On August 3rd, [redacted], I set aside a roundtrip flight from Chicago to BWI for approximately $[redacted], which I couldn't purchase until today. Upon revisiting the saved booking, the price has increased to $[redacted]. I feel misled and kindly request that the original fare be honored. Missing out on this flight to attend a 40th high school reunion with a friend from Chicago is disappointing as the flight is now beyond my budget and my friend is expecting me. The original flight was set to depart Midway at 6:15 a.m. on August 24th and return from BWI at 7:15 p.m. on August 25th. I would greatly appreciate it if you could honor the fare I initially saved.

On August 16, [redacted], I traveled on Flight [redacted] from FLL to BNA. During the initial drink service, I missed my turn as I was asleep. After waking up, I politely tried to get the attention of the flight attendant, Cathy, but she seemed to overlook me multiple times until another passenger noticed and helped me. When I finally got my ginger ale, it was mostly ice.
I felt discriminated against and received poor service from Cathy, but on my connecting flight, [redacted] from BNA to SNA, the male and female attendants provided exceptional service. They were attentive and made all passengers feel welcomed. Southwest Airlines has been my preferred choice for many years due to the outstanding service provided by most employees.
I hope that there can be an easier way for customers to identify flight attendants by name in the future.

Hello, I flew with Southwest Airlines on Saturday, August 17, from Long Island to Baltimore and back. The crew on the 6:40 AM flight to Baltimore was excellent, but the night flight had some issues. The flight was delayed, which I understand can happen, but it was also completely overbooked. I had to sit in the front with my sister, who needed a wheelchair, and the flight attendant there was rude. Despite the long day and many children on board, the attendant was more focused on flirting and making loud jokes with three female passengers, giving them free drinks without taking payment. This made the flight unpleasant, as I was exhausted and just wanted some rest. I will avoid that flight in the future due to this experience.

I have reservations for a round trip flight from Atlanta to Indianapolis from 12/21 to 12/28. I found leftover funds from a canceled trip (ATL-FLL) earlier this year that should have been used to purchase our December tickets but were not (confirmation # VJ8MSV). These funds expire in January. Is there any way we could receive a credit for the December flight, utilize the old credit from the ATL-FLL trip (confirmation # RYZP6L), and then transfer the December flight (ATL-IND) onto a credit for future use next year? This would prevent us from losing the money from the canceled ATL-FLL trip. We are not frequent flyers but loyal Southwest customers. I sincerely hope you can help us save our credits. I attempted to buy my ticket online from New Orleans to LAX for $[redacted].00, but continuously received an error message stating the sale did not go through. The process would run for 5 minutes before displaying the message. I suspect it might be because I was trying to use two gift cards along with my credit for the purchase. Interestingly, when I tried again right after midnight, the price had increased to $[redacted].00. I am hoping you can honor the original price as there may have been a system error. Thank you.

Hello, on August 7th, our flight was canceled at 4 p.m. due to weather, even though we were not scheduled to leave until 8:25 p.m. By that time, the weather had cleared hours before. I'm wondering if it's usual practice to cancel flights so early? Our confirmation numbers are U6JR2G and SXLABE. We had a group of 6 people and lost a whole day of vacation due to this. We had all taken time off work, were out to dinner on our way to the airport when the flight got canceled, and then spent 50 minutes on hold trying to reschedule. The alternate flight they booked for us ended up being a long 6-hour journey with a 3-hour layover.
Regarding our return flight on August 24th with confirmation number U6JR2G, my flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours because they said they had to change the oil on the plane. Could this maintenance not have been planned in advance?
I'm just curious if these occurrences are typical on your flights.

As long-time senior customers, my wife and I had to cancel her flight due to a serious auto issue. One cancellation was valid for a year, while the other cancellation involved a reservation she made for her brother's visit months ago. Following her recovery, she wanted to rebook her trips. One reservation, valid for a year, was easily rebooked. However, the second one needed to be rebooked for a date earlier than expected on Sept 12th.
Despite our confusion between the two cancellations and the booking date issue, we appreciate the understanding of the reservation agent. Given my wife's status as a [redacted]% disabled veteran, we hope for some flexibility regarding the second reservation's refund. We have been loyal Southwest Airlines customers traveling frequently between FL and BWI or DCA, holding Rewards Cards for years.
My wife intended to reach out to customer service but may still be confused about the situation. I am currently online with Southwest to address this matter further.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I want to share my recent experience with Southwest Airlines when traveling from Las Vegas (LAS) to Chicago (MDW). At approximately 3:15 PST on flight #[redacted], I encountered an Southwest Airline Agent who displayed hostile behavior, making the boarding process difficult. Despite a Group B Position 50 pass, I patiently waited in line, but the situation escalated when questions were asked. The Agent's attitude became confrontational, leading to threats of not allowing me to board. Even after a Supervisor intervened, the Agent's actions were unwarranted and caused public humiliation. As a veteran and frequent traveler, I believe the Agent's customer service skills need improvement to prevent similar incidents in the future.
I hope Southwest Airlines addresses this issue promptly to restore my confidence in choosing them for future travels. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I await a response concerning the resolution of this unfortunate experience.

Good morning! I made a flight booking with Southwest a few months ago, but had to cancel due to an emergency. I received flight credit, and now I'm trying to book a flight for January [redacted], which is after my credit expires on November 29, [redacted]. I was supposed to take a flight from Boston Logan Airport to Chicago, but it was canceled. They rebooked me on a flight to Baltimore, then to Fort Lauderdale, and finally to Jamaica. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Jamaica, my luggage was missing. This issue happened on September 30th, and today is October 3rd. My claim number is [redacted], and my name is Anthony. I am trying to get a refund or credit for our canceled flight to Florida on 8-30 due to the hurricane threat. A group of 11 of us were traveling, and for safety reasons, we decided not to go. My family used Southwest to travel to Maui and back to Salt Lake City. Originally, our return flight had an hour layover, with us arriving home around 8:15. In August, the flight was changed to a six-hour layover, getting in at 1 a.m. Instead of the email clearly stating "FLIGHT CHANGED" or "DELAYED FLIGHT," it only said "flight confirmed." Overlooking the email in my excitement for Maui, I didn't notice the change until we were on the flight to Maui, checking the Southwest app. I am frustrated because now we have to endure a long layover with our young children and anticipate a challenging flight back. I feel let down by the lack of clarity in the email. Contacting customer service provided little help or apology, leaving me feeling even more frustrated and angry. It's tough enough traveling with children, let alone with unexpected changes like this. I hope Southwest improves their communication for future travelers.

I have four airline reservations booked in December [redacted] for my cancer treatments scheduled at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ in April [redacted]. Due to Merick Pharmaceutical discontinuing the serum needed for my treatment, I am unable to use the tickets. My health prevents me from traveling for leisure or any reason, and Dr. M.
