Hello, I recently made a booking with Kiwi and mistakenly confirmed it before finalizing details with my sister. Immediately after receiving the processing email, I contacted Kiwi to cancel the reservation. After a long wait on hold, I was informed that cancellation would incurr fees, with no guarantee of a refund. Despite not realizing I was booking with Kiwi, I was informed that only a purse, not even a carry-on, was included in this costly ticket. Additionally, the reservation lacks seat assignments. I would like assistance in cancelling this booking to allow me to rebook once details are confirmed. Thank you, Magdalena.

I was searching for last-minute flight deals when I came across an app called Skyscanner. After downloading the app, I searched for same-day flights from Sacramento to San Diego. I entered my credit card information and confirmed a ticket. Even though I received a confirmation number via email, when I arrived at the airport, there was no itinerary for me, only my name. The airline clerk was puzzled by this. After contacting customer service, I discovered that my flight time had passed, and the only available flight was much more expensive. I had to pay the higher price due to having a wedding this weekend. I am requesting a full refund for both tickets. If you could please assist, that would be greatly appreciated. I have booked a return journey from New Delhi to Montreal for August 2nd to August 15th through BudgetAir.com (via Skyscanner). For the last 4 to 5 days, I have been trying to cancel my booking by emailing them. They provided the amount to be deducted but haven't replied further. I have sent more than 50 emails with no response. They requested contact via phone, but both numbers provided are invalid. Please assist me with canceling my ticket. Hello, I purchased a flight through Skyscanner from Athens to Sydney and added one luggage weighing 20kg for passenger M.B. The reservation reference is ODK3YX. However, upon checking, I realized that the luggage allowance is only for the leg from Athens to Singapore, not for the continuation to Sydney. This discrepancy was not made clear during the booking, and the flight is scheduled in 2 days. I require assistance urgently as the luggage of 20kg is needed for the entire journey. I recently booked my flight to Barcelona, Spain through Skyscanner with Norwegian Air. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that my husband needed a visa to enter Barcelona, as he holds a Chinese passport. Despite completing the booking, I didn't receive any notification or reminder about our flight details. It wasn't until we tried to check in at Newark airport that we discovered the visa requirement. Spanish Embassy advised us to go elsewhere, but obtaining the visa would take over a week, causing us to miss our flight. On November 7, [redacted], my Mastercard was charged $[redacted].63 while attempting to book a flight from Japan to Seoul through a website. The charge was made at 14:42 by an administrator named 'Paygent,' according to my bank statement. Unfortunately, the payment page froze after entering my card details, and I did not receive any e-ticket or receipt for the transaction. Only days later did I discover the full charge on my card without any corresponding booking information. I have already initiated a chargeback through my bank but have not received any communication from the travel agency regarding the airline I tried to book with. I kindly request a full refund for the charged amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

I've been trying to find out the title and composer of the classical music that was added to the SKY Q box promotion last year. Amidst the promotion with Sammy Davies Jnr's song "I've gotta be me," a snippet of classical music was included in the advertisement. Despite reaching out to customer service and even attempting to use Shazam and Bing, I have yet to uncover the name or composer of this beautiful piece. Even contacting Classic FM's presenters during request programs has not yielded any answers. If anyone knows the details of this classical piece, I would greatly appreciate your help. I recently booked a flight for myself and my 1-year-old son from CNX to LHR on December 24th. I found a price of £[redacted].89 for both passengers on Skyscanner and GoToGate, but upon payment, I was charged £[redacted].89. I booked return flights from London to Dusseldorf for £[redacted].91, departing on 20th December at 7:50 from London City with Flybe for 2 adults and 2 children (aged 3 and 6), and returning on 23rd December from Dusseldorf to London Heathrow at 18:10 with Eurowings. However, while booking the first set of flights, I noticed that the return flights had increased by £[redacted] in just minutes. This sudden price hike is unacceptable, and now I can't afford the increased amount for the return journey. I have screenshots of the price difference and I'm shocked by this significant increase. Can someone advise me on what steps I should take now? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

URGENT! My wife and I purchased a ticket through the Skyscanner website and progressed to the reservation step where we chose the Aeroflot option. After completing the payment, we received a message confirming they are awaiting confirmation but, after almost 24 hours, we haven't received it. Aeroflot has no record of our booking. We urgently need to know if we should wait for the confirmation or make a new reservation to avoid being charged twice. On 23.12.18, I was looking for plane tickets from Ufa to Moscow and back with Utair for 30.12 and 6.01.19 on your site and your partner's sites. After booking, I proceeded to pay with my Alpha Bank credit card. However, when I entered the SMS password, an error message appeared saying the password was incorrect. I tried a new password but had the same issue. I attempted another booking, entered the SMS password, and the system started loading but froze. I cancelled that order and booked directly on Utair's official website for a higher amount. I received confirmation of the booking and payment. I only booked one ticket, yet the payment was deducted three times for different amounts to recipient WWW.ELECSNET - [redacted] rubles, HTTP ELECSNET - [redacted].35 rubles, HTTP ELECSNET - [redacted].33 rubles. I bought one ticket for a specific date, for one individual, Mikhailova Irina Yurievna, from one airline, on one flight number, at the same departure time. I ask for your assistance as the bank refuses to refund the money, claiming I made money transfers rather than paying for goods/services, although I was purchasing plane tickets and paying for the service of booking the tickets! HELP!

I tried to book a ticket from LHR to COK, India with Etihad Airways for travel on the 3rd of February, returning on the 13th of February. My initial attempt to book failed, so my daughter tried and her payment is pending. I contacted the bank but they cannot stop the payment until it goes through. On February 2, [redacted], I made a flight booking from JFK to Las Vegas for 3 individuals through your website. The return flight with American Airlines (reservation ZCWEWP) was altered, now departing on May 14th at 7:50 AM, instead of May 13th at 10:15 PM, affecting travel plans. I have been a loyal user of Skyscanner for years, but I am experiencing some frustrations with the website lately. I consistently encounter issues while trying to book flights. After initially searching for flights and selecting a price, I find that the chosen price is suddenly unavailable or significantly increased when I proceed to book. Even when I attempt to book a flight and enter my bank details, I encounter errors and then struggle to rebook at the same initial price. It would be much appreciated if the process could be smoother, allowing me to easily book the intended flight at the originally displayed price from the search screen.

I booked five tickets with Pakistan PIA for my family, but I mistakenly entered Mr instead of Mrs on my ticket. I encountered issues with the airline due to different reference numbers. When I discovered my error, I contacted Get A Flight, but they were unhelpful. They advised me to mention it during check-in or closer to the travel date. However, when I inquired again, I was told I needed to cancel and buy a new ticket, which would cost twice as much. I feel devastated and stuck as the airline directs me back to the agent. I am seeking assistance as I am extremely upset and have been crying a lot. I purchased a ticket last week for £[redacted] for 3 travelers.
