I booked a flight from Split Airport to Istanbul with a layover in Belgrade. At Split Airport, I was incorrectly told that my boarding pass would cover both the Split to Belgrade and the Belgrade to Istanbul flights. However, upon trying to board the 00:40 flight to Istanbul, I was refused entry as my boarding pass was incorrect. I am currently stuck in Belgrade with my luggage in Istanbul. Can I change to the next available flight to Istanbul from Belgrade since my missed flight was a result of the misinformation provided to me?

Upon booking my flight from Split Airport to Istanbul with a layover in Belgrade, I encountered a misleading situation at Split Airport. The staff incorrectly informed me that my boarding pass would cover both segments of my journey. Regrettably, when attempting to board the 00:40 flight to Istanbul from Belgrade, I was denied boarding due to the boarding pass issue. Consequently, my luggage is in Istanbul while I am currently stuck in Belgrade. I am seeking assistance in rescheduling my flight to Istanbul as soon as possible since I missed my initial flight.

I flew with Ryanair from Dublin to La Rochelle, France, on July 24th to Friday, July 28th, [redacted], with flight number WFKR4C. My companions were Yvonne C. and Anne B. Unfortunately, we encountered an issue as we didn't have a code to access the flight and had to pay an additional [redacted] euros to board. Now, we are facing challenges checking in for our return flight on Friday as we still need a code. Despite our attempts, Ryanair's online check-in isn't working for us. While my husband and I were booking a hotel stay, the system unexpectedly booted us off during the payment process, resulting in an error. When we tried to re-enter our information, the price and length of stay had changed. We have been unable to reach anyone to resolve this issue and complete our payment. Hello, I booked a flight with Vueling Airlines yesterday using the booking code LMP48E. I am traveling from Egypt to Spain on August 16th and returning on August 30th. I made the payment but made a mistake entering my personal name and surname. I promptly emailed them and chatted with them on their website, providing all the necessary information and even sent a copy of my passport. They assigned me a case number, [redacted]1, for my issue. However, I was surprised when they replied saying that all received emails go to junk and to follow certain steps. Despite confirming payment from my debit card, they claimed they couldn't change the surname, creating a big problem for me as the name on my ticket doesn't match my passport. I still haven't received my ticket, and even after sending another email, I haven't received a response. Your help in changing my surname or refunding the ticket would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Jesicca Simban. I purchased a flight ticket on the Skyscanner website and made the payment on the Agoda website yesterday. However, I have not yet received my booking confirmation and cannot find my reservation online. The flight is from Kuching to Bintulu for a round trip departing on August 22nd and returning on August 26th, with flight details as follows: Departure from Kuching to Bintulu at 10:40 am and return from Bintulu to Kuching at 7:10 pm, both on AirAsia. I paid RM [redacted].64 via online banking on August 20, [redacted], using a CIMB Click account ending in [redacted]. Despite seeing a notification saying "Agoda is processing the flight ticket" after payment, I have not received any booking information or a booking ID. Hello, I recently searched for a flight from Peshawar to London using Skyscanner, which recommended the Gotogate app for purchasing the ticket. I booked a flight for August 19th, but the airline later changed my flight date to August 20th. This change caused me to miss my connecting flights to London. I have requested a refund for the ticket and also purchased premium support. Additionally, I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience. My itinerary was from Peshawar to Jeddah, then Jeddah to Istanbul, and finally from Istanbul to London Stansted Airport.

Name: Jannelle Lagazo Booking Ref: O373HU Ticket Number: [redacted][redacted] Issue: I had a flight on July 15, [redacted], from the Philippines to Melbourne at 8.50 pm with Philippines Airlines; my connecting flight was from Melbourne to Brisbane on July 16, [redacted], at 9.10 am with Virgin Australia. The PAL flight was delayed, departing around 10 pm, and arriving in Melbourne around 8 or 8.30 am (Australia Time). Due to long lines and other issues at Melbourne Airport, I missed my connecting flight to Brisbane at 9.10 am. I attempted to rebook with VA, but they informed me that PAL should handle the rebooking as they were the ones who initially booked my ticket and caused me to miss my flight due to their delay.

I rented a car from a company but unfortunately, they did not provide the car as promised. When I tried to get a refund within 48 hours, they refused, stating it was not possible. The issue arose when I went to pick up the car at the airport on the booked date and time, only to be told that the car was not available until the next day, despite my reservation for the same day and time. This was a frustrating experience. I made the booking through the Skyscanner app with edreams cars, and our reference number is US[redacted]00.

Hello, my name is Olga. My family always uses Skyscanner, and we have been pleased with the app. Recently, we bought round-trip tickets from Dublin to Bucharest (18.10.23) and Bucharest to Dublin (5.11.23) via the app on September 25 this year. The full amount of €1,[redacted].92 was charged to my bank account for the tickets I purchased from Opodo. Subsequently, I received an email from Ryanair stating they were not associated with the company and suggested buying tickets directly from them. I am unable to check in for the flights and have no connection with Opodo. We are eager to visit my brother, who is currently stationed at the front in Ukraine. The message claims the main task is to increase company bookings among air travel passengers with benefits such as daily commissions, earning between Rs. Dear GetHuman team, I booked a flight from Skyscanner last night on 5/10/[redacted]. It was a round trip between TLV and LCA airports. My reference number was 25217D20, but it changed after I made modifications. I need to make additional changes: 1) I want to book flight U8109 on 23/8/[redacted] from TLV to Larnaca departing between 13:00 to 14:00. 2) I want to book flight U8108 on 29/8/[redacted] from Larnaca to TLV departing between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. 3) I want to remove the baggage selection for flight U8103 as I no longer want to take that flight. 4) I also want to remove the baggage selection for flight U8102 for the same reason. 5) I would like to add 3 suitcases to flights U8109 and U8108. 6) I need to reselect the seats for flights U8109 and U8108. On October 7th, I booked a ticket through Skyscanner with GO TO GATE and paid with my card. I have not received a confirmation email for the ticket or seen any deduction from my account. I also did not receive a reference number for hours. I then booked another ticket through FLIGHT NETWORK facing the same issues. Today, I discovered that both tickets are confirmed, and I received reference numbers for both. However, the amount has not been deducted from my bank account, and it is showing as unsettled. I kindly request assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I encountered an issue when booking my flight from Amman to Cairo on October 30, [redacted], departing at 08:25 PM with Egypt Air. There was a connecting flight from Cairo to Istanbul on November 17 at 11:25 PM, also with Egypt Air. I made the booking on October 29 around 8:00 PM, but I have not received any confirmation via email or SMS despite reaching out to Bookaflight through email and calls. I was redirected from Skyscanner to Budgetticket.in for my flight confirmation. Booking SpiceJet tickets from Bangalore to Delhi for 2 passengers at 12,[redacted] Rs, I encountered issues post-payment as the site vanished. Trying to contact their helpdesk proved futile; they even provided a fake PNR and invoice via email. These were verified as invalid by SpiceJet customer support. I require an immediate refund and seek to understand why Skyscanner redirected me to a dubious site.

Hello, My experience booking a car through the app was very disappointing. Upon arrival, there were no cars available despite my confirmed booking. After reaching out to Enjoytravel with all the required information, including my boarding pass, booking confirmation, and proof of payment, they declined to refund my money. This has been a frustrating situation as I have always used Skyscanner for my bookings without any issues in the past. I hope to find a resolution soon. Thank you.
