Hi, I recently spoke with your representative, Arjun Singh. He was quite helpful at first, but after transferring £[redacted] for a flight from London Stansted to Sabia Gokcen on the 18th at 13:10 and returning on the 19th at 21:25, I encountered issues. He assured me via email that the payment had been sent to the ticketing department, but I have yet to receive my ticket. I tried reaching out to him multiple times via phone and email without success. I have a doctor's appointment in Istanbul on the 18th at 9:00 am and need to return for work on the 19th by the evening. I've even booked a hotel near the doctor's office. Could someone please contact me urgently to explain the company's procedures and provide me with an update? I am quite frustrated and disappointed by this lack of professionalism and communication. On February 28, [redacted], I made a booking through SkyScanner for a car at Malta Airport with the recommended company, Add Car. The car rental price was supposed to be Eu.37.79 from March 1 to March 5 with full insurance. However, after making a down payment of Eu.32.79, they informed me that I would need to have Eu.[redacted].00 held on my credit card upon arrival, to be refunded after 20 days if there were no damages, despite being fully insured. This information should have been disclosed before payment, so I decided to cancel my reservation. Surprisingly, the company that charged my credit card was DiscoverCarHire.com with an unfamiliar location in Jurmala LV. No company by this name was known to me before. Monacair’s service providing quick transfers in just 7 minutes between Nice and Monaco is impressive. I appreciate the convenience of the schedules, with a helicopter departing every 15 minutes from either location. The additional pick-up service from the heliport to hotels in Monaco, as well as the free minibus shuttle, is a fantastic offer that adds value to the overall experience.
Regarding the luggage policy, I have taken note of the allowance of 1 standard size luggage per person onboard, with the option to inform the company in advance about any additional or special care luggage requirements.
As for the rates advertised at [redacted]€ per person one way or [redacted]€ for a round trip, I would like to inquire if there is any flexibility in these prices. I came across some great priced flights from Manchester, UK, to Abu Dhabi with Etihad Airways for £[redacted] on your website. The travel dates are:

The total cost is £[redacted].00 for 3 adults and 1 child. However, every time I try to proceed to confirm the flights and make a payment, the system says it's unable to load the flight details. This is my first time buying through Skyscanner. My name is A.D. I bought two tickets on March 28, [redacted], for Aug 22, [redacted], from Toronto to Istanbul for $[redacted] Canadian each. Less than 24 hours later, the price dropped to $[redacted] Canadian, which I can prove with pictures. I believe there is a 24-hour price drop policy. I kindly ask for a refund of the price difference per ticket to ensure customer satisfaction. Hello, I hope you are well. I am feeling extremely distressed and frustrated. In August [redacted], I booked a flight to Spain for June 22 to July 22, [redacted], from Miami to Barcelona. Due to needing to make changes to my reservation, I contacted the airline directly as per the website's instructions. While the airline for my departure was great, I have encountered numerous issues with the returning airline, as my booking is split between two agencies. Despite my efforts to contact them since December, I faced difficulties with payment, flight visibility, and lack of response. When I finally reached them after months of trying, I was disappointed by their unhelpful response regarding my request to shorten my stay. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their service. I only seek a solution promptly and without further delays. My frustration lies with the agencies, not with you, the reader.

I wanted to share my recent experience with a booking from the following website: us.travelgenio.com. I am filing my second complaint as I have yet to receive any response from your agency, which is disappointing and shows a lack of respect for your customers. I recently purchased return tickets with 'Etihad Airways' through your site. The website indicated that luggage was included at 40kg per flight. However, after making the full payment, I discovered that there was no luggage allowance (0 pc) on the selected flights. This is frustrating because now I will have to pay an additional fee to the airline for my luggage. I have screenshots clearly showing that my flights were supposed to include baggage allowances. I urgently need a resolution to this issue as I believe I should not be penalized for trusting your site.

I, Kantilal Vaghela, booked 4 round-trip air tickets on VietJet Airways from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi to Phuket through Skyscanner. We received an email from VietJet Airways on 24th May [redacted] regarding flight rescheduling. The original flight VZ [redacted] at 10:20 AM was changed to VZ [redacted] at 1:25 PM. Despite adjusting our plans, we received another email changing the flight to 5:05 PM. We cannot afford to lose a day in Phuket due to these changes. I have tried contacting the airline via email and international customer care with no response. I urge Skyscanner to address this issue promptly. I am willing to accept the original 10:20 AM flight or any alternative with a similar schedule. If not feasible, I request a full refund for the round trip to make alternative arrangements.

