Hello, I am looking for assistance regarding my flight from Bangkok to London on the 9th of April with Kuwait Airways flight KU414. My E-Ticket number is 057_[redacted]. I previously flew from Heathrow two months ago, and the website did not accept my online booking confirmation. Kuwait Airways staff mentioned that Air France had suspended the ticket and suggested I obtained it from them. I have struggled to get help from Air France over the phone. Their online form does not accept my details, and I have received conflicting email contacts, some of which are invalid. Air France advised me to contact you without clarifying the reason for the suspension, hinting that payment might be the issue. However, I paid for the initial leg three weeks before departure. Please reach out via email instead of calling at [redacted]7. Thank you, David Browne.

While planning my trip to Campbeltown and searching for hotels, I encountered an issue with the listings on this site. Many of the hotels and guest houses listed are actually located in Ireland, which could be confusing for travelers unfamiliar with the area. Although Campbeltown is close to Ireland, it is in a different country, and there is no direct way to reach it from there. This discrepancy in the listings could potentially mislead travelers, causing unnecessary confusion and inconvenience. It would be helpful if the site could improve its filtering system to ensure more accurate and relevant results for users searching for accommodations in Campbeltown.

I purchased a ticket from "TRAVELSTART FZ LLC DUBAI AE" via the Skyscanner app. The company has overcharged me, and when I attempt to contact them, I receive replies from individuals in South Africa and the UAE, which complicates the situation for me. They are asking for proof of the overcharge that I have already provided. Their handling of the issue seems like they are trying to avoid reimbursing the amount that was overcharged.

Hello, I need assistance regarding my flight booking from London to Bilbao. I had booked a flight departing from London to Bilbao at around 6:05 p.m. on Thursday, and the return flight from Bilbao to London at approximately 5:30 p.m. However, I have discovered unexpected flights showing up on my calendar. Arrival: 9:35 p.m.
- Inbound Flight: Santander to London Stansted (FR2613)
Departure: Mon, 03 Jun 19, 4:40 p.m.
Arrival: 5:35 p.m.
Passenger:
Mr. T. Carty
I paid a total of [redacted].50 GBP via American Express ending in [redacted] for the booking.

On April 27th at 16:50, I purchased a flight through Skyscanner from Bangladesh to London departing on May 4th at 6:00 AM. The ticket was sold by Mytrip. My booking number is RFKCDD and the order number is KVL3PK.
On May 3rd, Turkish Airlines sent me an email informing me that the flight had been canceled. Despite reaching out to Mytrip for a refund, they claimed no knowledge of the cancellation and their records showed the flight as scheduled.
After contacting Turkish Airlines, they acknowledged the cancellation but explained they couldn't issue a refund directly since I booked through Mytrip.
Following up on May 5th with Mytrip and speaking to Samit, he confirmed the cancellation and assured me of a refund along with an email confirmation. However, it has been almost three weeks, and I have not received any email or refund. Getting in touch with Mytrip has proven difficult as they do not answer calls promptly. Despite being put on hold for extended periods, no resolution has been reached.
The situation appears to indicate questionable practices by Mytrip, with Skyscanner possibly inadvertently endorsing them.

My daughter mistakenly booked her flight for the wrong date, and after a long wait on the phone, the manager, Ronald, agreed to cancel it but failed to mention a £75 administration fee, only sending it in an email. The customer service experience has been frustrating, compounded by communication issues. I have sought advice from British Airways, who confirmed my right to cancel the flight promptly under IATA regulations.

We booked six flights from Manchester to Orlando with Travel Trolley for our trip on September 4, [redacted]. We were charged £[redacted] per flight and included 4 checked-in cases. Our reference is W4ECW8. The total cost should have been 6 flights x £[redacted] + 4 cases x £70, matching the breakdown on your website. However, we received an invoice showing different prices. We were charged £[redacted] for 4 flights, £[redacted] for one flight without checked luggage, and £54.80 for a flight with no seat allocated for our infant. This was not what we agreed to. Travel Trolley directed us to address this with you. It seems there was a misunderstanding. Your website still shows flights at £[redacted] with checked luggage at £70. We are confused and disappointed by the discrepancy in what we paid for and what was received.

