I need assistance with a billing error on my Sling TV account. I initially signed up through TV on 3-31-[redacted] for a 2-week trial. I called on 4-4-[redacted] to cancel the account [redacted], and the representative set up a new account under my wife's email, [redacted], for a 2-month prepay to get a Roku offer. I was billed $27.07 for the canceled account and $54.13 for the new account. I am requesting a credit for the $27.07, as the representative failed to cancel the old trial account when setting up the new one. Despite agreeing that the charge was in error, the supervisor, Josh from the South Texas call center, could not locate the call record to send the credit request to billing. I love using Sling TV and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I have been pleased with Sling until recently. Unfortunately, I am experiencing issues while trying to watch movies as the commercials freeze my screen and the movie never resumes, leaving me with a spinning circle. I am forced to exit to the guide and sometimes still can't continue watching. This process repeats, making it frustrating to use the service. I am unsure if Spectrum is limiting my connection speed. I signed up for Sling TV last Friday and used my Capital One Platinum credit card. I watched a program on BBC, then turned off my devices. On Saturday, I did not use the service. When I tried to log in on Sunday, my password was not recognized, so I requested a password reset. The email for the reset has not arrived as of Monday morning. My spouse and I own both the white Sling TV box and the black Sling TV Air player. We are encountering issues with certain over-the-air channels not working properly. For instance, channel 25 (ABC) displays a "no signal" message on the white Sling TV box hooked up to our main TV, but it plays fine on our phones and tablets in the same room. The problem persists with other channels on various devices throughout our home. Channel 14 functions on our phones in the kitchen but not on the tablet.
Despite resetting the Air TV player, rescanning channels, and spending significant time on the phone during the initial setup with Sling TV, the issue remains unresolved. I am reaching out about the Airtv player and its shortcomings. I have been struggling to find clear answers regarding the lack of multiple tuners. Addressing this issue promptly is crucial before losing out to competitors. I hope to see improvements in the future. While the cloud DVR is helpful, it doesn't solve the limitation of watching only one OTA channel at a time, which can be frustrating. I also desire better connectivity between USB drives. I recently subscribed to HULU to test the same show's clarity, and I found that with HULU, for instance, NBC's America's Got Talent displayed clear quality without skipping or freezing, unlike SLING. Both services are being streamed over the same setup using Hughesnet and Roku. This leads me to believe there may be a difference in the SLING setup causing the issue.
