I wish to inform you that I have closed this business (guest house) and will no longer be managing this property. I want to clarify that I will not be responsible for any fraudulent or unethical activities related to bookings under the name of Royal Guest House (Hotel Royal) at 56/5 Mahakal Marg, New Hari Phatak Road. I booked a flight last night from RUH to London on your website. However, I encountered an issue. The website displayed a link to a website called World Airfares, which was cheaper, and I selected it. Upon reaching the airport for check-in, I was informed that no ticket had been issued. Staff explained that World Airfares is a third-party website. I am concerned about the security and reliability of these third-party links on Skyscanner, where many customers like me book flights. I am requesting a full refund and urge you to address this issue to enhance website security. Thank you.

Hello, I, Mr. Marufjon Djuraev, purchased a flight from Tashkent to Istanbul through Sky-scanner for May 18th, [redacted], from 02:35 am to 05:50 am. The ticket number is [redacted][redacted] with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, due to family circumstances, I am unable to make this flight. I have already reached out to Turkish Airlines, but they advised me to contact you since the ticket was bought through a third party. I am wondering if it would be possible to change the date to an open one for me to use in the near future. I am willing to cover any necessary fees for this change. Due to a system glitch, I missed my flight. I was concerned it was fraudulent as I didn't receive a ticket confirmation and my credit card was charged. Shortly before the trip, I received an email confirmation from the airline a day prior, disrupting my schedule and causing me to miss the flight. The reservation is under Adel Dakroury with the booking code JUVNNE for flights OS866 from CAI to VIE and OS093 from VIE to IAD.

I booked a flight to Panama on July 19th through Skyscanner with confirmation number #[redacted]. I planned for my sons to join me on the same flight, but they are returning on a different date. When I tried to purchase their tickets, I encountered an issue with using my credit card since my ID# doesn't match theirs. I want to ensure my sons are on the same flight to Panama. I received a message from the site that response would come in two business days, but no one has reached out yet. The order number for my sons is [redacted]. Despite attempting to use my son's credit card, we were unsuccessful after multiple tries. I hope someone can assist me with this matter.

I used Skyscanner to book a flight from Stansted to Rome for four people on the 24th of June through Budgetair.com. They initially confirmed the booking and I paid in full, expecting my tickets to be emailed to me. However, the next day I received an email stating that the booking was not secured due to no tickets being available at the fare I paid. They assured me a refund within five to ten days but attempts to contact them through their chat service, phone number, and email have been unsuccessful. I still want to secure the booking and add extra fares but unfortunately, I cannot reach anyone. My booking reference is BUK [redacted]5.

Hello, I'm reaching out regarding a problem with my flight reservation for my wedding in Nice. There seems to have been a mistake in the booking showing July 14th instead of the correct date of July 4th. Unfortunately, the ticket I purchased is non-changeable. Hello, I recently booked a flight from Hamburg to Gran Canaria through Skyscanner. I have just realized that the booking only includes hand luggage, which is unacceptable as I booked an economy ticket expecting luggage to be included. The information provided during booking did not mention that this was a flight without checked baggage. I am traveling with my daughter for four weeks and we require checked luggage. I recently used your app to book a car. I noticed that the app directed me to Wise Cars, one of your partners. After checking the reviews on their site which were above 4 stars, I decided to look at their ratings on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) website. Surprisingly, I found that none of the reviews were above 1 star, with many negative complaints. I am concerned about these discrepancies and wondering why your company is partnering with Wise Cars despite these unfavorable reviews. This is my first time using your platform to book a car, and I want to ensure a smooth experience without any issues such as not having a car available or being overcharged.

I booked a flight to Tunisia through Skyscanner, which directed me to eDreams as the intermediary. Although I received a confirmation email with my ticket reference, the Tunisian airline counter officer refused to process my ticket, stating that the return airline reference number was not in their system. I am seeking support for a refund from eDreams. I am disappointed with how Skyscanner, a reputable company, collaborated with eDreams. I have not received any feedback yet, and I hope for a resolution soon.

I have made a booking for a flight from Riyadh to Zanzibar for two persons from June 26 to July 4, amounting to approximately $[redacted]. The flight involves a route from Riyadh to Dubai with a 4-hour layover, then onward to Zanzibar. The return journey is from Zanzibar to Oman via Air Oman, followed by the final leg back to Riyadh. I have been attempting to contact the travel agent, Alrehlat, for several days without success. There was an unexpected 8.5-hour layover in Dubai and additional charges for excess baggage despite having paid for it beforehand. I am currently en route to Addis Ababa on Air Ethiopia, an airline I did not want to fly with. I am requesting either a rebooking for our flight or a full refund as the alternative trip arranged by the airline cost only half of our original booking amount with no reimbursement. Dear all, I recently checked a ticket on SkyScanner that was priced at [redacted] Indian Rupees. However, after completing the payment process on BravoFly.co.uk, I was charged [redacted] Indian Rupees (approximately [redacted].52 euros), which is unacceptable. I believe it is important for SkyScanner to address this issue with the third-party service provider, BravoFly.co.uk, as their pricing seems misleading. I noticed the same ticket was offered for [redacted] Indian Rupees on another website. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I made a flight booking through Skyscanner with BudgetAir for 4 return tickets from London to Faro, Portugal. The outbound flight is with Easyjet departing from Luton at 5.30 pm on Tuesday the 11th, and the return is scheduled for the 22nd of July with British Airways departing from Faro at 8.05 pm and arriving at London Heathrow at 10.45 pm. Although I have confirmation of the outbound flight, I am unable to find any details about the return flight in 'My BudgetAir' account. I have not received the e-tickets yet. The account states the cost as £[redacted], while we paid £1,[redacted].48. I have been unsuccessful in contacting BudgetAir, and Skyscanner is directing me back to them. I am starting to feel concerned about the situation and unsure of what steps to take next.

I have an ongoing issue with a booking I made through Skyscanner. Initially, I contacted Booking.com but later realized the booking was with Skyscanner. The problem started in May [redacted] when I booked a multi-city flight but then discovered four days before my travel date that no booking was made. The lady who assisted me, Sonia, took full payment, then blocked my number making it impossible for me to reach her for clarification. I later spoke with a supervisor named Harry who failed to resolve the issue as promised. Despite receiving an email about the refund and an offer for a complimentary holiday, I have yet to receive any written confirmation. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Skyscanner and hope for a goodwill gesture to book my next holiday.

I purchased a round trip ticket with Frontier Airlines for my 3 year old and myself from Philadelphia to Chicago through Midway International Airport. My flights both to and from Philadelphia were affected, and I had to arrange last-minute travel with Southwest. I am dissatisfied with Frontier and have requested a full refund of $[redacted].90 through trip.com. However, when Frontier processed the refund, it was directed to a Mastercard ending in ([redacted]) instead of my Visa, which ends in ([redacted]). I am unable to identify the Mastercard ending in ([redacted]) and did not use that for my booking. I have been unable to reach Frontier's customer service and trip.com has not responded. My booking number is [redacted]1. I seek assistance in resolving this matter promptly to have the refund transferred to the correct credit card.