Dear Sir,
I used Skyscanner, a trusted website, to search for tickets from Islamabad to Riyadh. I discovered the best option, Airblue, and made a reservation with Cleartrip, a website recommended by Skyscanner. My Trip ID is [redacted]56. I paid the amount to Cleartrip, but they did not finalize the booking with the airline and only held the reservation for a few hours before providing a booking reference without transferring the payment to the airline. This incident was an online fraud. Since Skyscanner directed me to Cleartrip, I kindly ask for assistance from Skyscanner management for a refund, claim, or re-booking. I also urge for Cleartrip's removal from your search engine to prevent them from deceiving others. Dealing with this issue has caused me stress and depression due to the significant loss of money.
Best Regards,
A.J.

I inadvertently missed booking luggage and now want to upgrade, but I am facing challenges. Carlton Leisure said they couldn't assist and advised me to contact the airlines. When I reached out to Virgin Atlantic, they mentioned they couldn't make changes because the booking was made through a travel agent. Virgin explained that my outbound flight had a 23kg allowance due to booking economy classic, but the return trip was economy light, requiring me to pay for luggage. They noted additional luggage entitlement with KLM and Delta for other parts of the journey, suggesting I contact them for details. However, Delta informed me that there was no luggage entitlement on any portion of our flights, adding to the confusion. The itinerary originally displayed all Virgin flights, but post-booking, KLM and Delta appeared. Moreover, the flight from Atlanta to Miami has been significantly altered, with a longer layover time, despite Carlton denying the changes. It's frustrating, and I wish I hadn't proceeded with the booking. I'm reaching out for assistance in resolving these issues as I consider canceling the trip altogether.

Hello, I recently made a booking through SKyscanner with Budgetair.co.uk for a return flight from Madrid, Spain, to Lanzhou, China. The airline is China Southern, and my booking code is BUK-[redacted]7. The original itinerary included three stops, but Budgetair notified me of a "minor change" via email. However, the change was significant as they added an extra stop in Hong Kong, making it a total of four stops on my return journey. Shockingly, there was no flight arranged between Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Despite reaching out to Budgetair about this issue, I have received no response thus far. This experience has been frustrating and concerning, especially given the lack of customer service. I'm now unsure about the reliability of SKyscanner when working with agencies like Budgetair.co.uk. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I booked a ticket via Scanner from London Heathrow (LHR) to Delhi (DEL) with a layover in Cochin (COK) on the return journey to London Heathrow (LHR). I provided my name and contact number during the booking process but was not prompted to enter my passport details. While entering my name, I included my first and last names but accidentally left out my middle name. However, my passport contains my full name with the first, middle, and last names. I am concerned if this discrepancy will cause problems during check-in. Can you advise me on how to correct this issue?
Additionally, both of my flights have a layover in Bahrain.

I accidentally booked a flight from Madrid to Venice with Iberia for June 10th instead of June 9th due to a keyboard mishap. I proceeded to check in at the Iberia desk and even checked my suitcase. It was only during the security checks that I noticed the error, leading me to purchase another flight. After a lengthy wait, I retrieved my luggage. I was informed at the Iberia desk that to claim a refund within 24 hours, I need to go through Sky Scanner. My Iberia flight was [redacted] at 15:40, ticket number [redacted][redacted]. Could you kindly assist me in checking for my refund? Thank you for your assistance. Cristina Davanzo

