I recently got a new phone, and all my apps transferred except for Snapchat. Unfortunately, I forgot my password and can't reset it since the phone number linked to the account is no longer in use. I also haven't received any email from Snapchat. The Snapchat account I'm having trouble with is under the username erinlambert8. Yesterday, I purchased a second-hand Apple iPhone 12 in Blue, 128GB. The device I bought seems to be IMEI banned. I want to clarify that I never did anything to warrant this ban before purchasing it.
