I purchased a ticket through MYTRIP.COM at 2 a.m. today. I called at 8 a.m. to cancel it, but they said I would lose all the money due to undisclosed airline terms. As I found them on skyscanner, I assume there are general rules for customers. I want help since I asked for cancellation within 12 hours. MYTRIP.COM directed me to the airline, and the airline mentioned it didn't understand why they won't refund me yet as the ticket and payment were recent. I hope for your support.

I noticed that the payment amount for the China Airlines ticket I booked through Skyscanner didn't match the original price listed. China Airlines processed a refund immediately after payment, leaving me puzzled.
- The Skyscanner listing showed the ticket cost as [redacted],[redacted] won for a China Airlines flight from Taiwan to Korea.
- On July 13, I paid TWD 27,[redacted] (KRW 1,[redacted],[redacted]) to China Airlines, which was different from the expected amount.
- I tried to cancel the booking right after payment, but it was unsuccessful.
- The cancellation was processed on July 14, but only a partial refund of TWD 15,[redacted] (KRW [redacted],[redacted]) was received on July 17.
- After contacting my credit card company, I was advised to seek clarification from China Airlines directly.
- Despite contacting the Korean branch and headquarters, the cancellation process was confusing. China Airlines stated that cancellations are only allowed after 48 hours, not 24 hours.
- Even though I received an email confirming cancellation within 24 hours, China Airlines hasn't approved the refund yet.
- The refund policy mentioned was a [redacted]% refund before the flight and after 48 hours.
I've tried reaching out to China Airlines, but I haven't received a prompt response. I would appreciate it if Skyscanner could verify if there was an error with the ticket from the start.

I am writing regarding my recent experience with the car rental service at Edinburgh airport. After a difficult week dealing with the loss of my father, I arrived at the airport to pick up a car using the booking reference number provided. Despite my booking clearly stating an "on airport" pick-up, I was shocked to discover that the car rental company had moved off-site two weeks prior. This misinformation caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience as I had to locate the shuttle bus pick-up location.
The staff at Interrent were apologetic, but the situation was extremely frustrating, especially given the circumstances. I believe it is essential for accurate information to be provided to customers, and I hope this issue will be promptly addressed to prevent further confusion for other travelers.
I kindly request a refund for the additional fees paid for an "on airport" pick-up, as the service provided did not meet my expectations. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and make the necessary changes to avoid similar incidents in the future.

I recently booked a flight departing on Saturday, August 11th, and noticed an error on my email confirmation stating it departs from Beirut to Manchester instead of Manchester to Beirut. This mistake has caused me frustration, especially since I always book through Skyscanner. After contacting Go To Gate, they mentioned this issue has occurred before due to a problem with the Skyscanner website. I am disappointed with this situation as I have already arranged my holidays. I attempted to book a ticket to India on the Skyscanner website but did not find a satisfactory price, so I abandoned the booking due to the late hour. The following morning, I received a call from a person named Yash who claimed to be from Skyscanner. Yash inquired if I still wished to proceed with the flight search, and subsequently, he sent me two itineraries to Goa, India via WhatsApp. After selecting an itinerary, Yash provided me with Sky scanner account details for payment, and the total fare amounted to [redacted]. He assured me an e-ticket would be sent within an hour, but it has now been two days without any response to my messages on WhatsApp from Yash. I have notified my bank, Halifax, and they advised me to reach out to Skyscanner regarding this issue. The flight dates I intended were from 1st December from LHR to Goa, India, with a return on 5th February from Goa to LHR.

Yesterday morning, at 11 am on the 3rd of September [redacted], I purchased a flight ticket from Edinburgh to Shenyang on your website for £[redacted].89 through the connection from "my trip" website. Despite being informed that a receipt would be sent to my email, after nearly three hours of waiting, I did not receive any email regarding the ticket. I then decided to buy another ticket from Southern Airlines' official website for 5890RMB, which promptly sent the ticket information to my email. However, almost 24 hours later, this morning at 10:55 am, I received an email from "my trip" website with the flight schedule. At that point, I no longer needed the ticket and tried to cancel it through the customer service of "my trip" company, but was informed that cancellation was not possible. Upon contacting Southern Airlines, I found out that only 1330RMB could be refunded for the ticket. As a result, I incurred a loss of 4600RMB. I am seeking compensation from your company or "my trip" company due to the delayed flight information causing this loss. I hope to receive a response soon.

I was searching for a flight from Tel Aviv to Malaga and came across a flight with El-Al from October 16th to 23rd for $[redacted]. I booked it through Joombofly.com, a site recommended by Skyscanner, only to realize later it might be a scam. After purchasing, they didn't send me confirmation. When contacted via Facebook, their response had poor spelling and was unprofessional. The ticket received was incomplete and seemed fake. Upon contacting El-Al, they had no record of my booking. Reviews online confirmed my suspicion that Joombofly is not a secure site and is likely fraudulent, despite being suggested by Skyscanner.

I'm having trouble navigating the new Skyscanner website. I've been a user for many years. My goal is to find affordable flights to Poland from London, but after spending an hour trying to get the information, I'm unable to access it. The website isn't listing the different companies and flights available on the dates I need as it used to. It used to provide necessary information efficiently. Unfortunately, I can't find a contact number to call for assistance. It's frustrating that the website has become challenging to use.

Earlier today, I booked a flight through Skyscanner with Kiwi.com for £[redacted]. However, shortly after, I received an email informing me of a price increase to £[redacted]! I promptly canceled the booking after speaking with my credit card company. Kiwi.com has assured me of a refund within 10 days, but I find this pricing practice unacceptable. I recently booked flights and a car rental through Skyscanner from LGW to Miami for August 21, [redacted], returning on September 1, [redacted]. I made two bookings for the same date and destination today through two different vendors on the Skyscanner website. I saw the 24-hour cancellation policy message but assumed it was standard practice for international travel and didn't check the details.
