My plan is to visit my sister in Dubai for two days before heading to Entebbe. I am hoping to find a way to arrange this without having to purchase two separate one-way tickets. I want to secure this round trip ticket and have the flexibility to stop in Dubai for a short visit before my final destination in Entebbe, Uganda.

My daughter Ursula Jaeger and her husband Christof Jaeger have booked a flight from Papeete (Tahiti) to Vienna through Travelgenio. Reservation number [redacted]4, booking code: OUIPDV on the 3rd of December. They are scheduled to arrive in London with VA8 on the 4th of December at 11:40. The departure time of the flight to Vienna is 10:55, which is impossible to catch. We have contacted Travelgenio multiple times to change the flight to a later one, such as BA702 or BA706, but despite their promises, they have not made the change. They assured us they would send the new booking to the email address [redacted], but we have not received anything yet. Please help us reach out to Travelgenio as only they can modify the booking. I'm disappointed and frustrated. I booked 4 tickets through Budgetair on Sky Scanner, only to receive a cancellation email after payment. The money will be refunded in 5 to 10 working days. I can't book elsewhere due to the hold Budgetair has on my money. This situation is distressing as I planned to travel for a family emergency. I urge for a quick refund to reunite with my family. Upon searching, I found the same tickets at a £[redacted] increase, revealing a lack of customer care by Budgetair who prioritize profit over customer circumstances. The email from Budgetair states the booking failed due to incorrect availability from the airline, leading to the cancellation of my booking request BUK-[redacted]9 and a refund of £2,[redacted].09. The refund process takes time as per banking procedures, causing further inconvenience.

I'm Celina Cruz, and I made a reservation through Travelgenio on February 24, [redacted].
My booking reference is (PNR) - Q7BLAL and E-ticket - [redacted][redacted].
Due to illness, I couldn't travel. I attempted to reach Travelgenio multiple times before my travel date, but they were unreachable via phone or email. As a result, I have been unable to rebook or get a refund for my ticket.
After seeing similar complaints from others, I hope you are aware of the negative impact this is having on your airline's reputation.
I am asking for either a rebooking of my ticket for January 14, [redacted], or a refund if rebooking isn't possible. I am eager to hear back from you soon.

Yesterday, I attempted to purchase flight tickets through Skyscanner, but ended up on a third-party site called JustFly. Unfortunately, after a long wait on hold with JustFly and being repeatedly redirected back to them from Skyscanner, I arrived at the airport to find out my flight did not exist. The gate agent couldn't assist as it was booked through a third party. Even my return flight with another airline had no record of my booking. It seems JustFly provided incorrect information, making my trip impossible. Despite their no refund policy, I believe it's reasonable to request a refund for the unused tickets.

I recently downloaded an app to set up price alerts for a trip I am planning. I am interested in a Delta flight for one traveler on a multicity route. The first leg is from TLH to MXP on May 5, departing at 10:10 am and arriving at 9:30 am the next day with one stop. The return flight is from FCO to TLH on May 25, departing at 9:45 am and arriving at 8:27 pm with one stop. Delta's website shows the Main Cabin fare (the second cheapest) as $[redacted]. However, when I checked Skyscanner, the 2nd cheapest fare listed under Premium Economy was $[redacted]. The Economy fare on Skyscanner matched Delta's Basic fare but not the 2nd cheapest Main Cabin fare. I would like to know if there is a way to see Delta's current Main Cabin fare of $[redacted] on Skyscanner to set up a price alert accurately. If not, Skyscanner might not be helpful for my needs.

Smart Faros has taken advantage of me for nearly $[redacted]. I made a purchase for plane tickets on December 27. After waiting more than 24 hours without any confirmation from the airline, I contacted Smartfares. Their representative, Matias Torres, informed me that the ticket prices had increased by $[redacted] each for the 4 tickets purchased. Despite my disagreement, I was told there would be a penalty of $[redacted] per passenger for a refund. I was left with no choice but to accept the increased charges. This experience has left me feeling deceived and believe that Smartfares is unfairly diverting customers from other providers by manipulating prices to the detriment of consumers.

I have a flight booked to Taiwan through Budgetair.co.uk. I paid for the tickets in full, received a confirmation and e-ticket number. Unfortunately, Budgetair changed my booking multiple times, attributing it to airline schedule changes. I agreed to the modifications, which now involve Lufthansa flights in late December [redacted]. Upon checking the websites two weeks ago, I noticed some flights were missing. After contacting Lufthansa, it was revealed that Budgetair canceled flights operated by China Airlines from Frankfurt to Taipei and the return leg to Hong Kong. Despite numerous emails, Budgetair has not responded. With the trip approaching on March 24th, I am uncertain about the next steps and am unable to reach Budgetair for clarification. I am hoping to have my flights reinstated promptly for my journey to Taiwan.

My mother and brother were supposed to fly on March 21st, but we only wanted to reschedule my mother's ticket. Unfortunately, both tickets got rescheduled to April 6th. Now, the airline is saying the March 21st flight is canceled, which was not the intention. Only my mother's ticket should have been canceled. As a result, they have no confirmed tickets because the April 6th ones are not confirmed either.
I am hoping for some assistance with this situation.

Hello. I arrived at Sao Paulo airport in Brazil yesterday and went to check in with Abianca Airlines. I encountered an issue where the staff member insisted I needed a return flight to Israel to board, even though I am traveling to the USA for work and not returning to Israel. This requirement was not mentioned on the website, leading to a frustrating experience. I ended up missing the flight, incurring extra costs for transportation and accommodation. Yesterday, upon arriving at Sao Paulo airport in Brazil, I went to check in with Abianca. However, the clerk informed me that without a flight back to Israel, regardless of the time, I would not be allowed to board. Since I am currently working in the USA and not returning to Israel, this requirement was not communicated on the website. The service I received was exceptionally poor, leaving me stranded with additional expenses for transportation and accommodation. I am requesting a refund for the inconvenience caused. We arranged a trip to Cancun from Tuxla using Skyscanner. Upon arrival at the airport, we discovered that our flight was scheduled for the 29th of September instead of our intended date. We had double-checked with our friends to ensure the correctness of the dates. Upon revisiting the website, we noticed a glitch in the date section that alternated between the 22nd and the 29th, supported by video evidence. 1. London to Jakarta departing from LHR on November 20th at 21:20, on flight QR016, with a layover in Doha, arriving on November 21st at 21:00.
2. Jakarta to Sorong departing on November 22nd (potentially on Batik Air ID7797 at 00:05, but open to other options due to multiple flights around that time).
3. Sorong to Jakarta on December 3rd at 10:45, arriving at 12:45. I'm having trouble finding this specific flight on your website to coordinate with the others.

I am experiencing an issue with my ticket not being received. Two days ago, I booked through Skyscanner and selected Flight Network. However, I have not received my ticket yet. I made a purchase on April 26 for a flight from Dubai to Manila via Cebu Pacific. I paid online on that day. Flight Network mentioned that they are still waiting for confirmation from the airline, Cebu Pacific, or they mentioned that the payment is on hold. I am puzzled about how this might have happened. When I used Skyscanner before, I received my ticket promptly on Budget Air. This time the process seems to be taking longer. I have already lodged a complaint with Flight Network.