Hello, I recently made a flight reservation from Kharkiv to London through TravelGenio. Unfortunately, my ticket did not include baggage allowance information, which I only noticed after booking. Although TravelGenio supposedly offered baggage options during booking, I did not see them.
For my outbound flight with Pegasus booked through your site, luggage was included without any issues. I believe TravelGenio is being uncooperative, and I now have to contact them to resolve this discrepancy.
Luckily, I have purchased cancellation insurance. I am frustrated as I need to focus on work this evening, but instead, my time is consumed by this matter.
I am questioning whether TravelGenio expects customers to travel without baggage. Could you please review their site? Most airlines like Ryanair clearly display baggage information. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Sadly, one of the passengers, my wife, passed away on March 7, [redacted], and my husband no longer wishes to travel due to this loss. We contacted Vayama to request a refund for the unused ticket, providing all necessary documentation as requested. Despite our efforts and continuous follow-ups, Vayama has not been able to secure the refund from PAL. I have even discovered that PAL agents can process refunds themselves, potentially indicating an issue on Vayama's end. I have faced long wait times and unhelpful responses from Vayama's customer service, leading me to believe they are not dedicated to resolving this matter promptly. I hope this information helps shed light on the lack of efficient service provided by Vayama in such situations.

Soon after, Akash contacted me regarding my inquiry for flights from London Gatwick to Dalaman, Turkey, for a family of four departing on August 2nd and returning on August 16th. I made a booking for 3 passengers through Budget Air on Sky Scanner for the 1st of March [redacted]. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We requested a refund and were advised it would take 4 weeks. After 6 weeks passed with no refund received, I called back to inquire. I was told by Budget Air that Etihad had not refunded them so they could not refund us. When I contacted Etihad, they mentioned that Budget Air had not requested a refund. Upon calling Budget Air again, I spoke with a lady named Renee who was very rude and instructed me to wait an additional 2 weeks. She did not seem interested in my explanation about Etihad's response. It appears that this company is reluctant to issue a refund and is providing excuses. After reading reviews, it seems this is a common issue with many customers. I am shocked that such a company is still used on Sky Scanner. Can you assist in communicating with Budget Air on our behalf? This situation is causing significant stress for us, especially since my husband is unwell and recently lost his job, and we need this refund urgently.

I purchased a ticket through SKYSCANNER with GOTOGATE COMPANY. I missed my initial flight on March 14, [redacted], and have been struggling to reach Gotogate's customer service since then. Despite numerous calls and emails, nearly $[redacted] spent on international calls, and additional payments requested to unlock my return flight status, my issue remains unresolved, causing me immense stress. Gotogate claimed they had opened my ticket, but upon arriving at the airport, the airline confirmed the ticket was still invalid. Both the airline and Gotogate kept passing the blame back and forth, leaving me stranded at the airport. After contacting customer service, I was promised a refund, but it has not been processed yet, adding to my frustration. I had to purchase another ticket to return home, incurring more expenses and stress due to the last-minute booking. I urge for a prompt resolution and reimbursement for the double payment and the distress caused during this ordeal.

I paid for a ticket from Ithaca, NY to Atlanta, GA for my grandson leaving on May 7. When he went to the airport in Ithaca, the ticket indicated he was flying to Orlando instead of the original destination, D.C., and departing from Syracuse, not Ithaca. We were not informed in advance or given any explanation, leading to significant expenses and inconveniences as we reside in Syracuse. I believe a full refund is owed to me. When trying to book a flight to Moscow on the Skyscanner website, after completing the process, I encountered an issue where it did not confirm the reservation but instead showed a pop-up message redirecting me to book directly with British Airways. Following the link provided, I successfully completed the booking. However, the next day, I received two confirmations for two flights and was charged twice. British Airways claims it is an error with the booking site and is not their responsibility. I recently made a booking with Gotogate through Skyscanner's suggestion. My reference code is KVIURI. I bought a ticket from Hanoi to Halifax on August 21st, [redacted], selecting the "flexible ticket" option for date changes. Unfortunately, when I tried calling to modify my flight date due to a change in my schedule, I faced difficulty reaching Gotogate. The lack of response through their website's contact form and the busy phone lines have left me frustrated. I am disappointed that Skyscanner endorses such service from Gotogate. This experience has made me reconsider using Skyscanner in the future. I demand a resolution to my problem as this level of customer service is unacceptable.