I have encountered an issue with Trip.com regarding a one-way flight booking. Usually, there is a 24-hour grace period for flight changes or cancellations. However, after purchasing, I discovered that trip insurance does not cover one-way trips, only round trips. When I tried to modify my booking to a round trip three hours later, Trip.com refused, indicating their policy against changes post-booking. Their website did not specify this during the purchase process. In my experience, other bookings have clearly stated the 24-hour window for changes. I am now stuck with a one-way ticket I cannot use and have contacted Trip.com multiple times to no avail, having spent $[redacted].14. I seek assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello, I recently searched for a ticket on your website and found that lastminute.com was offering the best price. After entering my details, I was taken to the payment page where it showed £[redacted] for 5 tickets. However, when I provided my card details, the fare suddenly increased to £[redacted]. Feeling surprised, I decided to purchase my tickets elsewhere. To my dismay, lastminute.com still charged my account. Even though I contacted them and explained the situation, they claim to have sent me an email which I didn't receive. Now, they insist I should have checked my junk mail. I don't usually check my junk mail. As I went through your website that directed me to last minute, could you kindly investigate this matter and assist me in getting a full refund? If you require more details, please feel free to ask. Thank you.

I am attempting to book tickets for 10 travelers. Initially, I came across a deal on Skyscanner and proceeded with the booking process. Subsequently, I was redirected to Travel2be or Skymonster where I entered all the required information. However, upon selecting "basic," "silver," or "gold" on the following page, I encountered an issue. Despite trying three different browsers and visiting both Travel2be and Skymonster, I continue to face the same problem with the page looping without indicating any specific error.

I purchased 3 tickets on Skyscanner from Budget Air for a flight with Etihad from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad on February 16th. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to a dispute between the countries. Budget Air promised a refund within 4 weeks in March, but I have yet to receive it. They claim Etihad needs to pay them first. Etihad, however, insists it's Budget Air's responsibility. This back and forth has caused me stress and worsened my health. Since I used Skyscanner for the booking, I hope they can help me sort this out. Thank you.

Last night, on July 13, [redacted], I attempted to book a multi-city flight for August 12 from Providence, RI to Jacksonville, FL and back from Orlando, FL to Providence, RI. The first flight was successful, but I encountered an issue with booking the return trip from Orlando, FL to Providence, RI.
I must have fallen asleep before finalizing the booking, as I found the process had timed out when I woke up, prompting me to start over. Despite the transaction showing on my credit card, I have not received any confirmation of the booking like I did for the first leg of the trip. I may need to rebook the flight and would appreciate any assistance available.

I booked a flight through SkyScanner with Emirates, but I haven't received a confirmation email or the ticket yet. Emirates asked me to wait, but I still haven't received anything. I contacted my card issuer, and they confirmed the payment. Emirates claims they haven't received it and can't issue the ticket without it. They can't cancel the payment, so I need to contact SkyScanner. Emirates provided me with a wrong number for SkyScanner. I'm stuck without a ticket and unable to cancel the payment.

I have been using Skyscanner for years without any issues until yesterday when I was redirected to Bravofly to purchase tickets. Unlike other companies, I did not receive a prompt confirmation after buying the tickets. When I contacted Bravofly, they informed me that my booking was not confirmed and could not add the checked baggage I had paid for. The airlines confirmed my reservation but stated that no baggage was included. Even though I selected two checked bags for 51 euros each during the reservation, Bravofly was unable to adjust it. The final price displayed was [redacted] euros, but I was charged [redacted] euros initially, and [redacted] euros were deducted from my card. This experience has made me lose trust in Bravofly and has tainted my respect for Skyscanner.

Hello,
I am Sanjaya Gurung. My family and I purchased tickets through a Skyscanner agent named Suraj Singh for a trip from JFK Airport in New York to London Heathrow and back. We paid £[redacted].63 for four tickets. The agent asked for a bank transfer, which we did. He provided an email with a flight offer that seemed cheaper than what we found online. When I inquired about the travel agency he worked for, he claimed to work under Skyscanner. The British Airways ticket code he provided, WRS8DH, was incorrect when I checked with British Airways.
The agent's details are:
Mr. Suraj Singh
Email: [redacted]
Office Phone: [redacted]0
Company Number: [redacted]4
IATA: [redacted]
Mobile: +44 7[redacted]10
Despite numerous attempts to contact him about the wrong ticket, he did not respond to calls or emails. Upon leaving a voicemail mentioning a potential ticket purchase, he called back reassuring me that everything was legitimate. I am now concerned about the validity of the tickets and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.
Thank you,
Mr. Gurung
