keep my account. Please assist me with this matter.

I purchased a $30 Spotify gift card but encountered issues activating it. After contacting Google support, we created a new email and password to try and install Spotify. However, upon trying to proceed, we received an error message stating either the email or password was incorrect, which was not the case. Subsequently, when attempting another method, an error occurred, instructing us to try again. I am seeking a resolution through either a refund or assistance from a technician to resolve this issue.

Lately, I've noticed a strange issue with my random playlist showing songs I haven't been listening to. This has been going on for about a week now. I attempted to reset my password, but despite multiple attempts, I haven't received the email. When I tried to log back into my account, it now says my password is incorrect. I have a premium subscription, and if this problem persists, I may need to report my credit card as stolen to avoid being charged erroneously.

I'm currently setting up a new Spotify account online for the first time. After creating my account, I am encountering an issue where the website states that I am ineligible for the 3-month free trial of the Spotify family plan. Can someone assist me in resolving this matter? I just created the account a few minutes ago and am unfamiliar with how the service operates. Kindly advise on how I can avail the 3 free months.

I cancelled my Spotify Premium membership about two to three months ago, but I'm still being charged $9.99 twice every month. Today, I woke up to another $9.99 charge, which is frustrating since I haven't used the service since cancellation. I only ever had one account, so I'm baffled by these double charges. I demand a refund of $54.94 for the six erroneous charges made after I ended the Premium service. I want today's charge reversed, and all the charges dating back to my cancellation reimbursed promptly. If Spotify fails to address this issue, I will take legal action. The refund must be processed immediately, or I will pursue further action by Friday, December 27, [redacted].

Hello, I was resetting my iPhone when I realized it would delete my accounts and passwords. I have multiple emails but forgot which one is linked to my Spotify account with a premium subscription. I remember the password but not the email. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could offer advice on how to recover it. Apologies for the oversight, and thank you in advance for any help. Have a great day!

I purchased three $60 Spotify gift cards for my daughter as Christmas presents. Initially, we planned to use them for a family account, but we discovered that they can only be used for individual accounts. As a result, she ended up with a year-long subscription using two cards, but now we are having trouble redeeming the third card for an additional six months. Is it only possible to sign up for a year at a time, or is there a way to redeem the third card for the remaining subscription period? Thank you.

My daughter, a middle school student, has a free Spotify account. For Christmas, she received a Fitbit that she is trying to sync with her account. To do so, it is asking her to set up a premium account. We started the process but then noticed she could do a student account, which we are interested in. Unfortunately, it won't let us set it up since she is not in college. She is a student, and we are willing to pay for the account. If someone could assist us in setting up this student account, we would be grateful. Thank you.

My account has been hacked. I've taken steps like changing my password and deleting my Facebook page (my login method), but the hacker remains in my account. They haven't locked me out yet, but I can't remove their device. All my playlists are gone, new music and artists are being saved, and my profile photo has been changed.

Hello, three months ago, I signed up for the free Spotify for three months trial followed by a $9.99 monthly subscription. However, when I attempted to use the service, I encountered issues where the songs wouldn't skip, and I still experienced advertisements, indicating that I was still on the free version. Despite trying to sign up again, I was unable to do so. Consequently, I resorted to downloading Deezer as an alternative. Recently, I noticed a charge of $9.99 from Spotify, but the app still prompts me to sign up for premium and displays adverts. I am considering canceling Deezer to use Spotify if I could receive the promised three months of free trial and a refund of the $9.99 charged. I am willing to continue using Spotify after this trial period.

I had a Spotify student account until October when I was unexpectedly logged out and charged the full amount for Spotify. I couldn't access the account, so I switched to Apple Music. I have reached out about this issue before but it hasn't been resolved. I am requesting refunds for the full charges in October, November, and December. My name is Taylor McCreight. Contact me at [redacted]. The email associated with the Spotify account might be [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted] Please process a full refund for these charges.

Recently, I attempted to listen to music on Spotify via my phone. However, I encountered an issue where the songs would play briefly before switching to a different track, giving the impression that my account was being accessed simultaneously elsewhere. Despite my efforts to resolve this by changing my Facebook password and logging out of both Facebook and Spotify, the problem persists. This situation is frustrating, especially as a Spotify Premium member, I expect uninterrupted service. I am unsure of what steps to take next to reclaim control of my account and enjoy my music without interference.
